Where to begin! We recently tried to stay at this location and we checked out as soon as we checked in! First off the Lobby smelled horrible! We got to our room and the beds were dirty and the room smelled like smoke. I walked into the bathroom and there was blood on the toilet seat! We went to the lobby and asked for another room. They moved us to another room that was just as horrible! The tub was full of dirt and mud, and the pillows had no covers, and there was make up. The bed looked as if it had been fixed but like someone was just on top of it. I went to the lobby and told the clerk that I wasn't staying and asked for my money back. We were there less than 20 minutes, and she told me they did not give money back. It was the worst hotel experience we've ever seen.

After searching for what seemed forever for just a very cost effective place to rest our head we finally found this little gem. It's not a 5 star hotel but your not paying 5 star $$$ either. <br/>Cons vs Pros<br/>Cons the parking is tight but not anything anybody can do about that, the rooms are simple and plain but it's not meant to be fancy.<br/>Pros the staff is super friendly and very helpful the breakfast / lobby area is super clean, coffee was fresh and tasted delicious. The rooms are super spacious, they are separated into a living area and bedroom area with two bathrooms! You are getting two rooms in one suite with two bathrooms and two TVs and a fridge with great staff for close to 100 bucks, you can't beat that bottom line. I called and went by at least 6 places before making our decision and for I was looking for "cost effective place to rest my head with nothing fancy" is exactly what I got.

This place was terrible. If i wasn't so tired from driving across country I would have left and found another hotel. There was hair on the tub that looked as it belonged to 3 different people. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. There was noise all day coming from the room next door. When I was leaving I found out it was the cleaning crew just hanging out in an empty room. That explained to me why the tub was dirty. There was a container of Ajax sitting on top of the toilet. I guess I was supposed to clean the bathroom myself. The shower barely worked. You had to completely cut of the cold water to get hot water. And then it barely trickled out. The shower walls were gross. You could tell that they were not cleaned. The imitation granite almost hides the scrap stuck on them. I almost vomited. I got a few hours of sleep with my clothes on and got back on the road. Never again.

Is there a possibility to eventually just rate this with half a star? I only stayed here because everything is expensive in this town, so you kind of just have to accept it. The place was disgusting. Smelled like cigarettes and when I walked in the TV was on and one of the pillows from the bed was on the couch like someone had just been in there. There was a cigarette butt on the a/c. Carpet had stains all over it. I didn't even feel comfortable sleeping below the sheets. Not to mention how unsafe I felt here. The deadbolt worked, but the latch was broken. The internet connection was awful, so I couldn't do anything that involved needing that. Definitely going to drive much further to avoid this type of place.

The office area really nice. The room wasn't. We couldn't get any hot water, the bathroom faucet spray water. It really looked like it was run down.

OML Their suites were so beautiful if you want to stay somewhere nice with decent pricings go here and please don't go looking for a suite trying to pay the normal price as if you are getting a regular room if you want a cheaper price look for it online this motel is so beautiful mostly on the inside but it's great.....

Staff was great with getting me checked into a room last minute. Staff was notified of bed bugs during the middle of the night. Refused to provide a refund but transferred me to a different room as soon as possible.

The staff is great!! The manager is respectful and understanding. The housekeeping lady is the most friendliest I've ever met. I wish we would of come here first. I recommend Baymont Inn formally known as America's Best Value. The location isn't really great but it's ok for travelers.

If I could give this hotel no stars. I think that would be the most honest review. Motel room had dried dog poop under the desk. Stunk of dog and wet spots on carpet.. I'm guessing it was dog urine. The bed next to the wind had vomit down the side of the fitted sheet... it was horrible.. The desk clerks we're super understanding and nice, but don't expect to get too much sleep at night people are very rude and disrespectful they have they're music turned up all hours of the night.Had a horrible experience. Will not refer or be back. Spend your money somewhere else.

I'm impressed with the lady named Kira who works the front desk. She was nice but there was a man who kept talking to someone on the phone when I was there he looked like a drug user. Anyways she was nice but please if the owner wants more business keep the drug user's out of your lobby that's all.

Worst experience of my life. The hotel front desk person was awesome but the hotel itself was run down, the day I checked in there was no toilet paper, no remote and was not cleaned the entire time I was there. I booked 5 days and left a day early because I never got any clean towels.
