The
waiter
who
served
us
behaved
like
a
gentleman,
decent
and
friendly.
The
bartender
is
affable
and
accommodating.
The
DJs
were
very
friendly.
The
people
at
the
front
desk,
very
considerate
and
friendly.
The
lady
in
the
bathroom
service,
very
sweet.
For
this
reason
I
will
give
2
stars.
However,
it
is
advisable
to
only
go
there
if
you
have
legal
insurance;
if
one
is
potentially
willing
to
engage
in
verbal
or
physical
arguments
and
if
one
is
willing
to
have
problems
(moderate,
severe/very
serious)
with
a
third
party.
Specifically:
with
the
bouncer.
As
mentioned
in
the
comments,
the
Bouncer
(hairless,
white,
bearded)
is
very
aggressive,
rude,
disrespectful
and
violent.
In
my
case,
I
respectfully
complained
to
him
about
the
way
he
contacted
me
and
the
way
he
treated
his
customers.
This
gentleman
used
foul
language,
derogatory
remarks
and
threats.
I
should
mention
that
based
on
the
way
this
person
treated
me,
I
could
assume
that
if
I
had
been
alone
(possibly)
he
would
have
physically
attacked
me
if
there
were
no
other
people
or
customers
there
(for
example).
Happiness).
This
is
the
unpleasant
impression
this
employee
left.
If
it
wasn't
for
this
person,
the
evening
would
have
been
wonderful.
But
unfortunately,
as
it
turned
out,
it
leaves
only
losses
for
the
place.
From
the
experience
I
have
had
in
human
resources,
the
potential
of
the
place
is
being
destroyed
by
the
way
the
bouncer
operates.
In
his
position,
the
Bouncer
must
be
prepared
to
protect,
serve
and
respect
his
clients;
he
must
not
hurt
her.
Of
course
he
has
to
guard
and
provide
security,
but
that
is
not
what
this
person
does
or
provides.
Here
too
the
opposite
is
the
case.
If
you
have

problem,
he
can
always
talk,
mediate

resolve
the
matter
in

respectful
manner.
If
he
cannot
find
a
solution
or
the
problem
is

serious,
the
police
are
responsible
for

I
believe
that
no

should
be
treated
badly.

manager

owner

this
place
shouldn't
have
employees
like
this.
Not
only
because
of
the
legal
ramifications,

because
instead
of
presenting

positive

image
of

establishment,
this
person

everything
that

wrong
with
customer
service.
