After numerous unsatisfactory dental visits, I have finally found a dental provider with care, honesty, kindness, and a wealth of knowledge regarding dental surgery. Since I called to make the appointment, Dr. Santiago and his team have made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I went to see Dr. Santiago because of a dental infection matter. During the initial visit, Dr. Santiago shared precise details with me about my condition and the possible issues and shared numerous options for correction. He was the first dental doctor to be so forthcoming. Today was my procedure, and I am over the moon about how smooth the process went. Dr. Santiago found a way to correct the issue that helped me physically and financially. He shared the steps before starting and provided additional information once the surgery was done. I believe Dr. Santiago and the Sher Dental team care about my dental well-being as a patient and just a human being. Thank you to Dr. Santiago, Carol, and Dany for taking care of me. Dr Sher and her team are great. I don't like going to dentist at all but I feel most comfortable under Dr Sher care. The atmosphere is always an upbeat. You can tell they like working there because they are always smiling and friendly. Dr Sher is concerned with her patients. She goes over your chart and makes you understand what procedures is the best for the patient.

I came to this office on a Saturday as a new patient. It was unexpected and last minute and yet I was still able to be accommodated. I was instantly sold! I would absolutely continue coming. The staff was very friendly, the office is very clean and modern, very nice artwork on the walls. I was seen by Dr. Plasencia and she was excellent! Very friendly and pays attention to detail. Call BEFORE day of if you booked via ZocDoc!!! I visited Sher Dental after booking via ZocDoc and found they did not have my apt on their calendar. Thankfully they were super accommodating and able to see me after a very short wait. The facility is clean, up to date, and almost everyone is bilingual. I have seen 3-4 dentists in Miami and did not feel comfortable moving forward with their treatments after the initial cleaning apt. I am moving forward with Sher Dental and will update my review after next apt!
