3-day stay - not very pleasant. Room was big and clean even though with minor damages, e.g. broken tiles. Ended up in a room with two single beds and facing the noisy street. Windows, doors and walls have very poor soundproofing, e.g. I could understand what my neighbor was saying on the phone and what people said on the street. TV is extremely small. Location is in quite a shady area. Internet is very slow and any form of browsing was close to impossible. Service was poor on a number of occasions: No ironing set was in the room and when asking for one, I was being told that they cannot hand it out for safety (fire) reasons. Only option was to hand in my shirts and have the hotel iron them for a fee, which was non-negotiable. No room service / restaurant. No free water on arrival. When checking out, I was wrongly charged for items from the minibar (which I hadn't consumed). Only after the staff had personally verified my statement - by physically walking up to the room - the item was eventually removed from the invoice. The check-out process took almost 10 minutes.

Hotel was clean, all amenities you'd expect. A good alternative to staying in pricier hotels in Frankfurt. Room size was a tad on the small size. No a/c (unless I just didn't find the thermostat), but then this is possibly normal for Germany, and it didn't pose a problem as the weather was pleasant during our visit.

I stayed in a suite here and my stay was amazing. It came with an exercise bike and was very spacious. The only negative was the small size of the elevators but that had no bearing on my view of the hotel. Outstanding overall.

Very noisy due to landing planes flying directly across the hotel. That starts at 5.30 in the morning and you will hear a plane each 5 Minutes. Rooms are very small, but clean and equipped with standards (TV, desk, etc. ) Parking lot limited for approx 10 cars. Otherwise you have to find and place in front of the hotel (good luck) Breakfast ok, but the offered standards are not worth the price. Handicapped people will get problems in there. Not recommended.

I've chosen the budget room - £39 plus breakfast £11.50. My room was very basic which I was expecting considering the price. Overall I was happy. The room was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable. 20mins to city centre by S-bahn. I would stay there again.

Hinta ja tilat sopivat hyvin yhteen. Matto oli tahrainen. Huone on huonosti äänieristetty. Kun kylpyhuoneen valo on sytytetty, tuuletin käynnistyy samanaikaisesti. On melua. Palveluhenkilöstö on erittäin innostunutta ja kärsivällistä. Jos etsit vain yöpymispaikkaa, se on ok. Neljän tähden hinnat eivät täsmää. Lähellä on juna lentokentälle.

Aamiainen hyvä. Hotellihuone kadulle todella kuuma,vaikka huoneessa siirrettävä tuuletin. Hissi ei toimi ennen aamu 7. Respaan ei myöskään pääse edes rappusia,eikä ulos ennen 7. Henkilökunta puhuu huonosti englantia. Hotelli ei vastaa 4 tähteä.

"Terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, the staff was unhelpful, and the noise from the nearby construction made it impossible to get any rest. I wouldn't recommend staying here to my worst enemy." And the charge full month when we stayed 20 days.

After reading the reviews i expected the worst, but was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room i had was very spacious, bedding was a bit firm, the bathroom was nice. Theres a few restaurants nearby and the ubahnstation is about a ten minute walk from the hotel. If i decided to stay in offenbach again i wouldn’t be against staying here again

It was cheap, but it was not _that_ cheap. At the time of my review the place is being renovated and frankly we were shocked that they even rent out rooms in this state. Staying here is like sleeping in a skip. Construction materials everywhere, old and new fixtures and fittings all over the place. There was rubble in the freshly made beds in both of the rooms we rented. There are some positives, like the liquid soap they use everywhere smells and works great.

OK! I am not sure what the entire hue and cry about this place is, but I am glad that I did not take into account the previous reviews while booking this place. I guess the hotel switched managements and hence the earlier bad reviews. I stayed her for little over a week and I had a very pleasant stay. My room was excellent aka spotless; the staff was excellent and so was the location. Everything is a hop, skip and jump from this place. Yes, there are renovations happening and there is a little noise, but it is definitely not all day long. Neways, Thank You very much for the pleasant stay and I hope to return back someday.

I travel a lot and have been to many Hotels. This is certainly the worst experience I have ever had. Horrible service, very arrogant and unprofessional people. The fact that I booked the room through airbnb and paid lower price, made them very angry and I was feeling negative attitude at every encounter. They did not give me the room I booked, but the worst in the Hotel. Refrigerator did not work, they refused to do anything. Their employees were singing next to my door early morning. I asked them to stop, they threatened me with eviction without compensation. Only after I complained to AIRBNB they started to behave properly. Only after I complained to airbnb they gave me room, where at least refrigerator was working. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are doing very very bad job

Worst of the worst. They lost clothes and do not give any compensation or payback. Even yell to us and push to check-out with F-word.

It was clean and well organised. Very nice stuff. The only minus, that was uncomfortable for us, was the too small elevator, as we were with a baby and the stroller couldn't go inside. Beautiful place in the heart of Offenbach!

Perfect size for a solo traveller, excellent & clean facility! While access to actual downtown Frankfurt requires taking the U-Bahn or some taxi service, various shopping and food is available within walking distance from the site.

Nice place, though calling it 4 star as claimed would be a bit of stretch. Breakfast was just Ok though with very slow replenish. And the gentleman hardly cared. Lady at reception (I think named Mayra, if i can recall correctly) was really prompt, helpful and understanding.

Must visit, the balcony has one of the greatest views ever.

Place as a place is beautiful, but the owner is very rude and arrogant, will never go there again, this place should be avoided at any cost. Owner want to throw out family with an infant in the middle of the night on the street just because his computer didn't show him immediately reservations for infant too,plus he wants to make parents pay for infant stay as an adult when nowhere in the world infant is accounted as adult and infants are never included in any bill. Such a shame, place is beautiful but owner and staff are rude, arrogant and cheap ripping off people 🤬😠😡🤢🤮going never again in that place
