I appreciate the necessity for allowing only a certain number of shoppers in the store during this time but I feel that expecting everyone to wait in line for an hour because the checkout process is so long and convoluted is just FRUSTRATING! Not to mention the shady way that they price everything at 49.99 and you have to spend 50.00 to use a coupon is just a sneaky way of taking advantage of your customers!

I love this location EVERYONE is always so friendly! Malisa and crew, they’re always there to greet and assist you with whatever you need. I’ve been shopping in store and online for years, I can’t complain.

I love the clothing. When I shop at this location I am never greeted. Sales associates are always behind the point of sale talking amongst themselves. Only interaction is when I come up to the counter. Very poor customer service .

I take my wife here to shop. She loves some of their stuff. Things there are for younger women but they have great prices and selections

They are white selection for heavier women, and most stores don't do that. I love clothes, that bad I'm always looking for places where I can wear their clothes. A little pricey but worth it okay.

First time there and they were very friendly and helpful. Even had a sale going on!

I went to Victoria secret to get a bra and was sad thinking I had to special order my size. Happen to run into this store and found out they had my size in multiple fun colors and designs ! The clerk's were so helpful even the one who was on her first day . They both took the time to help me go thru different clothing for somebody tall like me with a bigger bust . Thank you guys so much for the confidence and help !

Love that there is a place for bigger/curvy girls. However they are very pricey.

The staff are always extremely helpful and kind. No body shaming at all! It's somewhat a hit or miss if you can find larger sizes in store though. They tend to direct you to browsing online to order the larger sizes. They go up to a 5 on some items and usually a 4 on other tops. For lack of convenience I put 3 stars.

Maybe the staff were having an off day but, no one greeted me, no one offered to help me and for a plus size store I still can’t find a bra on my size I small cups and big around. The sizing on clothing doesn’t make sense. However i will go back because their style of clothing is what I like and maybe today was just a fluke.

Workers are rude and don’t greet nor acknowledge that you are even in the store! 2 of them didn’t say a word to me nor even look at me. And I refuse to spend my money somewhere like that!
