Poorest customer experience ever. I had a bad experience with this store and the entire chain. Bought an item here and collected at the Hessen centre store, I eventually decided to return the item: worst experience ever. After being sent from this store to the collection one, I went back to this store as I was told that only them could refund me - the collection store could only provide a voucher. Well, after getting back to this other side of the city, they refused to refund me and only offered a voucher. They say it's company policy - and it is also written on the receipt. Fair enough, even though the receipt was only in German and they coild have been easily made an exception for a non German speaker - but they didn't. What I found rather unfair is that this notice is handed in the receipt prooving your payment, when you have already paid! I will not shop at this store and chain anymore. The general recommendation is to go to Ikea for low range products (better prices, similar quality, and better customer service) and to go to the neighbouring XXXL for med range products.

Very disappointed. We payed so much and received some low quality good. I will never go to Mömax again and suggest to everyone to avoid. Return policy is 14 days. Is it enough to feel the quality? No, of course. If you want to return it after while you will pay for a loss of the company. If this look like in the pictures after 20 days, what will happen after 2 years...

I was very happy with the quality of the furniture and the deal that I got on the shoe 👞 👟 cupboard. The customer service person Miss Abraham Leonie was very kind and helpful, she was very professional and helped me find the right shoe 👞 👟 cupboard and other accessories to compliment my cupboard. We order online since June and we didn't recieve not the product but even one information. And every time that we called them every time a different lie. Unprofessional telling lies to your customer. The worst.

A bid selection but quality was not amazing. Our goods were delivered with damages. I didn't return the shelf because it was already half built and the damages were acceptable. Truth be said we obtained a discount so they do offer some decent customer service.

There seems to be only one stuff member who knows her job. They are very slow and no one was on the floor to assist me downstairs. Also seems nothing I chose is in stock. You must wait for everything. Today I rate the shopping experience at a 2 of of 10 points. 10 being the best.

I found it a bit like a kitschy version of IKEA. Depends what your taste is but you can find some really great items and others quite bad. Shop on their website if you are after more unique design items.
