Dont be like me and see $46 a night and think your getting a good deal, the pictures on the website are boarderline false advertisment. I booked 3 nights, and after seeing my room I canceled the last 2. Proof that they do not clean their rooms, there was cigarette ash on the bathroom counter and floor. It was like I had smoked a pack of cigarettes just from breathing in the air. Absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Sheets were stained, the couch looked like it came from a dumpster, mildew stains all over the ceiling and walls, and holes in the carpet. You'd be better off sleeping in your vehicle. How is this place in business? Wyndham needs to do something about this place.

Nice staff. For the most part, it was a good place to sleep. Only minor things like the house maids need to know when to just throw out sheets. Mine were old and had stains in one bed. There was some toothbrush on the floor still. I believe they just need minor repairs. The elevator looks like it's about to fall apart inside. I took a shower, and it was like taking a bath at the same time water was not draining. But it wouldn't stop me from visiting again for the most part a great stay.i mean everything isn't going to be perfect in a $60 room.

I tried different places in Odessa. This is by far the most spacious and cleanest room. Friendly front desk. No weird people loitering the property. Feel safe. Recommend!

Also no shower. Just a bathtub faucet that was way too low to the ground to be of any use to me. Had to settle for taking a washcloth bath in the sink.... I honestly would like a partial refund due to not being able to have a proper motel where I could at least shower and having to use a commode that sits WAY too low to the ground ..

If I could give this “hotel” no stars, I definitely would. It is the most disgusting, unsanitary, place I have ever almost stayed at. While in town for a meeting, my husband booked us a night here.. First room they attempted to give us, when I pulled back the bed sheets there was dirt, what looked like mouse droppings and several small pieces of hair. No remote, unraveled toilet paper in the bathroom. And when I told reception they “gave us a better room” but that was false! Second room had BEER BOTTLE CAPS in the bed and on the sofa, the table had rings of what looked like dried food and a ring from a soda or can. The pillows were soiled with some yellow crusty substance & the sheets were stained brown. I’m not sure at all HOW they are in business. By far the most disgusting rooms I have ever seen.

Upon check in the room had broken appliances. The smoke detectors had plastic wraps covering them. There was water stains on the ceiling and water spots on the walls of the room. The room smelled of mildew and the only thing the front staff wanted to stress was no smoking in the rooms.

My stay was great. The staff was friendly and attentive from check in to check out. The rooms are clean, though the furniture and paint could use some updating. I did receive towels that were stained, but the staff quickly replaced with no issues. It was a great overall value and I will definitely stay again when in town.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. Everything in my room was working perfectly. I have stayed here several times and have never had a bad experience. If there is ever a problem the staff has corrected it immediately. I will only stay here when I am in town.

HORRIBLE! I wish there was a negative stars option, but i had to at least give one undeserving star to review. Well, where should I start? The rooms are outdated. The bedding and wall art look like they are fresh out of the 60's, except of course for the beautiful crayon mural on the wall (obviously done by a toddler and loved so much by the hotel itself that it was left there for future patrons to enjoy). There's a funky smell about the place. Shower curtain rod was falling down and since the rod was curved, it was difficult to keep the shower curtain closed so...water all over the floor. The bed was lumpy and has definitely seen better days. Was told there was no breakfast, yet the receptionist was serving herself some cereal from what looked to be a fully stocked continental breakfast buffet in their "not opened" dining area. Got up to use the restroom at midnight to find roaches crawling INTO my bag. At checkout, when I discreetly tried to mention the roach issue, the rude, unconcerned receptionist explained that it was because we got a smoking room and that the nicer, roach-free, non smoking rooms were usually reserved for the "better customers". Talk about a lack of customer service skills. I swore, never again. UNFORTUNATELY, there was an again. Through priceline's express deals, we were given this hotel. I was immediately disappointed but figured I'd give it one more shot because it was late, I was tired, and I just wanted a room to relax for the night. Their unexceptional customer service skills shined through once again. Same receptionist. She would not even look up my reservation because it was around 2 am and I wouldn't be allowed to check in until 3pm. When i asked about the new deposit fee that priceline's website stated would be charged at checkout, the lady that lacks in customer service skills proceeded to tell me that i made a big mistake to ever make a reservation with them before check in time at 3pm and that no matter what pricelines website states, they would charge the deposit on my card at check in time instead of at checkout time because it just didn't make any sense to keep the card on file and charge it afterward. Because, yeah, I REALLY want to wait 5-10 business days for them to post my deposit refund back on my card. When I realized that it just wasn't going to sink into her brain, I gave up trying to explain the situation to her and left. I immediatley called priceline and requested for something to be done because with their express deals, there is a no refunds or cancelations policy. Luckily, because I am a platinum vip through priceline, they called the hotel, got the reservation canceled, and got my money refunded to my credit card (which I am still currently waiting on, any day now, fingers crossed). Thank GOD for priceline! I will NEVER give that place another chance and will advise future hotel-goers NOT to stay there! They'd be better off in their cars at a truck stop! Like other reviewers before me, I seriously question how they are still in business. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name associated with the Travelodge.

I was pretty surprised when I had stayed in hotels twice the price of this one yet this one, had a nice couch in it. When I discovered a problem with my first room they had me examine other rooms that would accommodate me with haste. Some of the rooms need minor renovation but this seems to actually be the electrician they had already pairs fault for taking a very long time. The staff, even though helpful, seemed like they had been working too long though. I payed attention to the shift changes at the office and having one two men alternating in around 14 hour or longer shifts seems a bit extreme.

Been here for about a week and I have to say that everyone here goes that extra mile to make sure your stay is pleasant. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.Close to airport, restaurants and shopping. Come see for yourself. JAY is awesome. Images lounge connected, what more do you need. I highly recommend you to stay here.

The scoring of this review is simply based on the staff and how conscientious they are with the upkeep of this hotel. The staff is fantastic and helpful with any needs. For instance, the first-floor ice machine had not been working but was being repaired as I was leaving. They focus on cleanliness, customer service, and attentiveness. This is one of the better Travelodges that I have stayed in as a Wyndham Rewards member. OTHER POSITIVES: 1) Large rooms with sofas, 2) late model flat-screen wall TVs, 3) ample bedding, 4) access to a lounge for relaxation and socializing, and 5) close to major restaurants in any direction. SOME NEGATIVES: 1) pool not operational during hot, West Texas summer, 2) the property is showing some age with frayed carpet and plaster cracks, and 3) no breakfast of any kind. Overall, my rating is based on the staff who deserve high marks for their attentiveness and friendly demeanor. The 1st room they gave us had not been cleaned. Trash bagged up sitting on the floor, and beds looked like someone had slept in them. So they gave us another room on 2nd floor. We could not take a shower; it was broken, chairs had rips in them and again, room was not cleaned well we found rock hard bread on top of microwave wrapped in used Napkins!!
