March 2023 Highlands location Had lunch here today, ordered the Farmhouse Fried Chicken Sandwich and Fries with Sweet Tea. The sandwich was delicious, the breading was just right and crispy with tender moist chicken. The toppings of lettuce, tomatoes and bacon were fresh and crisp. The fries were hot and crispy and everything was seasoned perfectly, no need to add salt and pepper. My server, Mark was polite, friendly, upbeat and attentive. The food was served hot and quickly. I also had a conversation with a very nice lady manager and all the staff were pleasant. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and tidy. I have done a lot of traveling and Bob Evans has been consistent for good food, service and prices no matter the location. 2020 Had lunch here today, bacon cheeseburger and Pumpkin pie for dessert. Destiny my server was awesome, very polite and sweet. Thank you.

My comments refer to the "delivery" of words by the staff and the "optic" of the environment later in the evening and with half empty seats. On a recent visit one and a half hours before closing, we were greeted by the hostess/cashier who said, "You're going to have to wait to sit" (delivery). We said, "Ok" like any other reasonable customers, however the curtness of her words made me raise an eyebrow. Then I looked at the dining area, expecting to see every seat taken. To our surprise, half the dining area was vacant. I raised an eyebrow again. The staff appeared to have begun closing off and cleaning up well before closing (optic). I asked the hostess/cashier why we were waiting to sit and she said there was only one waitress. We later sat and enjoyed a very well cooked meal served by a very nice waitress. While eating, a couple entered and the hostess/cashier provided the same introduction to them, rather curt with no words of apology. This couple apparently wanted a booth, saw that some were vacant, but were told they were not available. The couple walked out. At the end, I offered feedback to her about the delivery of words and the optic of the environment. If I were an owner or manager I'd want to know about this in order to properly promote what this establishment provides, which is good tasting food.

Bob Evans is a treat when road-tripping. Our server was awesome and was on top of extra drinks and add-ons. This location was friendly and quick to get us a cozy booth for breakfast. The cleanliness was impeccable for a chain restaurant. The menu is large, and the added benefit of ordering either breakfast or lunch at any time means good food for every palette. The biscuits and gravy really hit the spot after a long drive. My husband also enjoyed their hot chicken sandwich but would have preferred more spice.

Food was what to be expected at this chain restaurant. My wife and I were very disappointed in the service. Server was completely out of shape, out of breath, very hard of hearing and her attitude wasn’t what it should have been working with the public. Refills on drinks was too much to ask of her and she obviously didn’t want to be at work. Unfortunately this experience will have me avoiding this chain in the future. On the bright side, my son loved the chocolate chip hotcakes. He talked about them for days.

Great service, food was delicious, I had breakfast of course. We ate there the next day & but didn't get a pic of it. It was the tender roast beef. My hunny had the turkey dinner. They both were really good. It was a take out.

The food is mostly good but depending on who's cooking I guess is how good it actually is, I do eat here pretty often they have basic home cooking type foods that most people enjoy. But I do have a so-called complaint if that's what you want to call it as far as the amount of workers they staff which makes it very difficult to be waited on especially if you're a takeout order because you will stand there and stand there and stand there and people will walk by you over and over again and never ever even ask why you're there they don't even know if we want to be seated but if someone comes up to the hostess stand boy oh boy do they run for that one. So just the warning their understaffed which makes everything difficult in a restaurant Believe me I've worked in plenty. Pretty good food most of the time but their service could use a bump.

Kind and caring service. I ordered takeout for my mom. She loved it. Also, the strawberry cream cheese cake is spot on

Warm greetings & prompt, thorough service await you at this location! Julie was my server today. She is very pleasant & thorough. My coffee cup was never empty! I ordered the "Farmer's Choice Breakfast". It comes with two eggs, sausage patties, choice of potato & either hotcakes, brioche french toast or a large crepe. Bob Evans just started serving crepes, pleasantly this was my choice. Everything was so incredibly fresh & well prepared! The sausage patties had such amazing flavor, I can't say I've had better. This excellent crepe was large, hearty & very filling. The crepe comes with strawberry or blueberry topping, not a choice you'll regret! This was a very pleasant & highly satisfying meal. Thank you for great service & food! I'll definitely be back.

Very nice server , clean and everyone was friendly

Our lunch was wonderful. We were seated fast. Our food came to the table quick. We picked the perfect time to go not to busy. Very clean restaurant.

Food was great! Service not so much. Not a fan of their coffee but the breakfast food is on point. Will be back again!

Great restaurant. Our server was great. Food was up fast and fresh. Husband had a chicken sandwich, son had a burger, daughter had breakfast and I had the savory pot roast. We also got the loaded crispy potatoes as an appetizer. I had the appleberry splash to drink and it was yummy!
