Food is always the best here 😍✨👍🏻 Service was bad today unfortunately

We have ordered, a pizza for 2 persons, it was big and enough, the area inside is really nice, the terrace also is a great elections, the pizza dough is thin but you can mix flavors, good prices for the city, located in a beautiful area

Ordered a pizza via Lieferando. Got my pizza after 2 hours and cold. When i called to complain they said its Lieferandos Fault and I should take it up with them, instead of them the Business cooperating with them. Imagine. Guess I just wont order again, cause waiting 2 hrs for a slighlty better reheatable pizza was not fun....

L'Osteria Offenbach let me pay for a meal without even eating it. I'm vegetarian, and I've accidentally ordered a non-vegetarian meal. I have informed them immediately, but they refused to replace the order and forced me to pay it. Never seen such restaurant before! Their excuse was that if they place an order in the system, then they can not change it or cancel it!!!! What a system is that. I have asked to inform the kitchen to make the Risotto without a meat but nothing happened and had to pay for the meal without having my order! The staff was not friendly. 0 service I would like to add. See attached the bill for reference.

THE BIGGEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER SEEN. Also get the "Vitello tonnato" - I would marry that dish in a heartbeat if I could.

Super cool place, really friendly staff and delicious pizza 🍕 I don’t find any of the bad reviews justified.

We turned up without a reservation but were told it would take 30 minutes to be seated. This was well timed and true to their word. My partner commented on how salty the pasta dish was to which I also agreed. The pizza was great for the kids and generally we had a good experience.

Regular visitors here when I come to Offenbach. It is located in a modern new built area, and as always, offers gigantic pizzas and lovely lava cakes! It is one of those places you want to go to with your family on a cold winter evening :) Good vibes. The only thing is that they do not have wifi which is weird for 2020, so I hope they include it soon.

The restaurant is nice and all, but the staff doesnt feel like working at times, the food at first visit was great, but after second and third visit the quality drastically plummeted, the pizza i ordered was so greasy you could fill a car with the oil, and the lasagna is just bad. Would give 5 stars, but 1 star goes down because of staff, and another one for the quality of the food

Pizza is enormous. One pie is good enough for three people. Family environment. Had alternatives on the menu. Nice place. Convenient public parking one block away.

Their food is sooo salty, I couldn’t even finish half of it. Ordered a couple times since I thought the first time was just a mistake and gave it another chance, but no, still incredibly salty. Maybe it’s mainly frozen food? For sure you’ll want to order something to drink. Won’t return, won’t recommend.

Great L'Osteria experience as any other store.

Terrible service. We waited for 2 pizzas for about an hour, despite the waiter assuring us that it would take "no more than 20 minutes." The restaurant is dirty, with many tables not cleared. They mixed up our drink, didn't slice the pizza, and didn't provide napkins. The food itself is good, but the staff can't handle the number of customers.

I loved the food and service at L'Osteria. The pizza was really huge. I was wondering if a half portion was good enough. Towards end of the meal, I realized that they do provide half portions.

Today on 15.07.23 around 4:45 went to this place with my wife. The place did not seem that busy as lot of table were free. We got the menu and for good for good half an hour no body came to take our order, finally I went to waiter and asked if he can take our order and then he came promptly came and took our order. Once we were done with our food, we again waited for some time but nobody came so we went to the counter and asked if we can pay the bill and the manager said very rudely and that you have to go to the table and wait and some one will come to the table. Eventually some one came and we paid our bill and left. The manager need some reality check and he has some attitude problem you can not speak rudely to customers. It was my first and last time coming to this place. Came there happy because wanted to try this place as have never been there and left pissed because how bad the manage’s attitude was.

Perfect dishes. Perfect staff. Perfect atmosphere. Super friendly, fast staff and fresh ingredients!

The food is great! Pizzas, pastas, salads.. just amazing and not to mention the staff which is polite and helpful all the time. Good vine selection too. On nice and warm days you can enjoy food on their outside terrace.

The pizza was dry and crispy, like it was over cooked, L'Osteria used to serve pizzas which were soft and delicious. I found them to not be the same anymore. I have dined twice in one week and both time they were the same. My husband hated it so much, that he decided that he won't go to l'osteria anymore. 😮‍💨

I have eaten here on two occasions and the food has been delicious. Last night I enjoyed one of their pizzas. It was large for the price with a light crispy crust.

The sweet spot. Nice view of the square and river. Great atmospherics and vibes. Staff are friendly and service is quick. Their pizzas are huge!!! Good for a night out with some friends (sitting down) to have a good time and eat some great food.
