Great place to relax, cozy rooms, clean and comfortable.

The IRIS apart-hotel is located, as I understand it, on the 20th and 23rd floors of the 24th floor. Stayed in room 9 "sea view". The rectangular room is divided into three zones: hallway + bathroom, living room with kitchenette and bedroom. The apartments are optimally equipped, no frills, but have everything you need. A very responsive administrator Alexander is always ready to help with any question.

We stayed at Iris apartment in October 2021 and were very pleased with the service, cleanliness and location. The view from the 21st floor was amazing! The room has absolutely everything you need: an excellent hairdryer (and not like in budget hotels), bathrobes, slippers, bathroom amenities, a washing machine (this was important for us, since we were there for 8 days), cleaning the apartment and changing towels and bed sheets. And the location is in the very walking center - the Arcadia district. I really liked it! 5⭐️
