*IS NOT ADVISED!* According to my experiences I can say that: 1. Despite buying a parking ticket from the hotel, I didn't get a space in the garage! Although the money has been paid back, people are still dependent on a parking space in the area. Because the garage was first agreed and paid for, the search in an unfamiliar area took far too long. You should be able to rely on the hotel. 2. The TV in our double room didn't work. It's not the end of the world, but if you pay for a service, the services should be provided. Despite several attempts with the receptionist, no handyman or anyone else was sent to at least take a look at the matter. 3. The bathroom itself was okay for the price, However, the faucet is positioned in such a way that it is not possible to wash your hands without water running over the tiles onto the floor. The distance between the sink and the faucet is definitely too big.

The area around the train station is one of the bad areas of the city. If you don't let this put you off, you will find pleasant accommodation here with clean rooms and attentive staff. Price and performance are reasonable. More like something for 1 to 2 nights. Fast WiFi. It's best to ask for a room facing the inner courtyard.

Very nice staff. Hotel-owned parking spaces for €6. Rooms are simple but pleasantly large with plenty of storage space and clean laminate flooring. Very comfortable beds. The bathroom, like the room, was outdated, but clean and with plenty of storage space. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are very quiet. Unfortunately no ceiling light but only a (defective) floor lamp and small reading lamps by the bed. Very dark. Overall, it's a good price and well located for a short overnight stay.

You have to know what you're getting into: if you're looking for a centrally located, inexpensive hotel for one or two nights, this is the right place for you. If you are looking for relaxation and the amenities that a hotel stay usually brings with it, you have come to the wrong place and should spend more money on another hotel. The staff at the reception is very friendly, so the service is okay. My room was clean, even if there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work and the path to the room wasn't exactly attractive - dilapidated carpet, musty smell. This is not a 3* standard as I know it. But it's okay for less than €50 per night.

Sadly i had to call the police after having a item stolen from my room while only the cleaner had been in the room. I was given the noisiest room and the hotel knew there were a issue with Knocking pipes and only after complaining changed my room, No heating controls!, Parkings a nightmare if you have a large vehicle , DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOUR ENGLISH! THIEVING CLEANERS COST ME €2000 in loss of work due to the theft. The hotel were meant to send a replacement as agreed with the police and never did. Please i warn you do not stay at this hotel....

I can't agree with many of the reviews here. My father-in-law and my husband have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had a bad experience. On the contrary, the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is very varied and fresh. The service is excellent. The price-performance ratio is absolutely praiseworthy. The staff is friendly and very hard working. Which I can also confirm. We stayed there for 2 nights with our 14 year old and our 2 year old. Everything was great. There was more than enough space in the double room to set up a travel cot without any problems. The countertops in the bathroom are not too short either. Conclusion: Always with pleasure.

I had a very nice 2 night stay here. Nice hotel close to the center of town and public transport. Located at a loud street, but windows were great, could not hear any noise when they were closed. Shower was also nice, got to the desired temperature nice and quickly. Some minor points: Some of the furniture had some surface damage. There seemed to be a control panel for temperature, but I got no indication of it working. Tap in the bathroom was short and close to the side, spilling water when opened only partially. Finally there seemed to be a cap on the smoke detector. I got no clear answer when asking if it should be removed, despite the €1500 penalty for smoking they advertise. I did not remove it, and late at night thought i smelled smoke in the bathroom, although i did not seem to smell it again the next morning.

We stayed there for four nights for work reasons. The hotel is getting old but everything is extremely clean. We had no defects. The toilet flushed in a neighboring room. The room was changed immediately. A light bulb was missing in another room. This was replaced immediately. The service was good and the employees were very accommodating. The breakfast was completely okay. We were very satisfied.

Very cheap rooms, easy to reach by train and close to the center. The staff is very friendly. The WiFi reception in the room was very good. The hotel is in need of renovation and the furniture is worn out. The shower curtain had turned yellow and urgently needed to be replaced. TV channels were not set correctly - the program list almost exclusively contained HD channels, but they could not be received. There was a strange, musty smell in the hotel hallway on the fourth floor and there was always a laundry cart in the area in front of the elevator on every floor. The breakfast was OK, but nothing special and a bit overpriced.

Clean but in need of renovation. My room was clean. However, you can see both in the room and in the entire hotel area that the last renovation/modernization was simply too long ago. There are a lot of signs of wear on the furniture in the room, some of the lamps don't work. No exhaust air in the bathroom but also no window. There are also things lying around everywhere, see photo of the elevator. There are huge trolleys full of dirty laundry right in front of the elevator. Windows can only be opened late in the evening because of the traffic noise. Overall the price is ok, but something urgently needs to be done.

The woman at the reception was nice and friendly. We got an underground parking space without any problems, but the exit to the hotel is very hidden. The room seemed normal at first glance, but if you look closely... The cable ducts are held together with cable ties, the lamps hang from the bathroom ceiling... There is no air conditioning. Since we had a room facing the train tracks and a busy street, it was impossible to sleep with the window open. So it was very hot!! The only good thing is the location.. Very central.. But I definitely won't book a room here again!

Run down and overpriced. Noisy, especially rooms facing the street. Very long check-in and check-out procedure.

Dirty, noisy and unfriendly. Wifi is a joke. 3 fake fire alarms in 5 days!

The Offenbach branch of the Nordic Hotel is very basic. It gets points for price, cleanliness, and breakfast. It loses them for slow WiFi - which doesn't quite make it to the 4th floor - a mediocre television implementation, and some seriously worn-out chairs and sofas in the lobby.

service was not good. rooms may be pet friendly, but employees are not. apparently they were "being nice" but their tone was very passive aggressive. Would not come back here since the employees are not nice at all.
