It was a sleepover provided by Lufthansa due to a cancelled flight with breakfast and dinner included. I didn't have an opportunity to try breakfast as the checkout was too early. Dinner was awful, and they made it specifically for Lufthansa passengers. So maybe the food for other customers is better. But who wants to try next time after a bad experience, right. The room was okay. Clean bathroom but there were cobwebs in the bedroom, not so cool. The staff asked me if I wanted to receive a wakeup call. I agreed and asked them to call at 4:00 am but they never called. LoL. The location is convenient, near the station. All in all, fine for a sleepover but I wouldn't book this hotel myself.

I had the misfortune of staying here due to a delay causing me to miss a connection on Lufthansa. Delays suck, but that happens. This hotel was beyond awful though. My room's bathroom was dirty and didn't have soap. Of course I didn't have access to my luggage, and the hotel ran out of toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste. The dinner they provided for stranded Lufthansa passengers was a buffet that wouldn't have even been appropriate for prisoners. This hotel made an unfortunate situation much worse. If you get stuck in frankfurt overnight, do yourself a favor and rent a room anywhere else.

Really really hot. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. But man is this hotel hot. Both my room and the gym are like saunas. It’s winter and I’ve left my window open but even that doesn’t seem to cool the room down. If only the thermostat actually cooled the room to an acceptable temperature I might be more comfortable. Probably won’t stay here again. And one point on the fitness room.... their website says it has world class fitness equipment. Not quite an accurate description. There is one (just one) of everything. They are very old and could use some attention. The bike I rode had loose handle bars which wiggles back and forth with each revolution of the peddle

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights before embarking on a tour of Germany. I liked the location and it was easy to catch public transportation to downtown. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area. The breakfast was outstanding with so many varieties of food and beverages. You will not walk away hungry! I only enjoyed evening drinks on the patio that overlooked a park. The service was attentive. My room met my expectations. It was clean with plenty of room, a safe, iron, huge closet, fridge, fluffy towels and bottled water that was replenished each day. The room did not have a coffee maker but when I wandered out for a morning cup to take to my room before breakfast they accommodated my craving. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in the Sheraton Hotel in Offenbach due to a canceled flight. The hotel is old, not well-maintained… There are damages in the hallway wall/floor. In the rooms the AC doesn’t work, the windows don’t really open, which makes it impossible to sleep during the night due to the heat. The toilet has mold, the towels have holes on them… The pillows are so old, that give no support at all.. The food makes you wish for better days.. The only reason why I would give 2 stars is the effort of the stuff. Very nice people. But never again. The same opinion have the rest of the people from our cancelled flight, which had to stay there..

I had a positive experience. The hotel has a great location in the heart of Offenbach, making it very convenient for business travelers like myself. The rooms have been recently renovated and are very comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. However, I was disappointed to find out upon arrival that the SPA was closed, and there was no notice of this on their website. I was really looking forward to taking advantage of this feature, so this was a bit of a letdown for me. Furthermore, while the Club Lounge replacement was adequate, I found the food quality to be a little bit difficult. It didn't quite meet my expectations, especially compared to other Sheraton hotels I've stayed at in the past. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still think this is a solid business hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to other business travelers looking for a convenient location in Offenbach, but would advise them to double-check the status of the SPA before booking and to manage their expectations regarding the Club Lounge food. Overall, I would give this hotel 4 stars.

It's hard to say the location is good or bad It depends on where you want to be. The section of town was a little edgy driving in from A3 I believe. It didn't get up early enough to get any food.

Had a Layover with the family, was welcomed with a kind front desk employee Vanessa, she helped us wonderfully, was able to get us the room we needed, and much more, I’d recommend this hotel, and hope you all get to be serviced by Venessa!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton hotel due to an overnight delay in my Lufthansa flight. The hotel's proximity to the Frankfurt airport was not the most convenient distance (45min via the S Bahn), however the directions and location making it convenient for weary travelers. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a much-needed respite. The staff was friendly and accommodating, helping to ease the frustration of the flight delay. Overall, my stay at the Sheraton hotel helped turn a challenging situation into a more comfortable experience.

