Sat there 15 minutes. No server / waitress. Maybe I try another day because the view is great

I visited from Los Angeles and I loved it here. Great service with menus in English, amazing food, friendly staff, breathtaking view of the Black Sea, and beautiful suites. Beautiful pool with great water quality. I would definitely come again and I recommend the Portofino to everyone.

Excellent place at the very seaside. Nice meeting hall; big rooms, majority with sea view. The food is good, but menu lacks choice. Very hospitable personnel.

Good place, but. A bit crowded. There was a wedding when we arrived. The pool was not open cause to wedding. Also they moved me on the beach as I was in the way of the view of the wedding. When I should go back to the hotel, I had to go out and around everything, no excuse given. The hotel should tell us ( guests ) about the wedding and give us something that would compensate us for our trubbels. Good location on the beach and some good staff, but noisy. Music all night long. Good breakfasts!

Had spent a day here (weekday), reasonable prices for usage of pool and the beach.. The bar and restaurant is quite expensive.. 4-5 fold of what you'd buy in a normal store (beer) Food too was expensive.. a meal would equal a days enjoyment there to me.. The staff is good, kind and helpful.. Usage of pool area and its services ended fairly soon in the evening..

Great quiet beach with ready good service. But the sea is the same as everywhere. Too many algae in the water

Attention to the rooms facing right (Bono beach club) as they are so noisy it is impossible to sleep - they should tell you in advance!! Apart of that, very nice hotel and facilities, it'd be a 5 star apart of that serious noise issue

Overall feeling: Felt like we went to a public beach. 250 UAH per place next to the sea. Our umbrellas were constantly drifting away and deforming thanks to a bit of wind. Flies and midges were not very welcoming. Hookah was very good. Our waiter was attentive. Wine was good as well. 3.5 / 5
