Some months ago I called several companies and only Bob answered me, he went to the house soon and gave me a very good estimate for remodeling the pool and putting pavers on the terrace, as well as the pool lights. Bob is always responsive, very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Throughout the process, every question or doubt that I had was answered by Bob, always up to date. The work is excellent, not a single complaint. Very professional. I don't understand why some people have to write bad reviews because he missed an appointment. really? We moved from Las Vegas and contacted 3 Pool Builders for an estimate and Bob (Trinity Pools) was the only one who answered. We had to wait 5 months due to COVID-19 but let me tell you that the waiting was worth it. Once they started working on it it took them less than 6 weeks to finished. All the workers were on time and very professional and we didn’t have any problems at all. Bob always answered all our questions in time manner. We LOVE our pool!! We recently moved from out of state and we didn’t know who to go with on purchasing a pool Or even the first thing on what we wanted but so glad we found Trinity. Bob and his team were great. Bob came out and gave us suggestions etc. We signed contract and about 4 weeks later we had a pool. I had asked Bob (owner) if it would be possible to have pool before we had family come visit from out of state. I didn’t think it would be possible but they made it possible. Bob and team were awesome. Every one of them were friendly and easy to talk to. They even gave us advice on places to go etc since we are new Floridians. THANK YOU. I hired Trinity Pools to build my pool. I knew what I wanted and a price that I was comfortable with. After calling several pool companies only two came out Trinity was one of them. Bob gave me a date of completion 1 month and we were swimming by that. I would recommend Trinity Pools to build my pool if I was to build again.

While we didn’t contract with trinity for our project we are thoroughly impressed with the responsive, professional, concise and clear quoting process and the level of care and effort they expressed in providing our quote. Peter even responded to our initial contact while on vacation! The work values and interest in assisting with our project was phenomenal and I have full confidence that had we been able to meet on the budget side they would have provided fantastic service! They weren’t the highest price nor were they they cheapest, but they are definitely a company that I would consider reliable based on our interactions and I will recommend them.

We love our pool that Trinity pools built for us. Bob was amazing to work with, our pool came out better then we could of imagined. If you need any type of pool service call Trinity pools you will not be sorry. They even offer a weekly service and our pool looks amazing. We will never use any other pool service.

We had a fantastic experience with Trinity pools and the owner. We had a unique situation of an existing courtyard home that never had a pool. Bob helped us create a beautiful, one of a kind pool as unique as our home is! We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend.

Out of 21 pool companies I tried, Trinity pools was one of only 2 companies that was willing to touch my pool. My pool just turned 19 years old and it sprung a leak at the bottom near a vallet jet. I did not want the leak repaired and patched when the pool was at a time in its life where it needed to be refinished anyway. My grotto wall comes down under the waterline for a natural look and it was crumbling away as well. I tried for 7 months to find a company willing to try to preserve all of it and Bob at Trinity definitely gave it a good go! We had some hiccups through the process and I had to get on YouTube to teach myself how to help out in a few areas but no big deal as I enjoyed helping. I'm very picky with this pool and Trinity did a decent job as you can see from my pictures attached. The plaster crew was amazing and short handed but still got it done while explaining the whole process to me. They even worked with me on the scheduling because I had my roof done the same time so everything was a mess. I'm very happy with the way it turned out and my kids love the stingrays they put in there for us! I hope I get many more years out of this finish they did for me. Thank you Trinity!

Came here to update our review and it was not here. Anyways, Bob expertly contracted the installation of a 7 ft in-ground pool w/waterfall on our 1/2 acre property, right at the beginning of the corona pandemic. This was right before all building materials sky-rocketed in price. We got lucky. Amazingly, everything was accomplished on-time. With me being home all day everyday, I witnessed the processes it takes during installation, and how issues can arise, and it helped me to become a more patient person. Today, the pool, paved deck, and screened cage are still in excellent condition. Thank you Trinity Pools Inc.

Amazing service all the way around! Bob and crew were courteous, professional, respectful, and always there when they said they’d be. Clean up after construction was swift and thorough, I didn’t have to do a thing. Very thorough with explanations, and quick to respond to calls and texts. Dig to swim was less than the 6 weeks stated. I can’t say enough good things about Bob and crew. If you’re looking for an exceptional pool build with an amazing team, you definitely need to work with Trinity Pools. Don’t look any further.

Trinity pools came and resurfaced and tiled out pool this week. They arrived on time as scheduled, and they were all pleasant and professional. The job turned out very nice, and they didn’t leave a big mess behind. They also explained to me how to take care of the poo for the first month. They also didn’t want payment until the job is complete . I would definitely recommend them for tile and resurfacing! Very happy customer here.

We are so pleased with the resurfacing of our pool done by Trinity Pools. It looks brand new again. Highly recommend them.

Bob with Trinity Pool was amazing! Gave us an amazing pool , great communication, and delivered everything he said and that we wanted in a timely fashion even though we delayed him a bit with a last minute decision to heat our pool and spa with natural gas. I have recommended him and will continue. No BS , just someone who does good work and does what they say they will. Very rare in today’s world.

Trinity Pools completed this beauty in just over 8 weeks from shovel to swim. Flow is awesome, waterfall is sweet and the equipment installed away from the living areas is perfect. I never had to involve myself much at all, just what I would expect from a pro pool company. Bob, great job on the pool! What a way for a desert dawg to become a salty dawg! Thanks, George
