This
is
my
honest
review
as
someone
who
has
stayed
at
this
hotel
three
times.
Right
off
the
bat,
this
is
not
a
five
star
hotel.
Nothing
wrong
with
that,
but
it
definitely
is
misleading
on
Google.
Not
all
Marriotts
deserve
five
stars.
I’d
put
this
at
a
3.5/4.
Also
please
be
aware
that
a
lot
of
the
recent
reviews
are
paid
reviews.
You
can
view
the
accounts
and
they
only
review
hotels
with
the
same
wording.
Take
the
5
star
reviews
with
a
grain
of
salt.
We
had
some
work
in
this
city
so
the
hotel
was
booked
by
a
friend
of
ours
as
its
near
where
we
had
our
work.
The
first
stay
was
pleasant.
The
rooms
are
all
the
same
size
and
quite
small.
It’s
well
maintained,
and
simple.
The
washrooms
were
not
very
sensible,
a
box
in
the
middle
of
the
room.
In
my
opinion,
it’s
a
waste
of
space
as
they
could
have
made
it
a
regular
room
and
made
it
bigger.
But
that
is
an
architectural
flaw,
so
nothing
to
do
about
that.
The
service
was
satisfactory,
I
guess
as
it
was
our
first
time,
staff
went
above
and
beyond.
Communication
was
easy,
we
were
able
to
contact
the
concierge
through
whatsapp,
so
it
was
convenient.
During
the
first
two
stays,
they
kept
asking
for
reviews
at
the
restaurant
and
that
was
quite
annoying.
I
travel
a
lot
and
have
never
experienced
staff
straight
up
ask
for
reviews
and
hand
me
a
piece
of
paper
to
write
comments.
I
did
so,
because
that
is
their
career,
but
now
I
can
say
it
ruins
a
dining
experience
to
have
2-4
employees
ask
for
a
review.
Seriously.
Bear
in
mind,
that
this
hotel
hosts
a
lot
of
events
so
it
gets
really
busy
and
really
packed
at
times,
especially
the
weekends.
During
those
times,
guest
needs
are
neglected
due
to
most
of
the
staff
tending
to
the
events.
Either
they
need
to
limit
the
amount
of
events
if
the
hotel
is
fairly
booked
or
they
need
to
hire
more
employees
because
it
gets
really
annoying.
Secondly,
their
TVs
are
an
issue.
They
mostly
have
Indian
programming
which
is
fair,
but
can
be
annoying
if
you
are
a
foreign
guest.
If
you’re
an
international
hotel,
have
international
channels.
Our
first
two
visits,
they
had
1
or
2
English
channels,
but
they
were
gone
during
our
third
visit.
We
tried
to
order
channels
and
they
kept
spinning
the
story.
First
they
said,
they
got
the
channels,
and
then
they
said
it
will
be
available
the
next
day,
and
then
they
said
they
couldn’t
get
any
due
to
technical
difficulties.
At
least
they
could
have
CNN
or
something!
So
if
you’re
a
foreigner,
that’s
something
to
keep
in
mind.
Our
third
time
staying
here,
we
were
beyond
disappointed.
There
were
several
issues
with
the
room,
such
as
the
bathroom
door
not
locking
and
shower
door
not
closing.
We
told
concierge
and
then
we
left
the
hotel
for
11
hours.
When
we
came
back,
the
issues
were
not
even
addressed.
When
we
complained
again,
they
finally
sent
maintenance
around
10pm.
When
it
was
time
for
us
to
leave,
we
asked
for
the
bellboy
three
times
within
15
minutes.
They
told
us
it
was
delayed
because
they
were
busy.
Once
again,
if
you’re
so
busy
then
maybe
it’s
time
to
hire
more
people.

people

security

(which
is
done
with
a
machine)
and
only
1
bellboy?
Seriously.
All
the
staff
has
to
say
is
“we
are
sorry”.
It
is
incredibly
frustrating
to
hear
that
line
over
and
over
again.
A
concierge
ensures
that
the
hotel
is
running
smoothly,
the
staff
at
the
front
desk
always
looked
confused.
Didn’t
seem
like
the
type
to
be
in
hotel
management.
There
were
other
issues
too,
and
they
were
trivial
but
they
did
have
an
effect
on
our
satisfaction
and
this
rating.
Once
again,
as
someone
who
has
stayed
in
Marriott
hotels
for
over
a
decade,
I
was
incredibly
shocked
with
this
hotel.
The
bare
minimum
service
and
disorganization
left
us
bemused.
And
to
see
a
Mariott
hotel
PAY
for
reviews??
Now
that
is
just
laughable.
Funny
enough,
when
expressing
my
complaints
to
the
front
desk,
a
person
next
to
me
was
also
there
to
complain.
The
hotel
is
nice,
but
it
needs
serious
improvement,
starting
with
the
staff.
Please
look
into
more
hotel
management
courses.
And
please
hire
more
people.
