Not very clean. You will sit in drive thru for at least 30 min for nuggets n fries. As an old employee I know for a fact nuggets and fries don’t take 30 min. Come on. Fryers have timers once again one on. Ps the good reviews are from employee’s that’s why they have as many stars as they do.

McDonald's is a 50/50 chance your food will be hot and correct.

Eh. Ordered a double cheeseburger through the app with no onions or pickles. They put the onions under the burger patties instead of on top. So, I guess it was still technically a special order. Cheese not melted. It's what I expect though. Employees were polite and the place seems clean on the outside.

The drive-thru is always busy and slow no matter the time of day. Service in the building is terrible, I recently waited 10 minutes at the counter to be acknowledged to discuss an issue with my dine-in order, finally had to raise my voice to request assistance. Service is terrible, food is not quality, I do not recommend any McDonald's, least of all this location.

Just like Wendy's, McDonald's at the Highlands usually gets your order wrong. Of course my review is based on individual experience and since I live alone and less than 5 miles away, I visit this fast food restaurant drive thru often. Workers are courteous and wait times (drive thru) are longer than usual. Food quality is great, except for their French Fries, they're usually 20 minutes old. They just keep them hot.

We use the drive through, our meals where hot and fresh. This was a quick easy to get to place while traveling not far off the highway.

We ordered four different breakfast from this restaurant. It took more than 30 mins to be made mean while there was about 10 employees in there none of them seemed to be working and the person at the front was so rude and unprofessional. We will never come back to this McDonald's again.

Received my drink with out a straw had to remove lid to drink it when I opened it dead fly was in my tea. McDonald’s need to check cameras I believe employee put it on purpose.

Brenna always makes my day when she is working the drive thru!! she’s so sweet and quick with orders and NEVER makes my coffee wrong. love her!!

Stopped for a quick lunch. Good service. Only problem was fries were way too salty.

Customer service here is “blah”. And one of the ladies in the drive thru just burped out loud. Nasty and unprofessional. But this is McDonalds, what do you expect? No one gives a dang.

We stopped at around 6:30pm 7/28 Staff was rude when our order for frappe showed up on screen one of the workers yelled I hate it seriously it was 2 not 20 and it wasn't even busy so she had someone else make it for her probably for the best since she was outside smoking when we got there and didn't wash her hands then my plain burger only mayo and bacon has onions on top bottom and in the middle fried ito it I've worked at a McDonald's you only put them on top it was just out of ignorance they did it because clearly they hate there jobs as they so impolitely yelled when they saw our order rude ignorant people trash food would not recommend and I did see sign across the street said they are hiring if y'all hate mcds so much take your worthless selves over there and get a job.

Couldn't get service behind the counter. There was atleast 10 employees and 1 manager playing on her phone in the kitchen. The worst experience at a McDonald's. Wouldn't recommend this location. It's not that hard to work a simple job.

DO NOT EAT HERE EVER the place has an extreme maggot and roach infestation. when the health department gets called they make their employees get down on their hands and knees and spray raid to kill the maggots. they pay private companies to do their health inspections. DISGUSTING

No Forks or knives!!! How does that happen. Fast food..took forever. This put our destination behind 15 minutes. Did compensate with free pies.

Food is pretty good & it is a nice quiet place not a lot of people through when i take my kids so it is nice to just sit & talk..employees arent too shabby definitely a hit & miss i suggest ordering via the app/the kiosk or you will be waiting for help/order is always messed up when taken at the counter.

6/20 8am crew were all so nice. I typically don’t expect anything from McDonald’s (nor do I particularly care if they aren’t super friendly) but both girls that served me impressed me because they were NORMAL friendly without acting like they’re being held at gunpoint and I hope they have a wonderful shift 👍🏻 also sausage burritos were good this time and lately I’ve been disappointed so extra credit

Switching sides to sit on doesn't work, the flies are everywhere. It's like an outdoor picnic indoors. The tables and seats are always smeared with something and crumbs and just dirty. The place is one of the nastier MCDONALD'S. Bathroom no soap, food mediocre McCrap as expected, if not for eating on the app for cheap it would be bipassed altogether.

Seems like McDonald's does not care about dine in customers. Ordered on the kiosk at 0900. Food was supposed to be brought to the table but had to go get it. Tried giving me a cold burrito. Did not give us flatware and had to ask for the coffee I had ordered. Order was not ready until 0922. They had 4 drive through orders completed in the 5 minutes I was standing at the counter.

I am so irritated with this McDonald’s. I’m not one to complain but when it happens over & over & over then I am going to complain! 1. More often than not my order is messed up for example I ordered a sausage, egg & cheese McMuffin & I got a plain sausage biscuit. If I order ketchup and pickles only I get ketchup. Or pickles & no ketchup. I understand if it’s busy mistakes are made but when they aren’t and orders are still messed up it becomes ridiculous. Lastly if I order from my app & pick up my order by going in it’s bc I don’t have the time to wait and I have waited almost 20 min I do t know how many times! The employees need to step it up & pay attention to their job & less attention to yapping with the other employees about the color of their shoes!

I don't recommend. Sat in the drive through for over 30 mins , come to find out they didn't even have our order so who knows who's order we actually paid for! Employee was yelling at a customer in front of us because their order wasn't ready and they also sat there longer than we did. Don't waste your time.
