Not as big as the Zeil Galeria, has less floors and space (which means less items) but still good sales. Service was fine, nothing bad or special.

Large store in central Offenbach. Mid range products, the more expensive clothing brands are not stocked in this branch. Staff aren't particularly friendly to non Germans

Everywhere and a nice structure shopping list inside. Clean and warm. *Everywhere means they were many of them in Frankfurt, easy to find. And a lovely- helpful staff. Don't forget, discount coupons given to you 😉

Very high quality clothes. They have great discounts. And they always have some discounts for users.

They have have a pretty good selection, not the best. I walk in every once in a while, however, if you are a young adult, very rarely will you walk through here without being watched and followed as if you were a criminal. The employees look miserable and you either have to hunt down or wait a while for someone to man the cash register so you can pay and leave. Management needs to make some improvements.

So, I am usually very satisfied with the service in Kaufhof. However I am very disappointed with the service of one of the elderly cashiers today. I wasn’t aware of the fact that I was not able to give back carnival costumes, as I had bought various for my son. I was so surprised in the tone in which the “ cashier” spoke to me. “ I felt so uncomfortable, it would have been nice if she had explained the situation and shown some sort of consideration. I must admit I was very embarrassed. The same customer service for everyone would be an advice or back of office for those who are not willing to give the service to their customers..

Good place for shopping

There are many possibilities in here. You can find anything like men and women wear.. sportive accessories, shoes, bags and so on. There is even shoe repairment and they are really good. If you are thinking about parfumes and other beauty products that's also the place

It's still a big store, but it has less varieties than Zeil store. They have good promotions, and you should always ask if is there one on going.

I went there to buy items for my kids' school list and I found it a bit pricey. You can get the same brands in other stores for up to 2euros less.

Clean, well laid out, nice variety of clothes, chocolates and more. Would have given a 5 but the customer service wasn't great.
