    Minus points: - Shower pressure in bathroom is very low because they don’t have pressure booster installed in it. It will take long-long time to take shower due to low pressure. That’s really sad considering a 5-star hotel charging almost Rs.7-10,000 a night :( - Lot of noise (whole night) from marriage grounds infront of hotel. Window-sealing of rooms is not good. Seems like cheap quality windows with poor sound-proofing. That’s again bad considering a 5-star hotel :( Good points - - Food is excellent, both veg & non-veg items. Especially Indian cuisine veg items are a treat! - Housekeeping & cleaning is good. Room design is fresh & new. - Staff is responsive & quick in action (but only for matters that are in their control)

    Went to the coffee shop of the property. Had a fine experience. The cafe has a nice seating place for a casual hangout or meeting. We only had a couple of beverages which frankly lacked balance in taste. Presentation was up to the mark. We had Cappuccino, Berry Shake (which had a disturbing taste of yogurt - if you like flavoured yogurt, this is for you!) and a pineapple-based Mocktail. It was a decent experience overall, as it provide a calming view with fresh air.

    I will consider this property only 2 stars, rooms are below average in size, bathroom is too small. It doesn't include anything which we can expect from 5 star properties. Service is also below average. I have wasted my money on this property. Also they are not providing any basic kits like tooth kit, shaving etc, we need to ask for it externally to the service desk. NO VALUE FOR MONEY.

    Unpleasant experience during my friend's auspicious wedding. Disappointed with the lack of amenities and unfortunate incidents during the event. A lot could have been avoided with a more courteous hotel staff, which also didnt happen. Overall, a lot needs to change immediately to retain its reputation

    They do not provide basic facilities like towels , dental kit, hair dryer in the room. Iron stands are broken. lights are not working. bathroom locks are not working. Even though we paid for triple sharing they provided only two towels. the staff at front desk is completely mannerless. Though the hotel manager Kamakshi Ma’am was very cooperative but this cannot be called a 5* for sure. Food is good. Rooms are clean. Location is very good.

    If you are looking for good staying experience for your elder one stay away from Courtyard specially this location. They don't keep their promises. Negative: 1. No wheelchair services available. 2. Bathroom area is very very small. 3. Same and repetitive breakfast everyday. Limited menu of desert. Advantages: 1. Location is accessible and prime. 2. Ground staff other than reception is well behaved. 3. Open terrace garden for breakfast feels relaxed.

    If you have cash ready then choose this hotel without advance payment this guys(Nikita) not allow you in corridor also. Nice thing seen that in 3+1. People team they run the banquet of 100 guest and guest always searching staff for service. Not a good overall experience as experienced in other international hospitality business.

    Super ride staff, they don't even tell you the room availability. Last month I stayed for 12 hours and they took one day charges. This time they are saying that the price of 2 days will be charged. Then staff said that it depends on availability and we will get back And they never got back, done the same excercise twice and same thing happened. The staff should be polite and should give transparent communication. You have lost a regular customer and will spread this across my circle. Never ever stay at this hotel.

    This is a decent hotel with nice spa by Meghavi Spa chain ... Aura restaurant is also nice , although buffet spread is not that elaborate, service is quite good. However preparation especially of Veg items were not that great ... but live music was very nice and kept the ambience alive ...

    We stayed for two nights and two days, we loved it. The food we enjoyed a lot at the restaurant Aura. The staff is also very friendly and cordial. The range and variations in the buffet in breakfast and dinner is amazing (lunch we don't know, as we didn't have there). There is an indoor swimming pool on the second floor and spa and gym also. The interiors of the rooms are pretty decent. Amazing experience in all. Would suggest to stay atleast once.

