Celebrated my daughter's bday, nice place to hang out for small gatherings, well behaved staff

Good place as a cafe. The ambience is good. Song selection is okay. The chai is it's main attraction here. Other food in menu are good as well . They have pizza , burger. Must try the tandoori brocolli. Another best thing is they have the hookah and non hookah section different so people can enjoy accordingly. The building has parking space and this is located in the second floor.

The food was overpriced. The most disheartened order was dessert. This is the Lychee season where 1kg costs rs130,, in our dessert palate only 6 pieces and one scoop of vanilla ice-cream was there which cost us around 160 rs .. attaching the picture Ambience was awesome... We went with the family, the most important thing which we liked was the hookah setup was at a different place.

Chai break finally in cuttack. As usual , the food and staff are good. But the ambience is not a grand one, it is "ok". Try the paneer makhni pizza if you are a vegetarian. Overall a 4star, and a good place for small hangouts.

My whole experience was just okay. Because the place could be a little better at services and taste but it's fine if it's ok with the way it is. I remember when I last visited this place I had cheese fondae and burger. I ordered the food while being served it was the best . I just wanted the burger to be cut into two halves. So the waiter without any second thought used a butter knife to cut the burger. And after failing at its attempt he said it won't be possible and the next thing he did was take all the messed up servings and start serving us one by one . No matter that the burger became life roti sabji. So this was my experience with a waiter though everyone is in a learning stage but sometimes we want things in a better way. The price is a little higher than usual . So it can be little modulated with the quantity they are serving. Rest coming to the ambience which can be little better and not cosy. Music shouldn't be loud or a series of sad songs on the playlist. Not everyone has been there after a bad mood. Volume should be moderate.

My 2nd time to CHAI BREAK in cuttack for a dinner with my family. Ordered Chicken Tikka Pizza for myself and son.Thin crust Pizza-Crispy and Crunchy, Perfect seasoning,yummy Chicken Tikka toppings along with lots of onion and bell pepper, Spicy😋5 star for the pizza,A MUST TRY,very cordial and professional staff, but ambience is ok not very classy. GOOD PLACE, GOOD FOOD

The ambience of the place is just wow. Its aesthetic enough. Food is bit overpriced but the quality and taste is 5/5. Sitting is available most of the time. Not really crowded. Service is fast and good. Appreciate the service of Mr. Manoj Kumar Pal. His pleasant behaviour made our experience much better!! Thank you

Best Ambience in all Cuttack. Thankful to Manoj Kumar Pal for friendly and polite behaviour and he also being the reason for our daily time at Chai Break , Cuttack.

Last week we went there for dinner . And it was a complete disappointment. It was too crowded still we managed to get a table. We ordered chilli garlic noodles, one pizza with mushroom and olives and one one grilled fish platter. We waited for 45 minutes as it was too crowded. Finally we got our chilli garlic noodles which tasted like hookah flavoured. Couldn’t understand why it tasted like this. After that we got our fish platter . The rice and veggies were good but the fish was so salty that we couldn’t eat . We asked for a replacement. Again after 1/2 an hour we got the fish but this time it was not cooked properly. Water was coming out from the fish . As it was basa fish it needed to be thawed properly and pat dry before coking . But it wasn’t . And instead of mushroom pizza we got paneer pizza . That was enough for us not to have food over there again . It was a horrible experience for us .

Good ambience and courteous staff. I really liked the spread of the menu, would definitely recommend this place.

Had Barbeque Chicken Pizza here, which was very, very good. Way better than anything I've ever had from Domino's or Pizza Hut. 1 pizza can suffice as a meal for 2. Ambience is good. The Adrak Chai here is also good. There's a closed space for hookah at the back which we didn't visit. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting in twos or fours.

To Franchise owner, The ambience is ok. We had order three item from the menu (Dine in). 1. Mexican warp 2. Coffee 3.Veg Club sandwich No. 3, 2 foods served to us on the table and No.1 came after that, so we requested the staff to serve Mexican warp after 5 min. after we waited more than 5 - 15 min for Mexican Warp to come but instead they brought bill gave it us at that time we asked for Mexican Wrap answer was they had parcel it without any knowledge. I would recommend Not to Visit as it's a Pathetic service I got they were not accepting the fault as arguing. The ambience of this place may not be as good... But the food is... Especially the pizza... I mean if you like thin crust pizza and want to get something good then go for it... Better than dominos in my opinion...
