I went to get a sandwich, was not good,the peppers were ghost peppers,i asked for jalapenos,and i got the meal deal cause sign said save with it it was an xtra 3.89 for chip and a drink,i will be going to jimmy johns from now on.

Short wait even when lines are long. Mac and cheese was super tasty and very filling. Do expect it to be crowded, it's a popular spot right on the square with lots of businesses on all sides. Being one of few quick lunch places it gets a ton of traffic.

Great sandwiches and soups, and their customer service is always very good.

We went right at opening to grab a bite before a convention the other week. The two young ladies who were running the store were absolutely amazing! Super friendly and patient with us first-timers. They helped make our visit that much better (: Food was delicious too!

I came for the first time near the end of lunch hour and was a little disappointed by the long line, only to then be SHOCKED by how fast it moved! I got my order out the door way quicker than I expected. I was also very happy that they offer a “skinny” smaller sandwich size, as regular sized sandwiches usually make me feel bloated. And it tasted great, too!

It was my 1st time visiting this place and it was amazing the staff were very welcoming and the food was great I got A sandwich called Wreck And broccoli cheese soup that was Spectacular I will return😊

Do NOT use the app for online pickup! You will be waiting for a minimum of 45 minutes, you’re better off getting in line because you’ll get out much faster. Do not recommend if you have less than an hour lunch. Extremely disorganized & the mobile ordering is useless. Food wasn’t fresh after all that waiting.

Tasty, never had an incorrect order. A little slow for carryout (orders are never on the carryout shelf if you order during lunch) but it beats waiting in the main line. Would love to see cucumber and spinach come back on the menu, it's a little depressing having lettuce as the only green on my sandwich.

If I could leave a 0-5 I would. Went in to use a promo code cause their website wasn’t working. Get there and the staff was kinda clueless, no manager on duty and didn’t know how to punch in a promo code. I’ve worked the food industry and was disappointed in how my experience went here… Very poor hospitality. Honestly the Rookwood one is the best one to go to. Not sure if i will be a returning customer

Worst sandwich I’ve ever eaten . Came packed with onions on bread with one small piece of what I think was pepperoni on my Italian sandwich . Got this gross onion sandwich through DoorDash so can’t do much about it now . Was going to order subways Italian sandwich but wanted to try something new well wish I would Have just gotten subway this sandwich isn’t Italian just cuz you threw one tiny slice of pepperoni on some onions and Italian seasonings.

I'm in town with my husband at the Hilton. While he is at his conference I wanted a sandwich somewhere close. The line moved quickly. The menu was clear. It was a very good sandwich at a reasonable price. I loved that I could sit in the Fountain Square to eat.

Used to be my favorite place. Will never be returning. After waiting an hour and a half for a COLD BROWN AVOCADO sandwhich and not even full cup of soup. Unreal. Idk how management allowed them to serve this.

This is my first and last time going to a Potbelly Sandwich Shop! I never knew any establishment could be worse then a Jimmy John's sandwich. This sandwich is pathetically small for a premium price. The meat is shaved on and the toppings cut into fourths. The photo is the whole sandwich contents on just half of a 9 inch sub roll. If the food isnt sad enough the staff was less then welcoming to a customer service for a person introducing as a first time Patron.

Just a chain sandwich restaurant, but this one is in a good location so it gets a lot of traffic. The good - the food is generally well prepared. The bad - they are often so busy, it can take a little longer than usual for Potbelly to get you your sandwich. But, when you're in the mood for a pizza sub with extra mushrooms, there's not many other places around Fountain Square that you can get one. So, you wait in line and like it.

Potbelly is a popular lunch spot in downtown, expect to wait in line. Not a problem, they move through the orders rather quickly. Sandwiches and soup is the menu, with chips, cookies and milkshakes too. If you like hot peppers, try them out as they were pretty tasty. Enjoy!

Sandwiches are pretty good but the ac in this place is really loud, you can't hear normal talking volume accross from you.

I ordered a meatball sub on UberEATS, and my sandwich came with no meatballs. I don’t understand how that happens.