    I have a worst experience ever I’m travelling alone. As a girl I have reached around 4 o’clock midnight and I have already talked to reception around 1230 to 1 o’clock. They said please come here and just book your room. They don’t give a proper information that time I said I want to book my room on this time need, they don’t give up whole details like a because when I reach the hotel they said you have to be pay Midnight charges extra in Short you have to be paid two days so why I should pay for extra he or she both they definitely have to be informed earlier when I called him in the midnight where I should to go. I don’t know the area I don’t know anything. This is a seriously worst five star hotel and the staff is so much rude. They don’t help me on that time. I said please it’s a request please you have to be arrange for me for one room. I have to check out and at 12 o’clock because 4 o’clock morning, where should I go? They said that is a policy. This is the kind of policy to a woman alone and they said go Seriously why I should pay to 33 that one night is it 14,000 why I should pay for 33 hour they have to be said on phone that is not possible mam there is no room there. Is this this this this I should never come there now. Why should not given me all details on that time

    This was one of the most disappointing stays at a Marriott property, despite paying handsomely for it. Right from the poor property upkeep, to ill maintained rooms, to poor service attitude that starts from the managers and extends to the service and security staff. It seemed like its run like a stingy family business, with little thought put in around guest experience. Marriott needs to take note that this property is doing injustice to the brand. The lobby and common areas on floor have mouldy odour. The safety checks at main entrance are unseen of. And greatly inconvenience the guests. There is physical frisking of person with hand held metal detector after walking through the metal detector arch. Each time!! Even if you are already staying there and just came back after dinner!!! Luggage goes through a xray screener and is then physically opened at the whims and fancy of untrained staff. The room upkeep is poor and lacked cleanliness. The cups and glassware had stains and seemed like a previous guest may have used them as ashtray. And was not cleaned. The TV remote did not work and TV screen had stains. The mattress needed a desperate change. Would definitely recommend look at other options.

    I've recently attended a manager training program at the Marriott location. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The training room setup was scheduled for 9 AM, but even at 9:45 AM, the Marriott team was struggling to get things organized. This delay disrupted our program and left a negative impression. I must say that this level of service was disappointing and far from what I expected from Marriott. Timeliness and preparedness are essential when hosting events like these, and this experience fell short in those regards. I hope Marriott can improve its services to ensure a more seamless and punctual experience for future Guests.

    Rooms are good and spacious. Staff behavior is good. However I found kokrach in toilet which is not expected from a hotel with 4/5 star rating. Although they changed my room, however it doesn't relive them from being careless on hygiene and care of its guests.

