Freaky Fast and Freaking Great Food! Love Jimmy John's subs, the bread is fresh and tastes fantastic. I highly recommend the Billy.

First time ever visiting a JJ's. Not really impressed. Didn't get the sandwich I ordered and the bread was hard as a rock. It might be a store policy, I'm not sure, but we had to bag our own food. We were told if we wanted a bag or napkins they are on the employee side of counter.Didn't make since after watching the staff build, wrap, and hand us our sandwiches. Just odd. After eating the sandwich the other two are in both bathrooms. Most likely not going back.

#10 First time ever at a JJ's, went to the drive thru, a very nice girl took my order. The sandwich is roast beef with cheese, tomato and mayo. It was good but would have been better toasted and warm.

Walked in and were promptly greeted by the register and asked if we had any questions. Menu was prominently displayed making our choices straightforward. Got the Total Tuna box and the Jimmy Cubano box, both with the Oatmeal Raisin cookie. Took a seat and the food arrived promptly. Good serving size and flavor. Have tried other JJ's before and they are usually pretty good.

Eat at a lot of Jimmy John’s. This is one of the best. Food always well made and quick. Employees are always very friendly. Great place.

By far the best JJ ever . Customer service 2nd to none . Great staff . Food is above and beyond which is hard to do when there are hundreds of stores who all follow the same recipes. They take pride in their work and can't thank you guys enough... room 308 and 223 ... u guys rock .... solid work.

Just tried for the first time last month and went back the other day for the second time! Probably the best sandwich I've ever had! Both times I got the All American Beefy Crunch. So so good!!!!

They always have my order ready when I arrive and I live only 5 minutes away. Amazing service.

Usually their subs are on point. This time the lettuce was black and mushy, It actually disgusts me to see a Jimmy Johns sandwich. Update: JJs sent me 10 dollar gift card to shut me up. I paid nearly 20 bucks for the gargantuan sub I ordered originally. LETS GO JERSEY MIKES

Tried the new Comprese and my wife and I hated it. 90% went in the trash. I love the #9 but will only get that from now on!

We ordered two subs online. When we opened the one sub at home it was full of human hairs. There were also small hairs in the wrapper the sandwich was in. We filed a complaint with corporate, but have not hear back from the store for a refund.

Good fast service and quality subs and the best cookie around.

My family and I stopped by here on our way home from Oglebay seeing the holiday lights. There were 6 of us and they were still extremely fast getting our order together. The food was delicious and the guys working there were so friendly and engaging. We really appreciated the kind and courteous service for a bunch of “out-of-towners.” We will definitely be eating Jimmy John’s again.

I live 3 1/2 miles away. Ten minute drive. They told me it would be a fifty dollar minimum for going 3/12 miles. Looks like jersey mikes just got a new customer.

I Consider myself a jimmy john's lover and the service in this store was totally fine , young nice lady at the register. But but but this is too much a looooong hair in the middle of the sub come on. 😤😤😫😫🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 there were lots of people on the back of the counter. My husband kept pulling the hair out🥴
