Overall not clean and the toilette are fillty, i wonder where are rhe managers! If they are arround are they blind? Sanitary not acceptable...

THE WORST MCDONALDS IN GERMANY! My 3 kids had been asking for McDonalds Happy Meals for days. We stopped here on the way back from holidays in Bavaria. 1) Rubbish all over the outside play area + dirty tables. 2) Touchscreen ordering machine did not work properly. 3) Employees screwed up Happy Meal orders 3 times (no toy, missing drinks, missing sauce, led to fighting siblings, crying toddler etc). 4) Local kids came and threw their ice cream up the wall - which was interesting from an anthropological point of view - that the environment seemed to incentivise that behaviour, but in practical terms, indicated there were not enough staff. This really is an awful, depressing, dirty restaurant - AVOID! p.s. I used to work at McDonalds in England, so I know what the standards should be.

We ordered for 3 people. 2 of the orders had mistakes in them (extra bacon, wrong burger etc) and they forgot the 3rd order... But they were very friendly in correcting their mistakes so no harm done.

The restaurant is in a convenient location, and there is slightly more parking available than the smaller locations. Friendly staff, and efficient service. Food was fresh and hot, and good coffee. Can be very busy, so be prepared to wait a little.

the workers are so impolite, they actually yell at their customers from time to time. but my main complaint is that no ones ever at the mccafe counter! they keep changing the rules about where to order the mccafe items. one day theyll say you gotta order at the regular checkout and next time theyll tell you you have to wait at the mccafe counter. whenever i want something from the mccafe menu theres at least a 20min wait until someone takes care of my order and the employees try to argue with me over which checkout i should use. im sick of it

Hello everyone. This is tastiest MCDonalds in the world , I've expirience McDonalds starting from Moskow , Vilnius , Riga , Frankfurt , Vancouver and so on ,, and there is only two Macdonald I would recommend, and one of them is this one . The boss ( actually his wife ) is acting inappropriate with workers of restaurant ,, she is bullying and verbal harassing them . But the taste that they do there is just heaven .

Lions McFlurry late at night with old classmates is something which noone should avoid. For some reason ice cream in cold weather tastes better than when it's hot out too.

Bad experience with Mc Cafe in Frankfurt. Almost no English speaking and I almost missed my burger because they forgot it. Seoul Mc cafe is much more convenient for travelers and more systematic service.

A busy place, but I'm mostly there for a quick breakfast. Bright, clean, and friendly staff.

McDonald's food is McDonald's food, but the staff at this one are very friendly and helpful.

It is a McDonalds, so bascially the food was good, the place is clean and lots of parking spots are available.