    This is my honest review as someone who has stayed at this hotel three times. Right off the bat, this is not a five star hotel. Nothing wrong with that, but it definitely is misleading on Google. Not all Marriotts deserve five stars. I’d put this at a 3.5/4. Also please be aware that a lot of the recent reviews are paid reviews. You can view the accounts and they only review hotels with the same wording. Take the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. We had some work in this city so the hotel was booked by a friend of ours as its near where we had our work. The first stay was pleasant. The rooms are all the same size and quite small. It’s well maintained, and simple. The washrooms were not very sensible, a box in the middle of the room. In my opinion, it’s a waste of space as they could have made it a regular room and made it bigger. But that is an architectural flaw, so nothing to do about that. The service was satisfactory, I guess as it was our first time, staff went above and beyond. Communication was easy, we were able to contact the concierge through whatsapp, so it was convenient. During the first two stays, they kept asking for reviews at the restaurant and that was quite annoying. I travel a lot and have never experienced staff straight up ask for reviews and hand me a piece of paper to write comments. I did so, because that is their career, but now I can say it ruins a dining experience to have 2-4 employees ask for a review. Seriously. Bear in mind, that this hotel hosts a lot of events so it gets really busy and really packed at times, especially the weekends. During those times, guest needs are neglected due to most of the staff tending to the events. Either they need to limit the amount of events if the hotel is fairly booked or they need to hire more employees because it gets really annoying. Secondly, their TVs are an issue. They mostly have Indian programming which is fair, but can be annoying if you are a foreign guest. If you’re an international hotel, have international channels. Our first two visits, they had 1 or 2 English channels, but they were gone during our third visit. We tried to order channels and they kept spinning the story. First they said, they got the channels, and then they said it will be available the next day, and then they said they couldn’t get any due to technical difficulties. At least they could have CNN or something! So if you’re a foreigner, that’s something to keep in mind. Our third time staying here, we were beyond disappointed. There were several issues with the room, such as the bathroom door not locking and shower door not closing. We told concierge and then we left the hotel for 11 hours. When we came back, the issues were not even addressed. When we complained again, they finally sent maintenance around 10pm. When it was time for us to leave, we asked for the bellboy three times within 15 minutes. They told us it was delayed because they were busy. Once again, if you’re so busy then maybe it’s time to hire more people. 3 people outdoors doing security check (which is done with a machine) and only 1 bellboy? Seriously. All the staff has to say is “we are sorry”. It is incredibly frustrating to hear that line over and over again. A concierge ensures that the hotel is running smoothly, the staff at the front desk always looked confused. Didn’t seem like the type to be in hotel management. There were other issues too, and they were trivial but they did have an effect on our satisfaction and this rating. Once again, as someone who has stayed in Marriott hotels for over a decade, I was incredibly shocked with this hotel. The bare minimum service and disorganization left us bemused. And to see a Mariott hotel PAY for reviews?? Now that is just laughable. Funny enough, when expressing my complaints to the front desk, a person next to me was also there to complain. The hotel is nice, but it needs serious improvement, starting with the staff. Please look into more hotel management courses. And please hire more people.

    My stay was comfortable. The rooms were nicely appointed. The cleaning staff was so sweet, the front staff very friendly, and the hotel was conveniently located for all my meetings. I also thought the breakfast was very flavorful. My only concern was the treatment and recognition as a lifetime titanium elite member, apart from the nice note and snacks in a jar in my room. My room preferences were not met. I had feather pillows in my room. In addition, I had to ask for a room upgrade instead of it automatically given to me based on my profile in the system. Unfortunately, the room upgrade was very basic and usually offered for someone with a lower elite status level. I was hoping for a suite upgrade at almost every property I stay at for my lifetime loyalty to the Marriott brand of hotels. That was a massive letdown for me.

    One of the best hotels to visit; in the city, Courtyard Marriott comes in the top of the mind for anyone suggesting a peaceful stay with all the best that life has to offer. For foodies it's a platter with all tasted (or yet to discover!) varieties from continental to mexican, chinese or just Indian masala food and for those with conscious diet choices, there are a plethora of salads too. Located amidst the best connected parts of Ahmedabad this place is a better home away from home for sure. Explore it!

    Worst hotel ever. Booking experience was very sad the only thing they were interested in was the payment. In spite of me trying to explain to them the situation they didn’t want to understand and said if I can’t do the payment it’s okay if I don’t come. Check in was so slow. I was waiting at the reception for 30 min. The hotel is understaffed. The staff doesn’t care. The GM heard all my problems and didn’t do anything about it. The worst Marriott I have been to.

    Front office team is really pathetic, they refused to provide gst bill when we booked from Make my trip. They were very rude and rigid and were not aware of their policies as well. I would never stay in that hotel again. They are spoiling Marriott's reputation.

    This hotel is on par, if not better, than some of the newer Marriott hotels found in the US, UK, and Japan. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while attending a wedding, which was also at the hotel. The rooms, staff, and catering were all fantastic - the rooms are very well appointed, the staff is tremendously helpful and attentive, the food selection (esp the breakfast) was excellent, and the gym is top notch. I would stay at this hotel again.

    Went there for buffet dinner. Food is good and staff is also friendly and very calm and swift in their services. Loved the ambiance and interior. Only one thing for those who brings kids here: they don't have high chairs for babies. We were there with 3 toddlers and it became too difficult for us to have dinner together. We had to dine in turns so that the others can take care of our babies.

