Dr. Gelinas was very attentive. For the first time, we actually had a doctor that sat down and talked to us. The staff was nice as well. Thank you

I saw Dr.Ashley Gelinas. She has excellent bedside manners. She took her time establishing my care and asked questions that no other primary care provider have asked. I will most definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a quality provider.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Dr. Gelinas⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️If you want a Dr. who actually likes being a Dr. to help people with chronic illness, she’s the best! I switched care to her about a year ago and I feel like I’m finally being taken care of. I have a complicated GI issue that has ruined my life and she went above and beyond to get the testing I needed (and she agreed). I feel bad bc she fought for it and then I didn’t need it because I ended up getting a med that worked after 7 years of no hope so we have held off now. But, she takes my needs serious along with all my other random health problems I seem to be developing from a Mitochondrial Gene Depletion I have. She’s amazing!

I recently switched from WakeMed to JCMC and am really happy with Dr Gelinas. She is very patient and explains things thoroughly, which I appreciate. The office staff is lovely and friendly and it’s very easy to make appointments. Shannon especially was so helpful when I needed to learn how to give myself an injection and walked me through it, step by step. I was very nervous about it and she put me at ease. The office is very clean, light and airy. Edited to add, terrible communication from office staff. On two separate occasions it has take 3 weeks and several follow up phone calls to have a question answered.

Dr. Galleonis is the BEST pediatrician my daughter has had. She really takes the time to listen to her patients, no matter how small. My daughter has high anxiety regarding the dr and she and her team have been so patient with her for years. We'll never leave. ❤️

This office is horrible at communicating with their patients. I had to call the office to confirm if the appointment was still schedule for the day I scheduled for. When I called they didn't pick up and I had to leave a voice message. Which is normal for them. The nurse calls me back the day of my appointment and tells me the provider left early and I have to reschedule my appointment for the 2nd time because of them. Always the same excuse from this office. I understand things come up in people lives but I am a patient who taken the time out of my schedule to go see the doctor. This happened twice so really unprofessional. It's best to go see a provider who is willing to WORK with their patients.

I have never enjoyed going to the doctor, even as an adult with good health, but it is always a pleasant experience with all staff. I also bring my kids here and it's a wonderful environment.

I love this drs office. Dr Aristy has been amazing for my kids for the last several years. However I can’t get through to schedule an appointment. I call and get sent to voicemail and get no call back. I put in requests online and get no reply. My kids need to see the dr. Ridiculous.
