We
arrived
to
the
hotel
at
25.05
23:00,
with
a
small
baby
and
after
being
10
hours
on
the
road.
Surprisingly
there
was
no
one
at
the
reception
or
any
contact
info.
We
and
additional
guest
waited
over
half
an
hour
for
the
receptionist
to
arrive
(saying
that
a
group
that
surprisingly
arrived
doesn’t
meet
the
criteria
of
an
emergency,
while
I
have
a
small
baby).

The
receptionist
tried
to
“save”
us
the
distance
to
our
originally
ordered
room
giving
us
another
room
on
a
lower
class
that
main
issue
was
it
didn’t
had
a
fridge
which
we
required
for
the
baby.
In
the
end
we
had
to
move
again
in
the
middle
of
the
night
to
our
originally
ordered
room
(which
also
wasn’t
so
far
from
the
first
room).
.
The
phone
in
our
room
didn’t
work
from
day
1,
which
is
problematic,
as
any
small
issue/request
required
from
us
to
get
to
the
lobby.
Complaining
about
it
at
the
hotel
responded
that
the
maintenance
guy
isn’t
work
until
3-4
days
later.
It
was
fixed
on
our
last
day!

We
had
2
orders
(4
days
and
2
days)
as
we
planned
to
travel
to
France
for
the
last
2
days
which
we
cancelled
as
we
recognised
that
moving
to
another
hotel
with
a
baby
is
hard.
I’ve
request
several
times
and
especially
when
I’ve
updated
our
keys
with
the
second
reservation,
that
we
need
room
services
every
day
because
of
the
baby,
and
a
late
check
out.
I
was
assured
that
both
are
updated
and
no
problem.
In
fact
none
were
done.
Room
service
didn’t
arrive
and
the
late
check
out
wasn’t
updated
as
I
relazied
the
last
day.
I
don’t
think
that
this
is
a
4
star
hotel
which
I
decide
to
pay
more
than
a
cheaper
alternative
we
had.
I
choose
this
hotel
since
we
had
a
nice
time
the
last
time
we
visited
(2015),
but
this
time
was
a
nightmare.
It
is
nice
that
the
manager
writes
stuff
down
in
her
notebook,
but
it
isn’t
helping
the
situation!
We
are
very
disappointed,
and
even
with
most
(not
all)
of
the
staff
being
nice.
