Booked a room and when my girlfriend and I arrived they said they couldn't give us a room even though we already paid and wouldn't give a refund. Never going to a motel 6 ever again, and I recommend to anyone else traveling or even trying to have a night out never stay here!

Had a work trip and stayed here, I will say I will not be staying here again. Got put in a room where we had bed bugs. Was able to catch them and put them in a cup and owner was trying to tell us they weren’t bed bugs. I seen them a lot to be told they weren’t it. They gave us a second room. And queda what we had them again. Mind you we were already asleep. When we started getting bit. All we wanted was a good nights sleep to work the next day. They still didn’t want to compensate for the one night after we barely slept. Smoke detectors kept going off also. So that didn’t help either. Would not recommend it.

The room was horrible. Little black bugs all over the bed and floor. The door has a 1 inch gap and they were watering, the water kept coming into the room under the door soaking the floor. I paid for a week. After 1 night I changed hotels and they would not give me a full refund minus the 1 night stay. $256 for Mon-Fri and only refunded me back $110. So I was charged $146. for 1 night.

Bad attitude of the older cleaning lady, she does not want to clean the rooms and they are very dirty and she marks it as clean, that is wrong, they should throw her out for being dirty

The cleaning service is not good, they should change it, they do not clean well, it is good, bad, the old lady does not like to clean, she does not change the towels, I do not recommend this motel because there is not good cleaning

The cleaners are very filthy, not all of them clean, the older Mexican lady acts as the one who is going to clean and does not clean, she leaves everything a mess, very bad service on her part.

It was clean. It allowed pets! The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet. The phone v worked well. It had a good refrigerator and micro wave. For the price it was nice.

I wish I could give it less stars. Got 2 rooms, both smelled like old socks and mold. Another guest that clearly lives there full time tried to engage my husband to rob him after circling our vehicles like a shark. I will say the receptionist was very nice and seemed really concerned that we were leaving after only 40 min.

I wanted to save some $$$ compared to other hotels I've been staying at. That's definitely a win. Water pressure is a win. Everything else, not all the motels fault, was rough. It's next to rail road tracks, and the train passes a couple of times a night. You hear and feel it. During rush hour (I work late, so I'm sleeping), it's like sleeping on the sidewalk outside. You can hear all the road noise. The door has gaps around it, so the Odessa wind is heard and felt in the room as the wind comes in. That explains the film on the floor. You can see the mop marks but dirt settled on it. As you walk around the motel room you can see your footprints. The bathroom was kind of clean. Soap scum was on the left side of the faucet from where a bar of soap used to be. I cleaned that. Showers were VERY tight. I'm 5'10 and was almost touching the ceiling. I had to squat to rinse my hair as if you lean back your body touches the shower wall. Overall, depending what your looking for, not terrible but definitely not awesome.

Staff was very nice but bathroom was dirty. Found small bugs crawling around the bathroom walls and sink.

Good price for the room, had fridge and microwave. Clean, and friendly service.

Management is a joke. I paid online and when I went to go check in, they wanted to charge me again! Not sure if it’s due to incompetency or if they were trying to rip me off, but now I’m ultimately down $60 until my refund can be processed. I recommend going somewhere where the management knows what they are doing.

They have unlegal people working for them. They don't watch there cameras. Cameras don't work. Because my husband was in the laundry room from 7 am to 1pm doing our laundry. They said there was no one in the laundry area. But I can say the rooms are nice.To use the waher and dryer it was 3.00 to wash to dry was 4.00.

Super fast check inn!!! Rooms are decent in size and need improvement however their staff is amazing!!! Dora the housekeeper gave me excellent service and the front desk people were able to resolve any and every issue I had! Hotel itself is decent but the people who work there makes up for the decent rooms!!!

The lady at the counter (Sheila i believe) was so nice and understanding. It was late at night and our electric was off and the estimated time of restoration was 5sm,, it was over 90° and no wind. She was able to take different forms of payment and was very accommodating. The room itself was way nicer than anticipated. Parking lot well lit and bed was comfortable. Plus the AC worked amazing.

This is the second time I've stayed here. Rooms are nice and clean, parking is lit up and surrounded by hotel rooms, like a horse shoe, so no worries about car thieves. One way in and out! Great wifi, nice TV, beautiful bathroom. Perfect for us!

For the price, it's worth it. Nice small clean room. Only bad is that tracks are close by

DO NOT !! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!! ESPECIALLY IF HAVE CHILDREN !!! These individuals are dirty and very aggressive and very inconsiderate just not fit for business owners !! Me & my family booked 4 nights last minute because our ac went out at home and on the 3rd day of check out they stated my stay was only for 3 nights which I know exactly how much I paid anyhow I didn’t receive no refund and at that my husband had to rush back from location to pick us up eta was 1 hour & 30 minutes and I let them know so they were okay with me staying in there for a little then The woman in the front came to the room to ask me to leave now mind this it was 104 degrees outside and she began saying she didn’t care about us she wanted her money then I told her okay we’ll my husband is not even 20 minutes away and she started hollering obnoxiously and tried attacking me while my child was present I stood up right in front of her because hell if she would’ve laid one finger on my child !!! Everyone next Door even upstairs can hear the mess she was it came to the point where I had to lock myself in the hotel room and call law enforcement!!! She had the other men in the front desk harrassing and threatening me until law enforcement arrived then they wanted to act professional!!! I wouldn’t advise anyone to support this business whatsoever!!

The lady working the front desk need Sheila was very friendly and accommodating

House keeping stole my credit card and just tried making thousands of dollars in purchases with it, the idiots tried to book a flight, I already contacted odessa sheriff's department and when I get to the bottom of this charges will be laid
