I
had
such
a
frustrating
first
(and
only)
experience
at
this
salon.
I
had
a
full
highlight
and
cut
appointment
with
Bethany,
and
she
chose
to
speak
to
a
group
of
friends
who
stopped
by
to
visit
her
instead
of
taking
me
back
for
my
appointment
on
time.
15
minutes
past
my
appointment
time,
she
finally
came
to
get
me.
Bethany
was
not
friendly
at
all
and
sounded
doubtful
when
I
showed
her
a
photo
of
what
color
I
wanted
to
achieve,
which
was
maybe
2
shades
lighter
than
my
current
color
(something
I've
easily
achieved
with
other
stylists).
She
rushed
through
the
foiling
process
and
I
ended
up
with
splotchy
yellow
color.
After
processing
for
30
minutes,
Bethany
was
with
another
client
who
came
in
an
hour
and
a
half
early
for
their
appointment.
Instead
of
telling
that
client
that
she
would
need
to
wait
for
her
appointment
time,
she
chose
to
take
them
and
have
someone
else
check
my
color
and
shampoo/tone/condition
my
hair.
Back
in
the
chair,
she
asked
what
kind
of
cut
I
wanted.
I
said
long
layers
and
no
face
framing.
I
was
left
with
uneven
choppy
layers
and
face
framing.
A
few
days
after
my
appointment
and
still
feeling
frustrated
with
my
hair
and
experience,
I
followed
up
with
an
email
to
the
salon
outlining
my
many
concerns.
I
was
shocked
to
receive
a
dismissive
and
accusatory
response
from
the
co-owner,
full
of
excuses
for
every
point
I
raised.
I
had
asked
for
a
refund
and
was
instead
told
to
come
back
in
to
have
my
hair
fixed
-
something
I'm
definitely
not
willing
to
do
after
the
treatment
I
received
both
from
Bethany
and
now
the
co-owner.
