The employees are very friendly and they are really worries for help you

The main store is fine. The staff in there are helpful and knowledgeable. However..... That stops completely when you go to the "Drive-In" side. The staff just cannot be bothered to do anything remotely connected to "work". I doubt they even understand the concept of "Customer Service"!? I actually walked out; got in my car, drove 15km and brought what I was looking for at another shop; with much more helpful staff. I was very disappointed.

Update 22.12.2021⭐⭐ Still well sorted , BUT the cashier (22.12.2021 4pm) was super unfriendly. We had several items, one had no price tag on. He sent us all the way back to get another one. I mentioned if he could let check this for us, answer was, No. Only we can pay for the items with a price tag on and get another one and pay again. Wow never had such a bad customer service. Disappointed, merry Christmas. 6 month ago: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Besides the last lady on the drive thru check out, all others have been a bit grumpy. Store had a lot of things and we got everything what we needed. All seemed a it pricey this is why we just can give 4 stars

Bauhaus is the sum of all possibilities. This place is for you if you have an imagination and I'm not just talking home improvement here. The stuff here works just as well for art, weaponry, team bonding games and the kinky stuff. Who doesnt love a good rub down with sandpaper and a going over with a blow torch as you are securely chained to some of those finished wooden beams eh ?

Call it common sense or craftsmen's golden rule, you buy cheap, you buy twice. With a typical wide range of prices, if you intend to "use" what you buy, you'd better head for the upper price range. That said, on a scale from 1 to 5 stars, Bauhaus has everything up to 3 stars, and it is well enough for house renovations, gardening or whatever hobby you pursue. I rate them 5 stars because they are always my last resort.

Bigger than it seems, you will find everything you need here. And if not, there is helpful staff who will be happy to help.

Reasonable prices of goods, good customer Service

Had things my local store doesn't.. but it didn't have the plastic container lids we wanted.. why have lots of boxes but no matching lids to go with them. Come on Bauhaus what's the delay? We have been trying to get some xxl lids since before Xmas.

You can found anything that you think, but prices are pretty higher.
