it was lovely :) my food came out quick, it was quiet, & it wasnt crowded there’s no drive-thru so you’ll have to go inside but they have kiosks for those with social anxiety

Very very slow service, took 27 mins to get out food. We all got Small portions than what we normally get. Look at Mac n cheese what we got for main order. Trust me it was not a side order (or take 2).

This Panera is clean and the employees are all very friendly. Not super busy if you get there at the right time. I am a member of the sip club and stop into Panera regularly to grab my drinks. It is a great service that they came up with and is good for anyone that enjoys their coffee, energized drinks or soft drinks on a regular basis.

We ordered for curbside pickup. Received notification that the order was ready, pulled up and waited 10 minutes. I decided to go inside to get it and the girl at the counter apologized. Left the store and halfway home, we discovered 1/3 of our order was missing. Had to turn around and go back. So the food was lukewarm and in general wasn’t good. If they were busy I could understand but the place was almost empty at 6:15 pm with every other restaurant at the highlands popping. That says everything. Congrats tho, I had to come in twice with an strep infection. We won’t be coming back.

This is literally the same food that you get during a hospital visit. The part that kills me is that they have the audacity to charge $10+ for a chicken sandwich????? If you just got your taxes back and you wanna relive the nolstalgia of what you just ate after your tonsils came out or after you gave birth, then go for it. Otherwise save your 401k and go to anywhere else in the area with better food and better prices.

Stopped here while passing through Wheeling. We were very impressed with this Panera. The staff/service was excellent. I always tend to observe how staff interact with each other and they seemed to make a great team. Food was great, came out quickly. And bathrooms were very nice and clean! We love to see it.

Do not try this Panera. Not clean plates were dirty. Coffee pot needed cleaned, coffee grinds manager made new pot only to still have grinds they need to clean their equipment. Service is terrible. Too many other places in the area to eat so don’t waste your time here

I am so thankful for the customer care that I was given today from Panera in Triadelphia, WV. All of the staff was great, but my hat goes off to Cici. She help me, was patient and very understanding. The order was perfect, the food was wonderful and Cici is still tops. Thanks.

Wow. This place is disgusting inside and the food is not up to par with Panera standards. Keep in mind we were there at 7pm, they don’t close until 9pm. The self-order tablet was not stocked with drink cups to start. Then looking around after we order they have chairs blocking off the dining room to guests. Well, I paid $34 I’m going to sit down with my family and enjoy our dinner. I finally found a table that wasn’t dirty, as all the booths and tables in dining room except that one were covered with food debris. The floors were nasty looking and everything looked dingy. Now the food part… the Mac n cheese I ordered for my 2-year-old son looked like cereal. The noddles were swimming in milk? It was not the Panera mac n cheese that we were served at the Washington, PA location last week, that’s for sure. Then they were out of a bunch of different breads, so we had to substitute my husbands and I’s sandwich breads. The workers all acted like they did not want to be there, and the manager (I’m assuming?) kept going outside to smoke. It felt like we were being rushed out of the building because they continued putting chairs up blocking the dining room. This was a horrible experience and as someone who frequents Panera a lot this is a sad representation. 0/10 do not recommend, you would be better off going to Taco Bell and saving your hard earned money.

Every time we visit this particular location, we leave unsatisfied. The cup of soup was barely half full.. there was barely any steak on the steak sandwich and maybe a tablespoon worth of shredded chicken on my frontaga chicken sandwich.. This seems to be the case each time.

Quite possibly the cleanest Panera I’ve been in, and there have been MANY! Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. They had cane syrup out at the tea so another kudos.

was just in here about 10 mins ago and the service was great plus very nice employees. there was some super annoying needy lady in there and the employees handled the situation professionally! if it were me i would have cussed her out lol salute to yall and s/o panera

I went to Panera tonight for a quick meal, which it was not. When I checked the order once I got to the car, they gave me a salad instead of the sandwich I ordered. So, I went back inside to get the sandwich. The staff was very polite and corrected the mistake. After I got home and sat down to eat and to give my son his food, I saw that his mac n cheese was actually broccoli mac n cheese. Two bites into my chicken sandwich I realized there was no chicken on it. So basically the entire order was incorrect. I am very disappointed. I mean how do you forget to put chicken on a chicken sandwich?!

