This was my 2nd visit at Massage Envy with Carly and I must say, she is absolutely amazing! Each time she made me feel so much better, I feel like a new person. She is super kind, sweet and makes sure you feel 100% comfortable. You can tell she genuinely takes pride in what she does and knows exactly what she's doing. Talented would be an understatement, she is a very gifted Massage Therapist. Definitely an asset to Massage Envy. The front desk employees are also very kind and welcoming. Thank You!!!

Front desk had always been good until this past weekend terrible service from the new girl so rude. Then the massage therapist Crystal she was completely and utterly unprofessional. I ended my membership. I loved and looked forward to these shame one person can ruin your experience.

Hello! I was suppose to get a 90 minute massage with alannah. Massage Envy called an hour before stating that she had to leave. This has happened to my fiance before at this facility. I would not recommend going here.

Nicole is an absolute miracle worker and one of the nicest people in the world! She took her time and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond, I walked out feeling like a new person and had no back pain for the first time in months. She is beyond awesome, thank you so so much Nicole!!!!

Nicole always does my massages and she speaks so much life into me. She constantly tells me she’s proud of me and happy for me. Congratulates me on my achievements and is always genuinely excited to see me walk in. She was so happy to see me and catch up on my life events. She truly feels like family. If you need a massage, book Nicole. She will change your life!

I had Kimberly today for my massage and she was AMAZING! Highly recommend her. She was so sweet and talked through a meditation for the entire session which was incredibly relaxing! Absolutely loved my massage!

OMG Crystal is amazing!!! She found areas I didn't even realize I needed help with! I still cannot believe what that woman can accomplish with just one visit.

My second time back here it was terrible to say the least the sheets are Dirty and Filthy found a bug crawling out from underneath the table. I told my therapist about it and she never bother to change the sheets. The massage therapist Christy was awful she did more rubbing on skin than messaging the area and did not make me feel comfortable. If your looking for a relaxing Environment where you feel safe I would not recommend this place, I forgot to mention they will cancel your appointment without giving you notice. They are very unprofessional I will not be back.

Christy is amazing. Always professional and a great masseuse. She has a firm pressure that alleviates all my aches and pains. Usually a 90 minute is always scheduled with her, however due to her being so good at what she does, she isn't always readily available so you need to book in advance but we'll worth the wait. Highly recommend her. (Didn't even want to do a review because I wanted to keep her for myself) I know she's going to book further out :)

Nicole! Nicole! Nicole!!! I woke up unable to turn my head because a knot in my back had gotten so bad. Nicole and I talked through what I needed….and she delivered!!! I walked out of there not even remembering how much discomfort I was in when I walked in. THANK YOU NICOLE! I wish we could give more than 5 stars because she needs 10
