Highly recommend! The coaches are great! They know the program and know how to challenge the kids so they don't get bored. The program changes monthly and allows kids to be kids. I have seen a lot of progress in my child. I would recommend this over any sport at a young age. It teaches them independence, social skills, sportsmanship, and so much more!!

Great coaches, motivating and positive learning environment, helped my child develop self-esteem and self-confidence, really happy with this exercise program that adds a variety every month to challenge kids mentally and physically ❤️❤️❤️ Returned in 2021 after all the COVID-19 mess, my son missed Kidstrong and was excited to be back!!! Still a great program with caring and skilled coaches that really know how to lead kids to be confident and fit.

This place is great! The coaches are enthusiastic and work on each child's needs. I've noticed improvements in social interactions, turn taking, physical skills like balance and jumping, teamwork, listening skills, following directions, and rooting for teamates. There's learning like counting, matching, grouping, anatomy names, and much more. The classes are flexible. They have goals to strive for that are marked with stickers on a poster you take home. Sign up comes with a water bottle and t-shirt. The facilities are very clean and updated. Very child friendly, they offer diapers and wipes in bathrooms. Even a small room for birthday parties and such. Overall has been a great experience! Update: Removed two star due to make up policy. Not easy to make up a missed class. They used to allow you to join a different class time, then created a specific class offered on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. They have changed it to just Saturday and Sunday. It is extremely hard to make up classes now. We've missed 5 total classes that we couldn't make up due to covid or other illness in family. That's an entire months worth.

My son absolutely loves KidStrong! We signed up at the end of August on a whim in order to give him some much needed socialization during the pandemic. We’ve gotten so much more! We’ve watched him go from a silly toddler to a courageous, STRONG, outgoing, confident, respectful, little boy- which makes us sad as parents because he’s not a baby anymore, but happy because KidStrong has provided him with the tools that have sparked his journey into self discovery.

We absolutely love this program! They have the best coaches that are incredibly caring. Our boys have learned so much and have become so confident. We highly recommend.

We love KidStrong Mason! My five and three year old have been attending classes weekly for almost a year. The growth I see in them from what they learn from KidStrong is amazing! I love that KidStrong not only focuses on physical activity, but brain and character as well. We were drawn to KidStrong when our son attended a camp with a friend. The things he told us he learned when he got home plus the affirmation impressed us so much that we decided to start classes there. The coaches are all so caring and know each child on a personal level. I highly recommend giving your child/children an opportunity to take a class or go to a camp here!

We love KidStrong! The coaches are amazing and the programming is fantastic. My daughter has learned so much, grown stronger, and has become so much more confident in the 2 1/2 years we have been going. I highly recommend checking them out!

When looking for athletic activities that both of our children would be interested in and benefit from, we came across KidStrong over a year ago. We love that they not only work on physical development, but the coaches incorporate research based practices for brain development! This facility is always clean, the coaches are kind and amazing with all of the kids, and we love that it is a very inclusive environment as well! Our family highly recommends KidStrong Mason!

My son loves Kidstrong. He has be going a little over a year. He is so excited every week. The coaches do a great job at keeping him focused and motivated.

We love this place .. coach Ally , Kiana and all other coaches are super awesome. They do everything for supporting the kids and always encourage them… help them become stronger and better every day. Also they do make sure that kids work with each other as a team by making sure every kid works with other kids and mix around