    You can't find any glitch on this hotel. Spacious rooms, Superb food and staff trained with great hospitality. Pros:- - Rooms are very clean with complementary tea/coffe. - Refridgerator is available in rooms - All kind of accessories you need is already provided in room or you will get through room service if you need some extra. - Must try buffet breakfast and dinner, You will get Gujarati, Punjabi,Maxican, Chinese,Italian,Mongolian, English breakfast, Salads etc. Cons:- - Location is very good but you will get bored with traffic.

    Courtyard by Marriott is a 5 Star hotel located on Sindhu havan road in Bodakdev. It is around 25km away from Ahmedabad airport. A nice place to stay in Ahmedabad if you are looking for a hotel. Rooms are nicely maintained.

    Very disappointing experience. The service falls well below average. The staff seem untrained, and there's a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, resembling a rodent infestation. When we raised these concerns with the front desk, their response was simply, "Thank you for the feedback," showing a lack of concern. The front desk staff appears disinterested and more focused on socializing with each other. The food at the third-floor restaurant and breakfast are both subpar. The managers, clad in blazers, appear preoccupied with their phones and disconnected from their responsibilities. We followed staff recommendations for food, only to be disappointed with the quality and the taste. The only positive aspect of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Simran and Dushyant at the restaurant, as well as the commendable housekeeping staff.

    Real review after stay 2 Day's. 1. if you will go for check-in/Check-out then reception person will ask so many questions. 2.They provide room without Proper checking like washroom sider lock is working or not. 3.Even TV is also not working,means after enter in the room you need to call room service every time for issues. Means overall Hotel charge for 5 Star Standard but Services provide 1 Star.

    Excellent service, the staff is very courteous and quick to respond. They also help you out in case you are staying for long and want a touch of home made food. Mr Rajendra, Mr Bhagwat, the always helpful Anil, my kids first friend at the hotel Dev, Alisha who always escorts us in the restaurant with her beautiful smile, all of them are extremely hospitable. The ambience is quite open so we don't feel claustrophobic. The hotel is surely the best place to stay. The food is pretty good and the Chef is always eager to help out in case if u are interested into some other type of cuisine. The spacious corridors, rooms with a nice view, the turf area make it kids friendly as well.

    The restaurant serves Eggs Benedict on request (1% of chefs in India what the dish is). For a person who enjoys the off beat dishes this is my go to place in Ahmedabad. The pool is around 15m in length and traveller's can get a great work out swimming and also has a good gym

    Yesterday I was there for Brunch. Not at all good . Very bad experience. Hotel car parking is far away. I have to wait for 15 minutes for my car. I won't advice this particular. Property. Courtyard Marriott Sindhu bhawan to any one. . Avoid it

    Mind blowing Tenant. There are number of conference and event halls. Courtyard garden on the 3rd floor. Indoor swimming pool on 2nd floor. Best service provider to guests. Alcohol bar available on the ground floor (lobby) for outsiders with permit. Food is delicious. 5 stars hotel with 5 stars service.

    The experience this hotel provides is truly exceptional. Had gone for lunch this Sunday, and the courteousness and hospitality shown from their end was out of the world. Shoutout to all the staff, waiters and the chefs for the experience I got, right from greetings to lipsmacking dishes. 100/100. Best Hotel in Ahmedabad hands down.

    Relatively new property, good location and great view from the room. One of the best bathroom walls (can be opened fully). The food was amazing and the service was decent, could have been faster though, but I guess this was because of lack of staff due to the pandemic. They have a nice outdoor space for the cafe too where you can chill and enjoy the weather on a sunny day in winter.

    We visited for Team Dinner for buffet and we had horrible experience. We are 16 people and as we saw the cold food and no one giving proper attention on our side. From Soup to main course nothing can be a good test and not hot. I recommend Don't go for buffet. After Paying huge amount and this Is totally disappointing from the Marriott Sindhu Bhavan Road.

