Maybe the owner was having a bad day. We went because of the positive reviews. At first we were the only guests. Everything took a long time, the order, the starter, the main course and the bill. The owner was a waitress, cook and cashier; she was alone in the restaurant. This can only go wrong. She was visibly overwhelmed. Then another couple came who wasn't served for about 15 minutes and then left. The food selection wasn't that great. The chicken fried noodles and chicken fried rice salad were very dry and bland. The summer rolls and spring rolls were good. We have visited much better Vietnamese restaurants. Especially if you have to run a restaurant with more than 10 tables all by yourself, it's better not to open.

We went here for dinner on weekdays as a small family gathering of five (four adults and one child). First of all: We had a wonderful evening with delicious food, a nice ambience and friendly service! The whole restaurant is really beautifully designed, with impressive bamboo trunks, beautiful old knick-knacks, and in the entrance area there are books about Vietnam and Vietnamese cuisine that you are welcome to take a look at. The service was attentive, friendly and accommodating throughout the evening. The food was fresh, beautifully prepared and arrived hot at the table after a short wait. We had two typical rice noodle dishes, a seafood rice, a vegetarian tofu/vegetable dish and a whole fried butterfish. Everything tasted very fresh and delicious - and we often cook/eat out Vietnamese. We topped it off with Vietnamese coffee and warm plum wine. It was great, we felt very comfortable!

Very nice team, atmosphere is very nice. The food isn't the best Vietnamese we've had so far, but it didn't taste bad either. Unfortunately, duck meat was very simply cooked in water and the sauce with ginger and bamboo didn't improve the taste much, which I didn't like, but other dishes with meat tasted better. Unfortunately, the starter didn't taste particularly good either; the spring rolls were very greasy. Price/performance ratio, the store was a bit expensive but not excessive. It was still a nice experience; Thanks ;)

Running a restaurant with just one person isn't really okay. Everything just took too long.

Because of the extremely good reviews, we ordered here for the first time today (pickup). The food was ready very quickly, but that was the good news. Unfortunately, the taste of the Chinese-style egg noodles was not as expected. They were too salty and oily and also very few vegetables. Charging €13.50 for this is almost cheeky. But the spring rolls weren't convincing either. They were baked for too long, had too little filling and were overall too greasy. It was also a shame that we weren't given any cutlery, even though this was explicitly stated when we ordered and was confirmed again in the store upon request. Conclusion: Fast, expensive snack. But no comparison with other Vietnamese restaurants in Frankfurt and the surrounding area.

Very nice atmosphere, lots of bamboo and wisdom on the wall. The owner is really an original, very friendly and communicative. The starters were all very good, my soup in particular was delicious. Slight spiciness, fantastic. I ordered number 64, which I found to be quite neutral in taste. On the other hand, my wife's number 32 was again very tasty. The flambéed dessert also reminded us too much of alcohol. I have no idea whether rice schnapps tastes like that. Next time I'll try duck or meat. It's also nice that there is still good wine at fair prices. Thank you

Egg noodle soup doesn't seem to be made of egg. Owner insists it is the egg noodle but it's first time in my life to have almost white color egg noodle. The taste is good though.

I'm thrilled, the food is super delicious. The place has an incredible charm, you have to get involved and want to get involved. It's not fancy at all, it's honest, good cuisine with a special flair of hospitality. The best way to describe the atmosphere in the restaurant is to be at home with good friends. Here you will be cooked for and introduced to the Vietnamese cuisine and way of life. It is an experience to be able to immerse yourself here. The ingredients are very fresh and traditional tricks are still used in the kitchen, you can taste it. It's not the standard Asian cuisine you get on every corner today. I'd love to come back, thank you.

The Tri Am is also an absolute recommendation for celebrating. We celebrated our wedding there with 24 people and were completely satisfied. The food was great as usual and even though two waiters were a bit small for the company in addition to normal business, it went quickly and no one had to wait too long. The separate room (at the entrance on the left) was beautifully decorated and we all felt very comfortable. The Tri Am is and remains our address for special occasions!

Very authentic. Not fancy, but just a different cuisine. Our visit was fun. If you come in very hungry, you might want to choose a delicious starter. 😉 If you like herbs, you will love this Vietnamese restaurant. The sanitary facilities could perhaps be made nicer or renovated.

The best Vietnamese restaurant there is in Offenbach and the surrounding area. I've been going there regularly since it opened (i.e. since I was a child 😊) and the owners are really great and make typical Vietnamese food based on local recipes. absolutely to suggest

Not only is this place a good restaurant, it is also a nice gallery, everything here is made by the owner, and the menu is hand written!

During the lunch the staff person was the owner, a nice old man. His English was barely passable, but the menu had also English subtitles, so eventually we were able to communicate. The only problem, albeit minor, was his availability, as he had probably also to do the cooking and other restaurant chores. The food was simple, but good and the price was right.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. Never had a great bun bo hue like this outside of Vietnam. The service might have been short staffed but do bring some time when you come here. We ordered a second round of our starters. Too good.

Super tasty food and very friendly staff! And it was also very cheap for what you get. (Note: can’t pay by card) I highly recommend trying the filled pineapple.
