They charge your card for parking few days after departure. They do not tell you up front … how wrong it that? Why play games and get slick? Tell us up front that because you have security at night we the customers have to help pay for the hotel hiring security.

The hotel has a sewer problem. The whole hotel had a bad smell. When you report it they say it happens from time to time. So the whole time at breakfast that is all you can smell. The rooms are not completely cleaned. The front desk staff are very very nice!

My favorite place to stay! Clean place, very comfortable beds, good full hot breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

I booked this hotel since I needed to change my flight plans. I booked it because it looked new, was right off the highway and I can usually depend on IHG. This hotel did not disappoint. A quick wait time at the front desk, but seemed the receptionist was doing a few other duties at once. Once checked in, the room was clean and straight forward. Super comfortable pillows and bed. Super spacious bathroom and walk in shower. Location is okay. Gas station next door closed at 8pm which is weird to close that early on a Saturday. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste, the front desk quickly provided that for me. It’s about a 18 min drive to the airport. Overall, I am staying here moving forward when in the area. I forgot to capture some pictures, but trust me, stay here. You won’t regret it!

We were there for just a night but the location was great for us. Clean, nice outdoor seating, and friendly, helpful staff.

Clean rooms with all necessities in the room. All together it’s a great place to stay. Nova is professional.

Staff was very nice, went above the standard. Made sure we had extra towels. Clean and pool area is very nice. Laundry machines availible.

They required $150 deposit for a weekend stay. I’ve stayed in many hotels, a lot of them being 4 and 5 star hotels, and I’ve never been charged such an excessive deposit. There was mention of a parking fee that was waived so I don’t know how much. Pretty ridiculous. There was hair in the showers which makes me question how thoroughly they’re cleaning these rooms between guests. Last time I’ll be staying at a IHG property.

Clean hotel. Sheets did have stains on them even though they were washed. Room and hotel is clean. Service was hospitable. The breakfast was a miss here as the variety was limited compared to stay in PHX. Out of milk and cinnamon rolls were not taken out of the package and left under warmer. Biscuits were rock hard as well. I know this location can do better that what I experienced today.

Its right off the freeway. Hotel is pretty new. This is pobably the nicest holiday inn ive been to in awhile. Customer service is exceptional. Free breakfast was hot and fresh.

Had a great stay! The pool was very nice in the super hot heat that was happening. 107 degree F heat! The continental breakfast had some great options and the pancake machine actually had some good quality pancakes. I'll probably hit it up again when I return for more work in Odessa.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The beds were nice and firm. The free breakfast was a little disappointing though. We got down there a few minutes after they opened and the juice machine was out of order, and also the pancake machine wasn't even working. My only other complaint was that they charge a $7 self parking fee to park outside in their parking lot! I have never experienced that before in all my times staying at a Holiday Inn express hotel 😳

Had a mix up on reservations dates tried to book a room for same night and website changed date to 4 nights past day needed. I tried to get help on the reservation. Manager Jessica Vargas was not helpful at all. Said we were welcome to come spend the night of the day of reservation that we didn’t need. Was rude and kept hanging up. Yelled and said stop yelling when none was yelling. After trying to call several times to get things resolved she proceeded to keep threatening to call police department for “harassment” My dad just had a surgery and we were just trying to get him accommodated since we are not from there. But like she stated we have the wrong person wrong property. We booked through the website on their page. Ive personally worked in hotel establishments and we always tried to resolve any problems with people who were willing to spend any money with us. Very unprofessional establishment.

This is a standard IHG hotel with nice rooms, clean hallways, and good breakfast. The lady at the front was friendly. There is plenty of parking on the premises. Half of the night it smelled like gas outside and the odor seeped through to the room as well. Probably not the hotels fault though.

I gave this place five stars because Jordan was very helpful and professional at the front desk. The rooms were very clean the breakfast What's good as well. I stayed here four years ago, and it was just as good back then. I will definitely book here again just because of the service. Thank you, Jordan.

Well, I just checked in. Booked through IHG where I am a platinum member of the rewards program. I stay at Holiday Inn Express for business regularly. IHG specifically stated that there was no deposit for my stay. I waited about 29 minutes to check in behind three gentlemen who weren’t told about a deposit. That was my first clue I’d messed up. Their deposit was $75 per room, mine was only $25, guess I should count myself lucky. That’s after IHG website specifically stated no deposit when I booked the room which is unusual. Guess I should’ve known then. They also charge $7.00 a night to park your vehicle. That’s right. Not for extra vehicles or anything like that. Your first, standard-size vehicle…$7.00 hidden fee. My room is not carpeted and smells like a $25 motel room where they use that disinfectant that almost makes your eyes water it’s so strong. And the TV doesn’t work. Headed down to the desk now to get that on the record so they don’t try to hit my card for a TV. I’ll try and stick it out for the 2 nights this trip and I will NEVER return. Even if this one is close, go to the other HIE across town. It’s not the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but it’s comfortable and they aren’t trying to gouge their clientele at every opportunity.

Very nice, clean, comfortable well kept rooms. Staff is super nice and helpful. They have semi truck parking here. Nice workout room, lobby is huge with several TV's, computer work area. Nice pool outdoors with very nice covered patio with ceiling fans and two large nice gas barbeque cookers. Have a very good breakfast with omelet, biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, pancakes and sausage. Large siting area to eat. Have A Little store also but a little expensive. Overall I am impressed 🙂
