Almost all the services are available there - Echo, ECG, Audiometry, E&T, Consultancy, TMT, PFT, Blood & Urine sampling. Only for Ultrasonography I had to move upstairs. Free breakfast & lunch coupons provided. Employees of PSU are coming in droves for their Periodic Medical Examination (PME) under some package system. Come at around 8:30 AM in empty stomach and get all the tests done by 2:30 PM. Free spacious parking provided opposite to the hospital.

Can call it a good hospital but i would recommend shallby hospital over this one coz the doctors there are much better then sterling, here in sterling they have a big statue of ganesh ji in tje entrance that's good i liked that, hey have very Large reception to talk about your problems, overall they have good facility you can go there they have a very big waiting hall

If you want to die early then take admission in this hospital.. pathetic service and zero co operation . Doctor has informed the nursing staff to stop the bottle by evening but they were list concern with this and 3 more bottles were used throughout the night...next day when doctor again come on visit they asked them to remove it immediately...this is the pure case of negligence...they will compel you to buy new medicines even though you are having it and few medicines which you are not taking they will add it in your bill and they will not provide detailed bill indicating name of medicines.. I want ahmedabad medical authority to check on this because it is one kind of cheating and they are playing with the life of patient.

We had great experience with Doctors, Nurses, attendants and all of the staff at Sterling hospital. Case was complicated and my moms recovery was a miracle. Staff treated her with warmth and made her feel very comfortable. Food was great. Customer care always made sure we got our needs addressed in timely fashion.

Good doctors, but need improvement in some areas like house keeping and nursing staff only some nurses got good knowledge about nursing most of them asking patient about medication and care. Security staff very good and friendly, same at cafeteria and enjoyed some good food. Discharge process is rubbish, give you false hope and staff thinks they are doing favour to patients by preparing discharge papers. They are taking 4 hours to prepare papers and billing department taking 2.5 hours to prepare. God know what they got to prepare. No customer service, patient doesn't get any update only when we go and ask them then they give update.

Worst experience at sterling hospital. A medicine which was supposed to be given at night was given to the patient at 4.30 in the morning due to which the patient had to be admitted to the icu. He was all most going to die. The doctors come & give instructions which are never followed by the lower level people. Shortage of attendants, your patient has to wait for 1/2 hr to urinate. In short if u have other options then no need to get admitted here. This treatment was given to a corporate customer, so think what wl happen to the general public

We had a health checkup package on 17/02/2024 .We had very unpleasant experience. 1) there was so much chaos in the reception like a market , too much screaming 2) Mammography machine was unavailable so they did not do mammography to majority of the patients. Incase if we ask they took ( till a batch of three to four females) and then take them in a car to Sindhu bhavan. We had to wait for long time till all the females got it done 3) Gynecologist was not available , so a lab attender is doing the test 4) They are hurrying the patients, not guiding them properly in ECG , she was saying time waste and rude with patients 5) finally though we reported at time morning 8:30 am. By the time we finished all the checkups it was 3 pm. After that the receptionist said that we can go home. When insisted for lunch coupons , her gestures was as though she is paying from her pocket 6)the cafeteria service also was very poor , the chai glasses , plates was not washed properly. There is discrimination in health package service and the regular one. You are running the hospital with only uneducated attenders and lab technicians. If you are not able to provide proper service then do not tie up with any corporate there are so many hospitals , who can afford the best service

My treatment is done by Dr. Himanshu Vora sir ( plastic surgeon) and I’m extremely happy that I have choosed sir for my treatment. He is too good by nature and he understands very well to the patient and recommend the best treatment. The other supporting staff ( Ms. Vaishali ) was also very nice to me . Doctors n medical staff are great but billing, admission , reception people are very rude they don't have any sense of talking to patients or their relatives. So many unnecessary charges are levied which are not even covered in medical insurance. Their diatitions and physiotherapists only visit (in case of hospitalized patients) to show their faces and add on to the charges. They even charge for electrical items like three way extensions which are going to be reused by them only.

Terrible experience. My father was admitted for a surgery after fracture and they said they will not start the operation until we deposit the full amount of the operation first even though we had cashless mediclaim. The surgery was a complete failure, the doctor discharged my father without giving us the report of post-op xray or the xray itself. He only came to meet us once after the operation and said that the operation was fine. We were asked to collect the xray after a few days and from the xray, even a nurse could see that the operation was a failure. They didn't give us a report of the xray and told us that they lost it. We had to do a replacement operation for my father again after 10 days because they didn't tell us that this operation was a failure. Our doctor was Ashish Shah Also the nutritionists at the hospital are terrible, they give the same food to patients that is being served in the canteen for visitors and doctors. After surgery, the nutritionist gave my father a sandwich and she said that it is "light food". Accounts and mediclaim departments are the worst, they keep calling you every half hour until you deposit all the money and submit all the papers. And even then, they don't do the operation properly. The hospital building is good but everything else is pathetic, they are only looting patients

Treatment is best, Doctors, Nurshing & Security Staffs are cooperative, but Billing & Mediclaim staffs are less knowledgeable unnecessary detain/discharge patients & relatives for more than 4 hours after completion of all formalities. Make cashless clumsy and long. Not bother to inform patient about all requirements at time of admission and payment. Admission & discharge process is unnecessarily lengthy and hopeless. Instead of one process of submission of documents & bills at a time, they do one after another after obtaining approval each one, taking long hours for same.

Visited due to father's kidney failure, Dr Sonal Dalal Madam is very helpful, polite, always ready to listen to you, reply very happily to every trivial query of yours. My health checkup was done here and staff in that area was amazing. They even accomadated for my little one who was 2. The staff in MRI unfortunately was very rude. I came here for my mother’s knee replacement and found that hospital is having calm atmosphere and is like a second home for patient.. the care my mother has received is upto mark…i don’t want that any one need to visit hospital but if have to go because of conditions then you should give a chance to Sterling.. my suggestion 1. Please increase dormitory like capacity because there is always two attendant if they come to outside state 2. Provide a toiletries product pack in bathroom in package

Sterling hospital best neuro icu my husband has stayed there for 47 days m it was great experience over there all neuro icu staff done their job excellentlly. I m so greatful for that.
