Excellent steaks! Service was Awesome. Her name was Deone. She was very attentive. The onion petal was the best I'd had in awhile.

Spent the night in the area, got to Texas Roadhouse around 7:30 on a Sunday night. No wait for a party of 3. Inside was very clean. Got rolls, ordered drinks. Asked if we wanted an appetizer, I joked saying my teenage son would just eat 84 rolls.... Ordered our steaks.... ate the 4 rolls. We never saw anymore rolls. Waited about 15 mins on the steaks... no rolls. Steaks came, asked for more rolls... Nope. Around 8:20 the waitress started stacking plates and doing her end of shift work. I looked on my phone and realized they closed at 9... A couple mins later she has a broom and dustpan out sweeping under our table, running into my feet. She obviously wanted to get out of there. Still no rolls. Brought our bill, told me to pay it on the kiosk on the table. Maybe that's where I ask for more rolls? Paid. Left at 8:31. I'm used to a higher level of customer service at Texas Roadhouse.

The food was delicious. The bartender was amazing, great customer service very friendly and interactive with all her customers. The Managers were on top of their game. We were the last customers there. Her name started with a C I wish I could remember ( I am bad with names). She was amazing.

I seldom give 5 stars, but there was no other option. It was pretty much a flawless meal in all aspects. The waitress, Maggie was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean and up kept. The food was fabulous and served hot. The country fried chicken and burger were excellent. Furthermore the 2 kids meals were good also. It was not expensive either, the price point was low considering the quality of food. The bathroom could of used a little attention, if I really wanted to find any flaw. The waitress, management, and cook staff deserve 2 thumbs for there effort. I would recommend and go back when I'm back in the area.

While traveling for work, I decided to stop in here for dinner and sat at the bar. This location is ran like any Texas Roadhouse in the country and they represent the brand at their best. Heather, who was the bartender and waitress, was great. She was very polite and down to earth. She did a great job checking in with me and the customers around me. Heather suggested food items and even recommended a dessert. The food was cooked perfectly to my request and had great flavor. Overall a great visit. If I'm ever back in the area, I may visit again.

We ordered take out. We received a notification that our order was ready for pick up. It took them several minutes to help us and then they had trouble locating our food. The food was fairly cold by this time. They forgot the gravy on the chicken fried steak. Everything else was ok. Definitely not what I expected from a Texas Roadhouse.

Everything was good except for the white fish Dinner..the breading was not applied properly and the fish was mooshie(usually means frozen then thawed too quickly) Morgan our waitress was Awesome.

The waitress was incredibly kind and went out of her way to take care of us. The food was very good and the steak was actually cooked as we asked. The restaurant was very very busy but you wouldn't know buy the service we received.

Usually great, but I tried the "fall off the bone ribs". The most disgusting thing I've ever eaten. It's the next day and I still feel like being sick. I think they microwave pre-cooked shoe leather, barely had any sauce. More sauce didn't help. Just disgusting. Service was good. Ribs, not good.

We had a group of 11 and they treated us great. They made sure we were seated in a timely manner and did not have to wait on food for longer than normal. Staff was very nice, food was good, and atmosphere was inviting.

You won't get the best steak of your life there but it will be reliably good. The country music is a little loud for my taste. The service is always good. Aside from my personal dislike of life music while I eat I've never had a bad experience there. They've obviously got solid management.

Tonight we had the pleasure of having Madi (Madison) as our waitress. She was beyond kind and friendly one of the best waitresses I have every had. (We eat out way to much and I know a good one when I find one.) I work in the entertainment/restaurant industry and help waitresses when we are short staffed. I wish I had one waitresses or waiters half as good, as Madi. Madi makes the Texas Roadhouse a better place! We hope Madi has a great rest of her night at work. Not sure what section or table number we were in but we were in blue and purple if this helps Madi remember us. Please share this review with her. She was fantastic and I am a very hard critic. Thanks again!

Very first time there a few years back, it wasn't good. But after that experience, it has been outstanding here. Great food, friendly staff. Had my youngest sons birthday dinner here. Management seems to check in with the customers a lot, which is great.

