Was hier läuft ist voll die Farce! Vor unserm Mietbeginn im September 2021 wurde uns im Verkaufsgespräch bestmögliche Betreuung zugesichert. Freundlich bis zur Vertragsabwicklung und ab dann Heimtückisch, alle Zusagen wurden nicht eingehalten widerwillen. Wir hatten kein Strom im Büro, kein Licht und auf jedwede Anzeige von Mängeln wurde ebenfalls nicht reagiert. Wir haben dann selbst uns um Lampen und Strom kümmern müssen, damit keine Arbeitsunfälle zustande kommen. Weiterhin Haben wir auch Flecken im Teppich gehabt welche eigentlich vor Umzug hätten entfernt werden sollen, welches jedoch auch danach nicht der Fall war. Eine Katastrophaler Ausmaß gemessen an jedem Umstand für sich selbst, welches kein Toleranz mehr darstellt, sondern mutwillig und billigend in Kauf genommen wurde, abgesehen von dem Imageschaden, den wir erlitten. Alsbald die Temperaturen Richtung Winterzeit gefallen sind, stellten wir auch die nicht funktionierende Heizung fest. Erneut keine Reaktion auf Mängelanzeigen.
