The flat per se is nice and spacious, but the agency is the worst agency ever. Their attitude and sense of superiority is so bad that I wouldn't rent anything from them, the guest is treated with no courtesy or respect. Avoid them at any cost, you won't receive any help from them, no support, no towel or extra bed sheets, every time I had to wash them I had to hope they would dry before the evening. The WiFi is shared between 3 flats, so between at least 15-20 people, you can imagine how fast it is. We also had to move out one day earlier than the contract ending date without any refund. The deposit was not refunded on moving out but one week after.

Don’t listen the negative reviews. This apartment is actually really quite amazing. Easy access to the city, park during Portugal Days, and a gorgeous view of Lisbon! No A/C, but leave the windows open and turn the fans on. Highly recommend!!

Very nice location, centrally located. Great view over the city from the living room. We were there with 12 people and had enough space. I can recommend the apartment to everyone !

I have to say for the price the apartment is great for a large group. The location is great and everything else was very good. The rooms were clean and tidy. The lounge was also very nicely decorated. All in all, I can only recommend the apartment to everyone.

We rented this property on RBNB. Clean apartment and very well located. Rented for 15 people but not equipped for that many people Lack of crockery, large table chairs, tea towels. No VMC in the bathrooms On the other hand, very friendly welcome. Perfect bedding. Some electrical problems when running the dishwasher. If I have to give a rating I will give 12.5/20

We (group of 10) stayed for 3 nights in Lisboa. The apartment was spacious and accommodated us easily. However, a few points to note for health and safety. Shower water pressure was low with sudden extreme temperature changes whilst showering - likely the system set up not coping with multiple users. Multiple plug sockets not secure - wobbly when inserting/removing plugs. No air conditioning in the apartment. Cheap poor quality desk fans provided in rooms but were not good enough. At the minimum, pedestal fans should be provided if no air conditioning. Rigid check out timing. A recommendation is to provide a brief laminated document in the apartment for new guests who arrive - this could contain a summary of rules/requirements as well as some information about local amenities/public transport etc. Overall, we would not stay here again in future.

Although photos on website look aesthetic, it's a pretty basic amenity, shoddy kitchen with a complete absence of condiments, which is fine if you don't intend to do any cooking. Why would you? Lisbon is full of fantastic restaurants. No lift.

This was our 1st time using Airbnb and Central Hill Apartments. We had a 1 night stay at the Alegria apartment with a group of 10 people. Check in was easy. The apartment is much bigger than we expected. Everyone was comfortable and having 3 washrooms was a big plus. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our friends and family.
