was kind of nervous my first visit because who likes going to the doctors? but Dr. Jacobs made me feel better by explaining everything thoroughly & didn’t pressure me into anything, which i appreciate. i then came back for a cleaning.. my hygienist, Maria, was great from the start, welcoming kind, & super gentle! Dr. Jacobs has such a wonderful staff!

I had a loose implant screw requiring a dentist to drill through the crown. This dentist had done a different implant that has held. But he took this one on too. He nailed the drill through without damaging the crown. After tightening the screw he marked the screw point and refilled the crown. If this ever happens again it can be easily located and tightened.

Best dental experience ever! Clean and efficient place, thinking people, great service and amazing quality all-around. I hardly ever write reviews, but this place deserves 5 stars all the way. Michael Jacobs is the best!

This was a great first experience. Dr Jacobs and Maria were both so nice, patient, attentive and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions thoroughly. After some bad experiences at other practices I appreciate their honesty and that neither of them tried to upsell anything. So happy to have found a dentist office that I can trust!

I was impressed by Dr. Michael Jacob. He is the best dentist I have ever met in my life. He is very knowledgeable, nice, patient, and does not recommend unnecessary procedures. His office is well-designed and the staff is very friendly.

Very professional, clean, helpful, and respectful of your time. Dr. Schwartz and Maria were awesome. Great staff overall. I will be coming back to this office for my future dental needs.

Editing my original 5 star review to add my most recent experience: I had a dental issue come up the same day I was flying, and the doctor made room to see me with a EXTREMELY last minute consultation. Great Doctor, amazing staff, and a dental office that will come in the clutch if you ever find yourself in an emergency situation! Don't know what more anyone can ask for.

My experience at North Miami Dental Group is always wonderful!!! I would never go anywhere else . Their staff is professional, extremely nice and welcoming!! The office is beautiful as well . Dr .Jacobs is the by far my favorite Dentist !! I will alway encourage all my friends to come here for the best dental care !! Happy Holidays
