I was pleasantly surprised by this place! The dining room is very clean. Ordering was easy and the woman who took my order was very polite, making me feel welcome. I had the classic salad with the Buffalo Barclay chicken salad. Came with a pickle and a tasty cookie treat. The watermelon iced tea was unique and refreshing. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

$11 for this… where is the chicken salad? The bread is thicker I am so beyond disappointed, this is the third time I’ve been here the first two times, amazing! It had triple the amount of chicken salad granted I ate inside the first two times guess they think they can scam you when you order takeout and know you won’t check the food til ur home :(

I was invited to check out the new location and was not disappointed. The food was delicious and the service was great! My kids really enjoyed the macaroni and cheese and BBQ chicken salad. I ordered the traditional Olivia's Old South chicken salad with lettuce and tomato. I highly recommend it. My husband really enjoyed his loaded baked soup and chicken salad on croissant bread. If it's your first time going, you can ask for samples. This is perfect especially if your little ones are picky eaters. You receive a cookie with every meal which made my kids very happy. There's plenty of seating inside and high chairs for the little ones.

First time in this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised at their simple yet homey menu. The portions were perfect and the combination of flavors on the platter were great. Sides: grape salad, pasta salad, Mac n cheese.

One of my favorite quick lunch spots. The Olivia’s Old South is my go to. The sweet pickles gives a contrasting flavor to the chicken salad that I love. For sides, I usually pick between the fresh fruit or the broccoli salad. The Buffalo Barclay was tasty as well. It was lightly spicy - enough to make it flavorful. The mac and cheese was reminiscent of Publix mac and cheese. Lastly, I absolutely crave their buttercream cookie. It’s a delicious little treat.

Came in today for a late lunch. It was my first time eating at the Chicken Salad Chick. I Ordered a croissant with chicken salad and added cheese. And it was delicious. John Garcia previously left a Google review and stated that he paid $12.00 for a croissant with chicken salad. Not sure where he went. But it sure wasn't at the Chicken Salad Chick. I have posted half of my chicken salad croissant and my receipt. The croissant looked very good and I thought about a review too late. So only half is on the photo. :) By the way, Cheryl has amazing customer service skills. He explains the menu very well in which is extremely important for new customers. See you all soon. We attended the Grand Opening and the place is run incredibly well! Everyone was friendly, the service was very efficient for being such a long line. I didn't know what to expect but the food was a good value and it's delicious. I already want to return to try other flavors.

Quick drive-thru service today. Ordered the "Fancy Nancy" on croissant, scoup of pimento cheese and broccoli 🥦 salad. All was delicious. I'll opt for wheat bread next time. First time getting croissant and it wasn't as good (personal preferences). 🙃 Pimento cheese was good 👍 I just wish it came in a smaller portion than a scoup being that I wanted to add it with the sandwich. Couldn't eat it all, that's for sure. Happy to have a Chicken Salad Chick in the area. 😁

This was my first time here and the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly! The chicken salad was very fresh I tried two different flavors, both tasty! I really like that this location has a drive-thru. I’ll definitely be back.

Wow. Just wow. This whole meal was beyond 5 stars starting with the amount of food you get for the price. Talk about value! Then the taste…this has got to be the best chicken salad I’ve ever tasted. I got the Buffalo on a croissant and a scoop of Jalapeño with a side of the pasta salad and my fiancé got the lemon basil on a croissant as well with a broccoli salad on the side. Just great. But the absolute star of the show is that pumpkin cheesecake!! I mean…I can tell you how it tastes, but you’d better stop reading and hurry up down there if you want to try it. Stuff this good doesn’t last long. Thanks for the awesome food!

Decent food, I had the Buffalo salad on wheat. It was very good. As a side I had pasta salad. That was not good, just cold noodles. The cookie that came with the meal was great.

First time ever at a Chicken Salad Chick - was NOT disappointed! The staff was very helpful and super nice, the place was absolutely adorable, loved the homey feel. I got the Classic on a croissant, loved it! I hate onions in my chicken salad, so the fact that this classic does not have onions is a big hit for me. Also got the Chicken Poblano soup, which was creamy, with a tiny kick and very comforting. And I LOVE broccoli salad so had to get a side of that too - quite literally the best I've ever had. Husband got the Jalapeno Holly on toasted white bread with a side of mac & cheese - tried a bite, it was delicious, loved the jalapeno flavor and not too spicy and the mac & cheese was nice and creamy. Because my husband and I love egg salad, we also tried that and was very pleasantly surprised. It was chunky, creamy and not too overdressed - we did add a bit of salt and pepper to our taste, but overall very good. Brought the rest home to have on some toast for breakfast, lol First impression: 10/10 - will absolutely be eating here again and can't wait to try all the other flavors and the pimento cheese!

Here visiting from the DMV area never heard of Chicken Salad Chick before and was skeptical of eating here. My wife wanted it and to my surprised it was worth the stop. I myself like the Jalapeno Holly my wife likes the Classic Carol. If you want food that's lite and healthy, this is the place to go.

Delicious and flavorful sandwich with barbecue and cheddar flavored chicken salad on toasted, wheat bread and delicious broccoli salad, I love this location, the staff is so friendly and I’m looking forward to trying different flavors of chicken salad very soon. 😁

Honestly the food tastes great but serving size is a joke. Not happy to pay $12.50 for a sandwich combo and get what I would consider enough meat for half a sandwich I literally just threw out the other half and combine the two it's just a joke how little chicken salads actually on the sandwich very disappointed with that. Flavor was great and after combining the 2 sandwiches I was happy with the taste. Given the extremely small serving size I personally would not go back

We had such a great experience there! Employees are awesome! Food was amazing! Please please please consider adding "delicious" salad to your regular menu because so far this is the best chicken salad we ever had! Our family including children LOVED it!

Chicken salad chick is one of my favorite places and they aren’t too expensive. They have a good deal where you can get a scoop, a side, and a soup. You can also just get a sandwich alone for like $7. I’ve tried a lot of their flavors and they’re all good, but my favorite is the sassy Scotty, kickin Kay Lynne, and the Dixie chick. Their pimiento cheese is also really good. Of the soups I really like the broccoli cheese. The grape salad and pasta salad are really good sides. All their meals also come with a little cookie which is super nice. If you get a scoop It also comes with crackers to eat it with. This location has a drive through which was convenient. The staff was nice and I got my food fairly quickly

They don’t wash their produce! Went through the drive thru and order 2 scoops of chicken salad. Was given no napkins or silverware. Then found the bed of lettuce they put the scoops on, was covered in sand/dirt. Disappointing and disgusting. Unwashed lettuce can make you sick. I won’t be returning ever.

Stopped in for a quick lunch with my wife. Shared a sandwich and side. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was charming.

Great service, great staff, great food. The broccoli salad is SO good.
