The breakfast was awesome, the staff was fantastic!! The only reason they I didn't give them 5 stars was because the hallways were never vacuumed in the 2 days I stayed there🧐

WE had a very enjoyable stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a great selection. Rooms were clean, attractive and quiet.

The staff at this location is excellent! They were very accommodating and concerned with my stay. They were personable and interactive. The rooms were very clean, even though a tad dated. I'll be back!

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and I’m normally not a complainer but this may be the last time I stay here. The noise from the floor joists above us when the guests above us walked was so loud we couldn’t sleep. You can see where they have repaired the ceiling before. If it was just footsteps I hear it wouldn’t have been so bad. It was the loud creaking like they were going to fall through.

The staff is always so professional. This is a perfect location close to everything. The only hotel I use when visiting.

They charged me $600 for a tv I never touched, never called me back when they said they would look into it. The breakfast is gross and they made me and my coworkers wait in the 100+ degree vestibule for 10 minutes when trying to check in at 10 pm. Lady at the desk said “wait a minute” instead of pushing the open door button. Go to another Marriott.

This is a great place. The only problem is that there was a motorcycle group (alternative mc), that came in and parked all their bikes and a gmc suv right in front of the door. So you can't load and unload or let someone out that can't walk because you can't get past all the bikes. And for some reason the staff wouldn't make them park in a regular parking spot also blocking fire lanes. On top of they just left all their trash laying around for somebody else to pick-up.

Wanted to check out early, was told ny evening rep, would be no problem, morning rep said no when I went to check out. Either poor policy training or poor communication.

Very friendly staff, well-kept hotel overall, and in a good location. I had two issues with my stay: 1) black mold all over the vents of the ac unit (room 312) and zero ventilation in the rooms. Musty mold smell and mixed with cleaning chemical fragrance. Not a good scenario if you have allergies of any kind. They don’t allow you to open the windows even an inch. 2) I found what was either chocolate or dried blood on the comforter of one queen bed. It seemed to have not been washed. Other Marriott hotels nearby are more expensive but worth it in my opinion.

Staff was wonderful. Hot coffee was available at our late check in. The building itself was old and worn down. The room was not very comfortable, but it was very clean and had microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer desk area with plenty of outlets. Regular TV was fine but the free Showtime never stopped buffering on the streaming service. The AC worked but the room was warm and it was a fairly mild night with a rainstorm.

This time was better than a year ago. Last time, there was no hot water the first day, and at the end of that day, there was nonwater at all. Inhad to change hotels. This time was much better. Good room and breakfasts.

The room smells a little musty The room is clean but the drapes don't close all the way and i am on the first floor. It does not offer a lot of privacy.

Worst hotel stay. I am a Marriott rewards member and I expected more. I even sprang for a more expensive room. When we got there, we asked for a crib. It was absolutely disgusting. Gunk and stains all over it. When the front desk lady took it to our room, she realized the heat had been all the way up since their ice storm, which occurred a week prior. Our room didn’t cool down until 6am the next morning!!!!! not only was this miserable for me and my husband, but especially for my newborn baby. he did not sleep. The room reeked was marijuana. it was so overpowering. especially with the heat. it didnt take long to realize where the smell came from, the bathroom. it was the worst of all. to know the room hadnt been looked at for over a week was disgusting. i also think i should mention the front desk lady had two teenage boys with her. i suspect it was staff and/or family members that smoked weed in our room. this was the worst experience. i will not be back.

What a great place! Friendly staff, clean rooms and breakfast was great. They has delicious salsa and tortillas for your eggs which was a nice change to breakfast. The salsa if you like spicy is a must try.

Edited as of June 22, 2023: Hotel agreed to refund the unauthorized charge. Two star review increased to four. Nice location. Very polite and responsive staff. Very clean rooms. I politely asked about a fresh oatmeal milk at the breakfast bar when the one I poured was sour, and the staff fixed the situation right away. I also politely informed them upon checkout about the toilet in the room, which was running and constantly filling, and they thanked me for letting me know. Excellent service. Friendly staff. My only problem was an unrecognized extra charge on my credit card for $18.40 for which there is no documentation, given that I did not buy anything at the hotel. I tried to rectify it with the hotel directly using their phone number listed, but no one answered the phone and the number had no voicemail. I tried to get it rectified with my credit card company, and my credit card company resolved the disputed charge in my favor. The credit card company has informed me that the merchant has 60 days to challenge their decision, so I will be keeping a close eye on what happens. Once those 60 days have passed and I see that the hotel hasn't fabricated charges to furnish to my credit card company, I will consider changing this 2 star review to something higher better reflecting my actual experience. Other than this problem, everything at the hotel--save for the sour oatmeal milk and the running toilet--was great. If you do choose to stay here, please examine your credit card statement very closely afterwards for any unauthorized charges. But, again, one more word for the excellent staff!

Staff was very friendly I’ve never had an issue with any Fairfield hotel but I was very upset with this one I didn’t like that our first night after check inn we uncovered the beds and there was hairs and crumbs on the bed meaning the sheets were not changed from the previous stay.. and we found cookies on the bottom of the bed meaning the floor wasn’t vacuumed.. the staff was able to move us to a new room and everything seemed fine until I went into the restroom there was ants crawling all long the walls and in the shower and sink!! Also only booked with Fairfield because I called the night before and asked if we could use the pool and they said yes we get there and they advised us the pool is closed!

Nice experience staying there. The room was spacious, and the staffs were friendly.

Great hotel. Good breakfast. Loved the desk customer service. Had a problem with my company's card being charged & on their system & automatically were going to charge it to my personal card but after giving them correct info they got it sorted out. All them clerks & even the breakfast & room cleaning ladies were very polite. Compared to other hotels where they don't even give you the time of day. Very hospitable.

I walked in to a clean room! There are so many amenities. I will stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay well definitely stay here again.. staff was great room nice, clean and very spacious. Brunch was wonderful
