I agree with comments, saying that the best days of this hotel have already passed, but still we had a great stay. Hotel/ room was cozy, spacious, cool (very important when its hot outside), with all the necessary equipment. Also location is good if you are interested in more silent surroundings (further from the center) and a sea nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you!

One of the best hotels in this world and probably the best in the beach area of Odessa. Great lobby, amazing breakfast. Such helpful service. It is an honor to be a guest here .

the good thing: it's new. the bad thing: it's new. 😉 team needs much more guidance and training than it has now. still the experience is great. rooms cool standard. when you smile at staff, they smile back. but most of them don't smile first 😳 don't make them book your limousine for airport pickup. horrible experience. better get your own driver at the airport. you can't do worse but at least cheaper.

The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable. Wonderful location, tasty cuisine, everybody is polite and always happy to help.

The service was terrible, had to wait for drinks and food. It was cold when it arrived. Looks nice but poor service.

I went there for a couple of days and our stay was amazing! The pool is so nice and they have a sauna,steam room, hamam! We loved it there. We will definitely go back :)
