Called and made a reservation, except a corporate office representative is who answered. They messed up our reservation. Lisa at the counter at the hotel got us completely squared away without issues. She was great! And we loved the breakfast bar! Great stay all around.

Best place to stay when traveling as a family with kids and pets. Rooms are clean and we still got privacy from the kids the way the rooms are set up. I love it!

Nice spacious room with kitchen & kitchen accessories. Our was facing the road / & interstate so we woke up early it seemed to alot of road noise.

The best hotel in Odessa! Stayed here for 12 nights and everyday the lady(s) did an amazing job with room service. Going above and beyond, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Monday-Wednesday they have social hour with great food. Highly recommended hotel to anyone coming into Odessa!

I've worked here almost 2yrs now, so maybe I am biased, but this is an AMAZING extended stay hotel that provides a complimentary breakfast daily and a Social the first 3 evenings of the week with complimentary wine/beer and a heavy snack. Each room has pots/pans, a fridge, dishes, ect so you can cook in your room. There's also a pool, 2 propane grills, a fitness and laundry centers...ALL COMPLIMENTARY TO OUR GUESTS!! We have the friendliest, best staff and our G.M. is cooler than a Polar Bears toe nails!! Come check us out if you need a place to rest over night, for a couple of days to a week or longer! We treat you better than family.

Where do I even begin to share just how extraordinarily wonderful my stay at this hotel was? From the front desk staff to the housekeeping crew, every team member was at all times, polite, professional, exceedingly competent at their job but, most importantly, smiling and cheerful. You could actually feel just how genuinely happy they were to interact with you. I have stayed at thousands of hotels on 5 different continents over the past half century and the staff at this hotel rises head and shoulders above all the rest. The only thing that marred my stay here was a kitchen area light with a burned out bulb that was not addressed until after my three day stay. Other than that, I cannot sing the praises of this hotel too highly. I honestly felt as if I were leaving behind members of my friends and family when I checked out. It really is THAT good.

The room was not well cleaned. The entire 1st floor, including our room, had a bad smell. Left windows open even though it was over 100 degrees to help with smell. Opened the drawer in the bathroom and found a literal Crack spoon. Breakfast was fine, but the worker was more worried about flirting with the guys staying there then she was refilling things.
