The
hotel
is
new.
Everything
in
the
room
is
nice.
They
had
an
additional
bed
out
and
I
don't
know
why,
since
it
was
just
me.
The
towels
left
white
towel
fuzz
on
my
body.
Air
conditioner
worked.
Bathroom
door
is
not
equipped
to
be
left
open.
Breakfast
is
included,
was
set
up
nice
and
kept
clean
and
stocked.
But
the
Front
Desk
staff
needs
RE
TRAINING.
Forgot
to
tell
that
the
parking
garage
closes
at
2200.
I
paid
15
euro
for
3
days
to
park,
not
to
be
locked
out.
I
paid
in
FULL
when
I
checked
in.
There
held
25
euro
of
my
full
charge,
as
a
deposit.
After
check
out,
they
charged
me
my
stay
including
parking
and
also
my
stay
without
parking.
OVERDRAWING
my
account.
Then
when
I
called,
they
said
they
couldn't
helped
me.
I
called
Guest
Relations.
They
said
give
the
hotel
48
hrs.
It
took
less
then
24
hours
to
send
m
my
refund,
but
NO
ONE
FROM
IHG
HAS
CONTACTED
ME
TO
TELL
ME
WHAT
HAPPENED!
OR
EVEN
APOLOGIZE
FOR
MESSING
UP
MY
ACCOUNT
OR
FOR
THE
OVERDRAFTS
I
HAD
TO
PAY.
I'll
stay
here
again,
even
though
I'm
aware
of
the
Front
Desk
staff's
limitations.
