Wonderful modern rooms. We had an event at the Stadthalle Offenbach and this hotel is roughly 7 minutes by car. I loved the room. The only thing that I found strange was that I wasn't able to lock the bathroom door but I'd stay there again. Easy checkin and checkout. Was just a night but I'd do it again. Can't say anything about the breakfast as I didn't have any.

great hotel and good location near Frankfurt Airport. The rooms are spacious though quite a walk. the breakfast spread is good with a smoked salmon!!! Good selection of breads. Missed my hot chocolate as they did not have same. Lots of place at the parking.

The Achat hotel is a 4 star hotel in Offenbach where I stayed for 3 night with work. Firstly I cannot believe this hotel would rate 4 stars anymore. The have no bar or restaurant, so it’s basically a B&B, the other facilities like gym and sauna have also been closed down. The first room I was given was very small with 2 small single beds in, after complaining through my company I was given another room with a bigger bed but this room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. The 3 room was better, although a bit soulless. With no way to get food you have to rely on nearby restaurants, the hotel will direct you to the Irish bar next door but they don’t serve food on Monday and Tuesday, so you are better to get a taxi to the market place 10 mins in a taxi. Staff were friendly enough, the building is interesting previously being a slaughter house. If I can help it I would not stay here again.

The rooms were quite nice and comfortable. The only thing I missed was an air conditioning unit and since we were there in the summer, it was quite hot, even at night. Beside that the hotel was very nice, staff was friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was alright for the price range. A good selection of grocery and sausage as well as fruits. Especially cute were the dishes for kids.

Very decent stay. Reception and service can improve, for example: Phoning reception with no answer... multiple times. Rooms could improve to have atleast facilities to make a cup of coffee.

The location is good and near to Frankfurt airport, the staff are friendly and so welcoming, they offered me a cup of cold milk against the pregnancy’s heartburn, and we found it so kind. The room is clean and of good size. Perfect balance between quality and price, in my opinion. We stayed for one night only as we were waiting for my mother’s in low flight to arrive on the next day.

We arrived to the hotel at 25.05 23:00, with a small baby and after being 10 hours on the road. Surprisingly there was no one at the reception or any contact info. We and additional guest waited over half an hour for the receptionist to arrive (saying that a group that surprisingly arrived doesn’t meet the criteria of an emergency, while I have a small baby). . The receptionist tried to “save” us the distance to our originally ordered room giving us another room on a lower class that main issue was it didn’t had a fridge which we required for the baby. In the end we had to move again in the middle of the night to our originally ordered room (which also wasn’t so far from the first room). . The phone in our room didn’t work from day 1, which is problematic, as any small issue/request required from us to get to the lobby. Complaining about it at the hotel responded that the maintenance guy isn’t work until 3-4 days later. It was fixed on our last day! . We had 2 orders (4 days and 2 days) as we planned to travel to France for the last 2 days which we cancelled as we recognised that moving to another hotel with a baby is hard. I’ve request several times and especially when I’ve updated our keys with the second reservation, that we need room services every day because of the baby, and a late check out. I was assured that both are updated and no problem. In fact none were done. Room service didn’t arrive and the late check out wasn’t updated as I relazied the last day. I don’t think that this is a 4 star hotel which I decide to pay more than a cheaper alternative we had. I choose this hotel since we had a nice time the last time we visited (2015), but this time was a nightmare. It is nice that the manager writes stuff down in her notebook, but it isn’t helping the situation! We are very disappointed, and even with most (not all) of the staff being nice.

Plus: hotel is clean/ the room is quiet/breakfast is ok Minus: the internet is very poor, I had to use a hotspot/it is basically a b&b, they didn't serve food for lunch/dinner for all my 3 day stay (they could have done something different, at least let me know via email before the check in)/ bar closed/ value for money (250 euros/night, basically without services considering that it is a 4 star)/ the card to open the room didn't work (I had to ask the receptionist to activate it, twice within 5 minutes (I didn't have any magnet with me))/hall too cold. All considered, unfortunately, I wouldn't go there again

For 4 star hotel, no thermostat control, no aircon. Come on!! Europe Summer!!! Only a puny fan in the room. Had to sleep on blankets with minimal layer of clothing. We checked in at 9pm, reception staff at desk was NOT friendly at all. Didnt look happy to be there. Single beds are small too. So if you are big build, ask for queen room. Barely any amenities around. Rooms are tidy. Design is nice but apart from that, i would not come back IF and when i come back to Frankfurt..

Nice place to stay. Beautiful building and atmosphere this place have. Quiet and good location. Perfect balance between quality and price. Doesn't have air conditioning (at least my room), furniture is slightly used.

Interesting location with interesting architecture that they've revamped into a hotel. They do not have AC as most european hotels, however the fan they provided was also faulty. (did not oscillate) they didn't have a replacement for us, so we had to McGyver a way to keep the oscillating button down. The locations of the rooms also sometimes look into interior plaza area, which is kinda cool, but again, during summer hot weather it means there's no breeze!! T_T. I'm sure my experience would be totally different if it wasn't >35C during my stay, so just beware of seasonal factors.

Bit strange really. Rooms were a good size, clean bathroom. Breakfast limited options but cooked ok. Evening meal the same, no communication, you are left guessing if you serve yourself. Not sure if the barman thought he was funny? Overall OK, but would stay somewhere else if in Offenbach again.

Renewed rooms with modern bathroom. Bed sleeps well. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is large and to get to some of the rooms it's a bit of a travel. The neighbourhood is not very attractive. You can hear the planes from Frankfurt Airport but it's not annoying.

No communication No air conditioning in a 4* hotel?!?! Nobody would inform you Abusing behind COVID protection rules - didn’t get any cleaning of the room/ bathroom and they wouldn’t even inform I when check in. If they apply the rules why they leave opened bottles of soap? Or maybe was a leftover from the previous guests. Called the reception at 11.00 PM no one answered. Behind the hotel there are some gardens and as we had to sleep with the windows open because of the heat in the room from 4AM to 8AM we couldn’t sleep anymore because of the cocks that were singing. Horrible experience Never ever in this hotel.
