Terrible customer service, policies changed and when we inquired about these changes, Stephanie the manager gave tremendous attitude. This manager is an abomination to customer service and management. She’s extremely rude and will talk over you and dominate the conversation, when you are looking to get simple answers after you’ve spent 1000s of dollars here. I recommend going somewhere else, somewhere where you’ll be treated as a human being and not dollar signs. We will be switching to Sacred Hour immediately. I recommend you do the same. This woman left my wife in tears from a phone call.

From the time that you entered , you fell welcomed . They offer you tea or water . I had a Deep muscular massage , with hot stones and treatment fir my feet. . Ritchie worked on me. Soothe is an outstanding provider of quality massages. I know that they offer a lot of other services too, but I’ve mainly gone for massages over the past 3 years. I tried them because of a deal I found online, and my first visit was so helpful that I decided to become a subscriber. Not sure what the monthly subscriber deal is nowadays, but I found the price point for monthly credits to be quite reasonable and worth every penny. I tried out sessions with most of their massage therapists in order to find the sessions that left me feeling the most renewed. For deep tissue massages, I personally try to book with Rita or Carli, but all of their staff is super skilled, welcoming, and kind. The ambiance of their location is perfect. I’d tried other “spas” in the area but found that they usually had thin walls with a lot of noise intrusion from neighboring businesses or folks talking loudly in the hallway. Soothe is upstairs and has relaxing music or sounds playing throughout their suite, which allowed me to truly relax (vs. listen to full conversations or work in adjacent units, which I’d experienced most other places). I highly recommend their services!

Been here many times and every experience has been great. Each massage therapist is fantastic and has their own flair, and they always give me pointers on how to take care of any knots or tightness post-massage. Open on Sundays too which is an added bonus!

I have been coming to Soothe Massage for almost ten years. I have received impeccable service, even when I just have a Groupon. I have always been satisfied with every massage. I get headaches and migraines often, however they go away after a session. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional and makes you feel at ease. I love the ambiance of the place. I went to Soothe for the first time when I was in considerable back pain. I was able to get a same day appointment where Robin treated me with great care and expertise. She was very professional, skilled and caring. I look forward to my monthly massages in this lovely oasis.

I’ve been going to Soothe now for over 3 years. Before then, I used to frequently get massages from many different studios. My experience with Soothe has been great and the staff is amazing to work with. Membership cost is priced well, with great perks for sharing with family members. The therapists are amazing and take notes to help improve upon past visits. I had shoulder surgery in Feb of 2022 and received excellent therapeutic massage care from my therapist Ashley. With her help I’ve fully recovered and I am extremely grateful to her and Soothe for the diligence in getting me back.

Since I discovered soothe a few years ago (I wanna say 2017-2018), I haven’t gone anywhere else for massage therapy. I have the monthly membership with them and honestly it’s worth it. I constantly recommend them to everyone I know. My favourite happy place! I usually book a deep tissue massage & trigger point massage. I have tried aroma therapy & hot stones. The place is very clean. I love the quite & relaxing atmosphere. Great location, easy parking & accessibility.

We have been getting massages at Soothe for several years now and they're great! We have always been happy with the quality of massages, and particularly enjoy the hot stone and aromatherapy options. They specialize in massages, so they don't have some of the services that a larger spa might provide. But, if you're interested in a massage this is the place to go!

Had a 90 minute couples massage. Nice complimentary glass of wine before in a quiet lounge. Massage was amazing and the masseuse were great. Repeat customer for sure.

I love my regular massages with Clara! She has a magic touch, knows exactly how to soothe my achy muscles and also leave me feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. I also love the friendly staff at the front desk, the calm waiting area and liquid refreshments. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a monthly subscription for several years and I highly recommend Soothe. Jenny is my regular masseuse and she is phenomenal but I’ve also had great massages from Kim P and many others other the years. The front desk team is very professional and helpful and it’s a warm and relaxing atmosphere all around.