    Visited for a reception cum dinner. Hotel Ambience was good but food was not at all tasty. Not a single item right from soup to dessert could satisfy my taste buds. I was part of a group and everyone else had the same opinion. It was a small function say not more than 125 pax were present, than too no item was prepared worth praising.

    American here. Loved this place. The staff treated me like royalty, bringing me food to my table and asking if everything was okay. It was kind of weird at first, but I grew to love it. The food was authentic, and they helped me with any questions I had. So grateful to have stayed here! And the rooms were beautiful! They also had a fresh Chai station at the 24/7 restaurant. Best chai I’ve ever had. So cool to be able to experience India through this hotel.

    Decent modern hotel. But I'm not a fan of hotels made in Comercial buildings. The rooms are quite small. Some of the lights didn't work and nobody came to attend. The mattress was firm but comfortable. The al a carte dinner was average. But the buffet breakfast was good.

    Loved the location, the banquet hall on 3 level is best. The hall opens up into open terrace, and the ambience was perfect, hall lighting could be better but it was spacious. Food was average..could have been better! Service was up to the mark. Vallet parking available here, no vallet service for two vehicles, also they make everyone park their two wheeler on the road and not in their premises!

    Location is good. They have limited space in their driveway, so if multiple guests are arriving, it can congested. Front desk staff was helpful. Staff in the ground floor coffee shop was a bit slow. Similar situation in the restaurant. Although the guest load was not too much, the service suffered. Rooms were nice, some housekeeping improvements can be made. Overall the hotel felt not fully upto speed.

    The hotel was good except for the non- cooperative staff. I ordered a parcel from zomato and called at help desk to collect the same as I was in a meeting. They kept on reassuring that they will do so however zomato guy kept waiting outside for more than half an hour. Further he left the food parcel at security which the hotel lost by some means. Entire staff didn’t care about it and they just left the matter. No one expressed apologies as well. I hope that they learn to own up their mistakes and take better care of customers

    Stayed here for two nights for a a corporate event. Rooms are small, room service is very slow and pathetic, reception staff is not proactive. And in room food is very bad. We had a conference and hotel staff never botherd to check what we needed. They didn't even change the empty water bottles from tables. They didn't assign a single attendent it waiter to a 50 people gathering. Pathetic checkout process, poor coffee shop and , i never understand why do they take 20 minutest to get the car. The Parking area don't have directly access to the parking area and that the issue because every time I I want something my caar I whave to wait for 20 minutes for valet to bring my car .. Overall it was a bad Experiance... Please avoid...Sindubhavan Courtyard property....

    Dressing mirror doesn't have lighting. Bathroom mirrors have very less lighting. Breakfast spread is wide but doesn't taste great. Rooms & beds are nice. For the price it's a good deal. The best part of the hotel is the courteous & friendly staff.

    I liked this place.....the coffee lounge as well as the restaurant. Pricing could have been a bit more competitive as against other Star Hotels. Also during weekend no ala carte is served and buffet becomes too much in case you are in a small group or alone. Staff and the complete team is absolutely courteous and helpful.

    Room was good . However they use a horrible airfreshner that lingers on forever. Highly allergic ! Luckily after opening the windows for a couple of hours the smell reduced and i could sleep. Anothe strange episode , my bag was security checked and they confiscated my whisky bottle ! They said its a DRY state and no alcohol can be consumed without a permit. Earlier on arrival from Ahmedabad airport we bought the liquor from the duty free arrival shop!. 😎 Over zealous staff ?? Breakfast had excellent options with variety of local vegetarian delights as well as western meat and cheese options Claimed my bottle back on checkout !

    Extremely bad experience from entry till exit with low or no appetite for feedback. This seems to be the new trend at Marriott. You praise them they are happy, you share negative feedback they start vomiting.