I placed an online order.. got there at the exact time the food was supposed to be done. I was told my order was not ready yet and they would text me when my order was ready. I waited 20 minutes and still no text I went to the window they said it would just packaging it up now but lo and behold it was not my order. When I asked the man behind her if my order was ready they said it was right there I said that order has been sitting there since I first got here 20 minutes ago and they gave me some lame excuses she was really busy with online orders and she must have been confused well now my food's been sitting there for 20 minutes getting cold and other 7 minutes to get home it's 30 minutes by has gotten cold and I got no kind of refund or percentage off I paid for an order that when I got home the food was ice cold. I love Texas Roadhouse but this experience was awful and I will probably not return to them.

It was busy, but the service was quick and the food tasty & hot! Those rolls!!!! Our server didn't flinch to trade out a side dish that had bacon on it for my non-pork eating Hubby. Also accommodated our rather large last-minute reservation.

Expect there to be a wait to get seated. We used the app to get on the wait-list, and only had about a 10 minute wait once we arrived. Highly suggest getting on the wait-list before arriving. Food is excellent, and we all know the rolls and the cinnamon butter are fabulous!!! Never had a bad experience at TRH!!!!

It has always been very good the last time I was there the steak was very tough could not eat it it and the baked potato was warm bread was hard. This has always been my favorite steak house was very disappointed this last time.

This was an excellent meal and awesome service. One of the best dinners I've had this year. Food was hot and delicious.

We had a party of 7. We were seated quickly. Waitress was on top of everything and continued refilling waters quickly. Food was great!

Our waitress was nice and polite. She made sure our table was taken care of but not in a way that was standing over our shoulders every minute.

The new caramel and marshmallows for the sweet potatoes is absolutely delicious! Our waitress was very friendly. The food was good.

First time for us to visit our local Texas Roadhouse! Wow, packed house! Sat at bar for a drink & then was served the BEST steak from a chain restaurant. I would put this meal against any High-end steakhouse. Amazing service, great food & we will DEFINITELY be back!

Like most Texas Roadhouses all across the country the service is at best mediocre. This one you gotta err on the rare side, what I ordered medium I got well done. To be fair the rest of the food was overcooked too. Meh. Still pretty much just a regular Texas Roadhouse, except there's a world of difference between a medium steak and one that's well done and not an employee in the store will look you in the eyes

Let me just say if you go try to get John I believe this name was. Superior to all excellent people all around and supper fabulous food. We LOVE TEXAS ROADHOUSE.

I would've given zero stars but our waitress was sweet and very good. We go to this restaurant at least once a week usually twice. We ordered roadkill well done same as we do every time. it was so burnt I couldn't eat one bite of mine and my mushrooms were actually cold. My husband's was also burnt but he choked down half of it. We complained and she took 5.00 off 5 DOLLARS! for meals wasted. Customers deserve better. We spend way too much money there for that. At least one meal should've been taken off.

We liked it, they were short staffed when we arrived so we waited for a short time for a waiter to arrive for their shift. It was less than 15 min wait I think. Then we ordered an appetizer that didn't come till after our main dishes but they gave it to us free.

Dinner was disgusting first our rolls were burned. My husband ordered a 6 Oz steak medium well. I ordered beef tips mine was so tough I chewed 1 piece 5 mins an gave up spit it out. My husband's steak was rare our daughter fries were burned. We had to wait almost 10 minutes to tell them they redid our food another 15 minutes by then we told them make it to go. I don't recommend at all. Waitress seemed annoyed when we showed her but when u spend alot of money u want what u order cooked right

Food was just ok. More disappointed in the hostess. Took us back to a table, I asked for a booth 3 seats away and was taken up front again and told I would need to wait an hour. The area I was in had 2 booths w people all around it seated and the front of the restaurant empty. I'm sure due to no servers. But there was people seated at the bar in 2 booths and the rest open. We went back to the table and not 5 min later they seated the booth I was told I'd need to with an hour on!!! Then, 5 different times meals came out and all were taken to the wrong tables! .y meal went to 2 different tables before it got to me. Are you kidding !?? Everyone couldn't have been new! Our waitress was the only good thing there today!! What a joke. And it was 3:00. Not even a busy hour .🙄

This has been the best texas roadhouse we've ever been to, and we just moved from Dallas so that's saying something. In Dallas, the steaks are tough and tasteless and the fries cold and stale. We stopped going to Texas roadhouse a long time ago since the service and food was always poor but decided to give it a try since we're in a new state. Our server was extremely nice and friendly. Our food took a a little long to arrive but it was well worth it. My 6oz sirloin was cooked and seasoned perfectly, it was tender and I got the loaded baked potato that was delicious! My husband enjoyed his steak as well. We will definitely be back!
