Very clean, good repair, new beds. Nice kitchen, new fridge and washing machine. The owners helped to reserve a parking space. Drinking water, garbage bags and toilet paper are provided free of charge. Towels are provided free of charge and offered to be replaced for washing.

All liked it. The hosts are nice and responsive. Even though it’s not cheap, it’s comfortable. Pros: almost everything. There is nothing to complain about. I liked the TV with Smart TV - you can connect YouTube and play video from your phone. The apartment has a reverse osmosis water filter. There were no problems with water. Of the minuses: the pans need to be changed - everything burns on them. A bit far from the beaches - ~35 minutes to the nearest one. In the evening, many insects fly from the balcony. It wouldn't hurt to put a mosquito net on the door. Overall, the impressions are very good. I recommend.

The room is very cozy and very clean. The owners offered to pick up trash every morning and offered clean towels/hygiene products as needed. The room has everything for a good rest and stay, and even more (washing machine, hairdryer, large wardrobe, ironing board, set of dishes and kettle). I didn’t even want to leave the room, as it was very cozy, like home. I would also like to especially highlight that this is a new residential complex, which is guarded and has a permit system, which is no less important in the matter of personal safety in a foreign city. And also very polite and pleasant hosts, who immediately come and help with any question.

Perfect acomodation aswel the location in Odessa. 20-30 minutes from the historical center and sea. We were pleased with the friendly reception and it was very child friendly.

Nice place to stay

The hotel's managing manager is an absolutely inadequate person who allows himself to insult and curse clients. We rented an apartment at 18 Onilova Lane for three days, we wanted to extend our stay, but the apartment was on reserve, we left for two days and then came back again. During the first check-out, a package with three elegant dresses and two champagne flutes was left in the apartment, which I informed the administration about. The maid said that she had thrown away the glasses, I asked to return the dresses, but she insisted that there were none. The administration refused to resolve the issue and did not want to watch the cameras. I went to look at the cameras and saw that the maid was coming out with our package. When I informed the administration, they decided to evict me, and Alexey insulted and cursed me in correspondence.

Beautiful place. Always clean and tidy. The farms are very caring! I recommend it.

Clean and nice

We liked everything! Excellent accommodation in a new house. An ideal option for a vacation for two or family. We recommend it to everyone! In the apartment, it feels like everything was done with love and care, and this is a huge bonus for relaxation. Great renovation! Modern interior and furniture! Absolutely everything is new. The hosts are very attentive and hospitable people. The apartment is comfortable and very cozy. We had the most pleasant impressions of staying at SKY-APARTMENTS with Lyudmila and Sergey. Next time we will only stay with them and RECOMMEND them to EVERYONE!
