I
recently
had
the
unfortunate
experience
of
ordering
from
Green
Chillyz,
Chandrasekharpur
and
I
must
say
it
was
one
of
the
worst
service
encounters
I
have
ever
encountered.
From
start
to
finish,
the
entire
process
was
marred
with
inefficiency,
unprofessionalism,
and
a
complete
disregard
for
customer
satisfaction.
After
placing
my
order
online
and
patiently
waiting
for
the
food
to
arrive,
I
was
shocked
when
the
delivery
partner
arrived
at
the
restaurant
an
hour
later.
To
make
matters
worse,
it
was
through
the
delivery
partner's
phone
that
I
received
the
shocking
news
that
my
ordered
item
was
not
available.
Instead,
the
restaurant
suggested
sending
me
a
water
bottle
as
an
alternative.
Frankly,
this
was
beyond
ridiculous.
I
had
placed
an
order
for
a
specific
dish
and
it
was
their
responsibility
to
ensure
its
availability
or
inform
me
in
a
timely
manner.
The
fact
that
they
made
me
wait
for
over
an
hour
before
revealing
the
unavailability
of
my
chosen
item
is
simply
unacceptable.
If
they
knew
it
was
not
available,
they
should
have
promptly
canceled
the
order,
allowing
me
to
explore
other
dining
options.
Instead,
they
chose
to
play
with
their
customers'
time
and
patience,
attempting
to
force
an
unwanted
product
onto
me.
To
add
insult
to
injury,
after
I
declined
their
offer
of
a
water
bottle,
they
casually
canceled
my
order
as
if
it
was
no
big
deal.
Well,
it
was
a
big
deal.
I
wasted
valuable
time
waiting
for
a
meal
that
never
arrived
and
had
to
endure
the
frustration
of
dealing
with
a
disorganized
and
unprofessional
service.
I
am
thoroughly
disappointed
with
Green
Chillyz,
Chandrasekharpur
and
their
blatant
lack
of
regard
for
their
customers.
Their
actions
demonstrate
a
complete
disregard
for
customer
satisfaction,
and
it
is
evident
that
they
prioritize
their
own
convenience
over
the
needs
and
expectations
of
their
clientele.
I
would
strongly
advise
against
ordering
from
Green
Chillyz,
Chandrasekharpur
if
you
value
your
time
and
expect
even
a
modicum
of
professionalism
from
the
service
industry.
In
conclusion,
my
experience
with
Green
Chillyz,
Chandrasekharpur
was
abysmal.
The
combination
of
a
delayed
delivery,
false
promises,
and
an
attempt
to
substitute
my
order
with
an
unrelated
product
left
me
feeling
frustrated
and
disheartened.
Green
Chillyz,
Chandrasekharpur
needs
to
seriously
reevaluate
their
customer
service
practices
if
they
wish
to
remain
in
business
and
retain
a
loyal
customer
base.