The rooms were great and the staff were helpful but the location is very far from the city. At least it is very close to the subway and the connectivity is convenient. Breakfast was not too fancy but had the usual items you'd expect. However, I would have expected some service in cleaning up the table as we were eating and helping for another service as I was with two kids. The front desk was super helpful when I needed help in booking tickets on Deutsche Bahn for the first time and traveling with kids. Was a breath of fresh air compared to rest of Germany which I felt was unfriendly at best and outright racist at worst.

Excellent hotel in the City. Renovated rooms, good and efficient service and only 20 minutes away from Frankfurt downtown- 6 stations starting from a station only 200m away from the hotel. Great breakfast also

Stayed several times - bad internet, almost unusable, and never fixed. Rooms are pretty cold, air heater is not really working. Food quality is unstable - sometimes good, another day not. Price is good and probably good value. Hotel is not bad, but needs some improvements

I thought the name Sheraton evoked style and taste. I’ve stayed in a few around the world. Nice staff but the hotel in Offenbach itself, old and shabby. Requires a massive facelift.

It was a decent night's stay. Rooms were limited because of canceled airport flights. Hotel was close to the Christmas market and nearby stores and restaurants. Staff was a little amateur and didn't know why certain taxes were being charged to our card. Attendant did offer us a light coffee and juice since we checked out before breakfast was served.

Very happy with my stay at the Sheraton. The room was a decent size, clean and modern. The shower flow was so voluminous and nice to the point that I felt guilty about wasting water! Reception staff were accommodating and helped by lending a converter to charge my phone and the breakfast options were vast and delicious. My only gripe is there were not tea and coffee facilities but I would definitely stay again and recommend.

4 Stars because the staff was good. I stayed in Sheraton, Offenbach as I was on a business trip. I hope it’s a same Sheraton Hotel (the well-known brand) Rooms and Bed, both good size but I was surprised to see No basic amenities provided. No hot kettle, tea, and coffee. Bathrooms were nice and cleaned too. Bed was very uncomfortable, I had neck pain in the morning. I need to ring at the reception for Dental kit it was delivered within 10 mins (good). Wi-Fi was the worst. and not even my mobile signals worked well. I raised with the reception and hopefully, they will fix it. Staff in the reception was nice and helpful. Rooms are good, clean & staff of the hotel are also nice. Quick uber service.

One of worst Hotel which is associated Marriott in Frankfurt near. WiFi doesn’t work and Club lounge not open. Specially the benefits of Titanium member for inviting guest wasn’t good. ☹️

Rooms are good, clean & staff of the hotel are also nice. But there is no wifi connection in your room. You have to come to the lobby to use the wifi. Hope the hotel management fix the wifi connection.

Breakfast and staff are good, especially restaurant staff is relay polite. Location of the hotel is only good for its closeness to S Bahn (around 450m, 4-5 mins walk)

Rooms are too small with a small bed. No basic amenities even provided. For example, Hair dryer, hot kettle, tea & coffee. And they say high speed Internet. To send one message with internet provided it takes around 3 mins. I am surprised how it is a Sheraton Hotel.

Good hotel. I had a 2 night stay. Friendly hospitable personell. Clean rooms and good choice of breakfast. Hotel is on walking distance from the centre with a lot of dinner places. Hotel is located near busy streets and pretty noisy.

I want to love this place. The service is good as is the location. As a lifetime Titanium member, there wasn’t a lot of options or upgrades despite the hotel being empty. The lounge is still closed and bar opens at 6 pm. The room was cold despite cranking the heat. My shower had only cold or cool water at pressure. Hot water resulted in a loss of pressure. The internet is horrible and not suitable for business travel. Not only do they give you a login and password (can’t use your room number and name), it resets after you log out or close your computer / leave the room. Parking was $18 a day which is expected but not during Covid where there was hardly anyone there.

Location is super convenient, close to central area. Maybe it is because of Covid-19, no kettle or tea/coffee, slippers in the hotel room. But two bottles of water are provided.

First time back in over a year the exterior hotel and lobby area still appeared pleasant and the staff greeted us professionally and courteously. As a platinum member not sure if I received an upgraded room but the lodging accoutrements were nicely modernized with an updated feel. The hotel is situated in an area of town accessible to many restaurants, events and shopping most within walking distance. The full breakfast buffet was a nice plus. Will be back.

Very very slow WIFI connection (less than 1mb/s). Even if you complain, they won't help. I know this for fact because I regularly stay at this hotel as a crew member.
