I had read the reviews prior to coming which stated that there were no chairs in the room but I wondered if it was true. It unfortunately was. If this hotel decided to put chairs in the rooms, which is a basic, their stars would definitely increase. The major disappointment was the cleanliness. As soon as I got to the room, I noticed hairs on the bed and the pillows. I requested a room change and I was given a key to check out another room. When I did, I found the same thing!!! This was very disappointing. The surfaces were also dusty. Their cups were stained which was also off putting to drink from. Other places in the room were clean thankfully, however the management really need to improve the cleaning of their sheets and cups. The staff were friendly and I was able to store my luggage post check out until I was ready to return back home. The hotel is located next to a McDonald’s which is convenient if you want a late night meal. Bar this; there is not much else around to do/eat.
