I’ve been a member at 24 hour fitness for about 13 years. This is my first time visit in this facility. I walked in and the staff was pretty cordial. I wouldn’t say they were overly friendly or went out of their way on anything, but that’s kind of what I expect. Coming into the gym for the first time is always difficult. The guy who I talk to on the phone prior to my arrival is super great. The facility is super clean I have to say that. Everything looks brand new. I didn’t check out the pool but I wish I would’ve. I primarily went upstairs and use the exercise equipment up there. The bikes were appropriately spaced out. You can tell that they have less weight than I normally do. They have a lot of great machines and equipment in the spot.

Clean facility. But terrible business practices. I called the night before to find out about a guest pass. Guy named Jose tells me to fill out a form online and get a free 3 day pass. He asked if I was local and I said "no, I'm from Fresno". He said I could use the 3 day pass the next day. I did so and was emailed the pass and went in and the small dark haired girl with glasses said I could not use the pass because it was for locals. So I had to pay a one day $25 dollar fee. I told the girl what Jose had said and she just said "yeah sorry". I got s feeling this is common practice at 24 Hour Fitness.

The saunas smell like a baby threw up in a sweaty gym sock. There are signs up but no one pays attention to them and are constantly wearing their disgusting gym shoes in the sauna. Also I believe they only clean them once a week. The staff rarely enforce this rule and even when they do mention it, it’s very casual and no one listens. Really disappointing because the saunas are one of the main reasons I bought the year membership for me and my wife. I’ve given this feedback to the management but nothing has changed, so also consider that.

I wish the sneakers in the sauna would be enforced better. Maybe also a sign that says no phone calls or music on speaker in the sauna. No working out in there too. Last time I was in there some kid was shadow boxing aggressively while moving around for 15-20 minutes.

Location is great, converted 2-story mall box store, but management is absent! 2nd floor gym space/ cool but.jerks that drop bells pushing too hard, idiots that wear shoes and gym clothes in saunas- gtfo! It’s always the 1% that ruin it…so managers step up!

In the womens bathroom, the bathing suit spin dryer is not there anymore. The pool shower is broken still. Sauna smells funky. Funky like salty body odor mixed with vinegar. I was impressed by the second level and spent a good majority of my time there.

I enrolled at 24 hour fitness for the pool and I got a good deal. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia few months ago. The problem I have is the members that use the sauna. When there done with the sauna they run and jump into the pool! WTH! There are people swimming in the pool. Its dangerous, disrespectful and rude! These members don't rinse off before getting in the water. They come from working out with weights, go into the sauna and jump in the pool like a big bear. I never see anyone walking through the pool area. Employee offices and front desk is literally 20 feet from the pool. Maybe putting an employee in the swim area might be helpful. The hot tub needs to be cleaned! I never see staff walking around checking on things. Never see a cleaning crew. My old gym had this. I hope this gym steps up.

Great gym but SO crowded in the afternoon. Seems like they made a deal with a local high school for P.E., as there are several groups of kids at nearly every station. It’s very hard to workout with so many stations constantly being dominated. If you can avoid the afternoon/evening, this is a top notch gym.

Called this location to cancel my membership. Conveniently when you go to cancel on their website it gets you stuck on a loading screen when everything else loads perfectly. Jessica answers the phone and I explain my situation. She very rudely interuppts all my questions and comments, not letting me finish what I'm saying before she starts talking. At the end of the call I tell her "ok, I'll continue with the instructions on the website". In a rude and petty voice she goes, "Great thanks BYE" and i immediately hear the phone hang up. She was able to guide me to the page I needed but she was extremely rude. I work in customer service and have never treated a customer that way. Not sure if she is an associate or a manager but I hope to god she doesn't manage anything with an attitude like that.

dirty, crowded and stinky! when I went there two years ago! I canceled and WITHOUT notice just charged me $300 last month. Beware!