Very pricey for the quality and quantity. This is a brand issue and not necessarily the location. Staff seemed annoyed and didn't even greet us. They just stared at us until I started my order.

Only down side, no drive thru. Short wait for food, food was good. Close to the Highway & hotels.

Taking orders person . Bean soup in the bread bowl? I asked for bean soup. Says no bean soup we have 7 soups no beans. But named chili.

The day we visited was very busy so it took a little bit longer to receive our food. However, we overheard the kitchen manager telling her staff that they were doing a great job keeping up with the food. Great service and good food!!

I’ll be honest, I’m not a big fan of Panera generally, and only eat there out of convenience of the location. Having said that I had their Mac & cheese sandwich, and I was surprised how good it was. The bread was perfectly toasted, and they put just the right amount of Mac & cheese on it where it wasn’t messy to eat. I will be back, and appreciate the good service too. You’ve won me over Panera Bread!

Stopped for a coffee traveling from Northern KY to Lancaster, PA. Had extra friendly service with great coffee and delicious cookies for tired travelers. Great stop!

The restaurant was dirty and cold. The lemonade had chunks and was repulsive. My bread bowl had a long ,black hair baked into it. The cashier was rude and disorganized.

Paid for bowl or soup but it came half full. Manager said thats the right serving. No accountability. Cheaters.

Panera never disappoints. Food is of excellent quality, and they have a variety of coffee and tea selections that can be made to your liking. It’s always clean and they can handle a lunch rush, so you won't have to wait forever for your food.

Food is always fresh quality and fast service. The manager rang me up and didn't have to wait. The manager woman here is the best! Every time we come she's always working hard, goes above and beyond and is super friendly.

Traveling, decided to stop for a quick, healthy meal and from the start the staff was attentive, pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. The manager checked in on us, simply to make sure everything was prepared as ordered-it’s the small details that make you appreciate people when they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Thank you!

I ordered tuna salad sandwich w/ avocados on whole grain bread. What I got was tuna salad on hard salted bread, no avocados. And they placed on the bag four slices of whole grain bread. Will not visit that location again

Not happy with the steak and white half sandwich not much meat and couldn't taste any horseradish. And the noodles soup was way too salty

We got the pick 2, the way it is advertised makes you THINK you are getting a deal. VERY overpriced and misleading. $19.00 for 2 regular coffees, 1/2 sandwich and mac n cheese. When I questioned price, I was told OH WELL. Management needs to pay attention to how their employees treat customers especially after robbing them. Would not recommend

Their food is always delicious. The wait staff is always friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking and its not too crowded inside the store. It was clean as are all of the other Panera stores Ive been to

Food was ok, atmosphere was loud, cashier and where you pick up food was rude, short and very unpleasant. I will not return to this location. Menu items ordered : Chicken and wild rice soup French onion soup Cheddar and broccoli soup And 3 sandwiches Adequate at best.

Panera is one of our favorite places for breakfast. We were driving through this area and stopped for breakfast. The cashier would not make eye contact, would not smile and basically didn’t acknowledge us. We nicely informed her the hand sanitizer machine was empty to which there was no response. We asked for our order for there and she gave it to us to go. It sat in the counter in a bag and after a while my wife asked if this was ours to which she grunted “yeah it’s yours”. The bagel wasn’t even toasted. The manager was nice and tried to intervene, but to no avail. We walked out without eating our bagel and left before they served our oatmeal. We will never return to this location. I know it is hard to get good employees but an employee should at least be able and willing to smile and speak, let alone get an order correct.
