Me and my family stayed in that hotel in February. We booked a family room for 4 person: 2 parents with 2 kids. When we arrived to the hotel, receptionist has found my booking, but wasn't able to provide required room. After several discussions, another, much smaller room, with much higher price. Moreover, it had only 2 beds, only for 3 persons. As we hadn't another options, we had to take that room. You can see on the photos the size of the room. One bed is located right after the entry. Also, that room had a smoke smell. It was very noisy and cold. It was worst experience in hotel booking, fortunately, we had only 1 night stay there. So, Offenbach is not good place to stay, and Panorama Hotel there is worst hotel ever. I'd like to forger about that stay and I'd like to avoid any visitors to stay there. Unfortunately, I can't put less then 1 star, it's even much for them. DON'T STAY AT PANORAMA HOTEL!

I arrived at the hotel at 11:04 pm to find the entrance locked and all the lights off. I called the number on the door and explained that I had a prepaid room for the night and the response was that the hotel reception closes at 11:00pm and no one was coming back to let me in. I expected better service from a "3 star" hotel that had already taken the money for the room. While I can't comment on the inside because I never entered, I can say the outside surroundings of the hotel make the name of the hotel hugely ironic.

Terrible place, terrible customer service. Highly don’t recommend. Card machine didn’t work, nobody spoke English and quality of rooms was bad. Definitely didn’t match the pictures online.

A good place for Muslims to stay. A very nice big mosque with a hala shop just within. The rooms ar okay but the toilets were too small

absolutely not recommended. we book a room through booking, we are told that check in is until 11pm, we arrive at 10pm and find the structure closed, we called the one who is supposed to be the owner who comes down in slippers and pajamas and starts repeating us in a very bad English that the structure was full, so we show him the reservation but he pretends not to understand and repeats that the structure was full. We were left alone in front of the closed hotel, at 11pm, in the middle of a city we didn't know. You don't even have to go inside to understand that this is absolutely a place to avoid

The whole place needs renovation, scratches on the walls, rooms too small or very big, very noisy heating in the midlle of the night. The furniture is old and worn-out. There was a wardrobe in my room, but I could not use it, because it was full of old stuff/crap. The windows do not close properly so it is windy inside, cloaked bathroom drain. TV did not work... bad!

Well what shall I say. I went there because HRS said that this hotel reached 8 out of 10 points. Don't know why. Positive points. Receptionist offered to park his car else where to free parking space, rooms newly renovated, breakfast was a European Egyptian mix, staff was friendly Negative points : no official parking lot, no elevator (not eligible for handicapped) 2 floors , furniture mixed old /new an not always clean, . Airport landing Lane (if you like watching planes good), very colorful interior. In the end, for the price of 45€ it was acceptable, but never 8 out of 10 points.

Panorama view over a supermarket roof, the room was extremely noisy due to a diesel engine being started within the same building every 30 minutes. I could not sleep and the saggy mattress didn't help. Room was clean and, as stated by the staff, renovated in 2016, however the bathroom tiles still seemed to be from the 1970s. I can not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even at the regular price, as opposed to the 119€ during the book fair. I didn't not try the breakfast.

I had a reservation for two nights but the hotel was overbooked and me and my friends were in the streets. The owner only speaks in German and he didn't even open the entrance door. Awful experience! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Stayed here for an overnight stop with my 2 large dogs. Service was very friendly and helpful. Great as an overnight stop. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel in itself was not terrible. Would recommend it for traveling business stays that were quick. Not a place for a longer stay. Area was bare not much around just residential. Parking was miss leading. There is one spot out front..we were parked in most of the weekend we were there (not a huge deal we used taxis to get around anyway). Staff was super friendly, rooms was clean but only the bare essentials. Breakfast was good. They were doing a bit of construction so maybe some improvements are on the way. Would stay there again of traveling to Offenbach on a "messe" weekend. Price was reasonable unlike most hotels on those weekends

The staff wasn't really friendly and made fun of us, that was pretty disturbing. Perhaps his mood was the result of the smell of dead fish outside. Or alive. Neither smells good anyway 🤷 TV in our room was quite useless, it doesn't even have any USB ports, neither do the channels work. The location is perfect for hiking fans, since you'll have to walk for 40 minutes to the hotel! Fortunately, the fan worked pretty well and we cooled down right away. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, coffee machine made some terrifying noises but pretty good coffee, too!

Room smelled bad and bathroom wasn’t clean… service was unfriendly.

-Bed is hard, and the room so small and warm in the summer, Fan is not help at all. this hotel have no prive parking so people with the car must look on street parking and that not easy. -When I stay at this hotel I have surprise that at my 2nd day morning somebody knock my door and inform me that I must leave!/change the room, and I found this that not normal specialy when you stay at hotel, I really dissapointed. I have plan stay for 3 night but I leave at 2nd day. never comeback for sure! I have bad experience

Horrible experience, we booked a room through booking, we talked with the hotel up to two days before departure because we needed to know until when the reception was open for check in, as they had not replied to our email sent a week before. As soon as my friends arrived in front of the hotel, they found everything closed, a guy with some slippers came down saying that the hotel was full and leaving us practically in the middle of the road, and obviously all this not in English but in German. We did our best to arrive in time before the reception closed and instead we had the rip-off anyway, I strongly don-t reccomend it, I don't even know why it is still open at this point given the non-existent service
