HORRIBLE!
I
wish
there
was
a
negative
stars
option,
but
i
had
to
at
least
give
one
undeserving
star
to
review.
Well,
where
should
I
start?
The
rooms
are
outdated.
The
bedding
and
wall
art
look
like
they
are
fresh
out
of
the
60's,
except
of
course
for
the
beautiful
crayon
mural
on
the
wall
(obviously
done
by
a
toddler
and
loved
so
much
by
the
hotel
itself
that
it
was
left
there
for
future
patrons
to
enjoy).
There's
a
funky
smell
about
the
place.
Shower
curtain
rod
was
falling
down
and
since
the
rod
was
curved,
it
was
difficult
to
keep
the
shower
curtain
closed
so...water
all
over
the
floor.
The
bed
was
lumpy
and
has
definitely
seen
better
days.
Was
told
there
was
no
breakfast,
yet
the
receptionist
was
serving
herself
some
cereal
from
what
looked
to
be
a
fully
stocked
continental
breakfast
buffet
in
their
"not
opened"
dining
area.
Got
up
to
use
the
restroom
at
midnight
to
find
roaches
crawling
INTO
my
bag.
At
checkout,
when
I
discreetly
tried
to
mention
the
roach
issue,
the
rude,
unconcerned
receptionist
explained
that
it
was
because
we
got
a
smoking
room
and
that
the
nicer,
roach-free,
non
smoking
rooms
were
usually
reserved
for
the
"better
customers".
Talk
about
a
lack
of
customer
service
skills.
I
swore,
never
again.
UNFORTUNATELY,
there
was
an
again.
Through
priceline's
express
deals,
we
were
given
this
hotel.
I
was
immediately
disappointed
but
figured
I'd
give
it
one
more
shot
because
it
was
late,
I
was
tired,
and
I
just
wanted
a
room
to
relax
for
the
night.
Their
unexceptional
customer
service
skills
shined
through
once
again.
Same
receptionist.
She
would
not
even
look
up
my
reservation
because
it
was
around
2
am
and
I
wouldn't
be
allowed
to
check
in
until
3pm.
When
i
asked
about
the
new
deposit
fee
that
priceline's
website
stated
would
be
charged
at
checkout,
the
lady
that
lacks
in
customer
service
skills
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
i
made
a
big
mistake
to
ever
make
a
reservation
with
them
before
check
in
time
at
3pm
and
that
no
matter
what
pricelines
website
states,
they
would
charge
the
deposit
on
my
card
at
check
in
time
instead
of
at
checkout
time
because
it
just
didn't
make
any
sense
to
keep
the
card
on
file
and
charge
it
afterward.
Because,
yeah,
I
REALLY
want
to
wait
5-10
business
days
for
them
to
post
my
deposit
refund
back
on
my
card.
When
I
realized
that
it
just
wasn't
going
to
sink
into
her
brain,
I
gave
up
trying
to
explain
the
situation
to
her
and
left.
I
immediatley
called
priceline
and
requested
for
something
to
be
done
because
with
their
express
deals,
there
is
a
no
refunds
or
cancelations
policy.
Luckily,
because
I
am
a
platinum
vip
through
priceline,
they
called
the
hotel,
got
the
reservation
canceled,
and
got
my
money
refunded
to
my
credit
card
(which
I
am
still
currently
waiting
on,
any
day
now,
fingers
crossed).
Thank
GOD
for
priceline!
I
will
NEVER
give
that
place
another
chance
and
will
advise
future
hotel-goers
NOT
to
stay
there!
They'd
be
better
off
in
their
cars
at
a
truck
stop!
Like
other
reviewers
before
me,
I
seriously
question
how
they
are
still
in
business.
Wyndham
should
be
embarrassed
to
have
their
name
associated
with
the
Travelodge.
