Warning! if I can give zero stars I would. This place is the worst scam I have ever gone to. The prices are absolutely ridiculous and staff are an embarrassment. They have no respect for supervision. They claim to have supervision everywhere inside the Air park but in fact they are full of lies. The disrespect between staff and manager named “Alan” is beyond surreal. In addition I was initially coming in for a birthday party information and they come out with $749 for 10 kids for only 1 hour! Every other guest needs to pay separately to even supervise there kids! This place is an absolute joke. save your money and time from coming to this place. Note there is no trampolines and half the attractions do not work.

Off the Wall is a unique place for kids of all ages. It has an arcade, bumper cars, rock walls, ropes course, game of laser tag, and jump or bounce house area. There is also a small food court. The cashiers in the front are nice and professional. Our cashier was Valerie. She was very patient and helpful. However, I was very disappointed with the food court. I ordered a 12 inch cheese pizza at 7:31 pm and didn’t get it until 8:21pm. That is 50 minutes of waiting time. There is no excuse for this problem. Especially because they had more than enough workers in the kitchen. I spoke to, Gabriel, the manager and he was able to give me a refund. So, if I decide to go here again, I would not order anything from their food court and I advise you not to do so either.

We have not been here in years….last time we were here they were all still trampolines. Now the jump part is a huge insane Bounce house. Unfortunately a lot of it is marked up and there are holes in several places, also you can tell the up keep is not so good these days. But that didn’t take away from the kids having a blast. Great fun and great exercise! The staff is kind and helpful, especially Miss Mahogany, she was very helpful and kind! The games are great too, a little pricey though and if you wanna have a decent amount of game time in you’ll have to spend at least $50. They also have a cafe that serves pizza, nuggets, fries, water, soda, Gatorade, beer and more! The coolest new addition they have is a Carnival Ride, a mini version, calmer too, of the crazy dance. It’s new and you can tell! It’s 60 points to ride and looks fun! Appropriate for younger kids too! Overall we had an amazing time, got a great deal for a 1 hour jump pass on Groupon. For a family of 4 we spent about $100 bucks for about 3 hours, and it was worth it. I gave it 4 stars purely because the jump park needs work, cleaning and maintenance. Still highly Recommend family fun establishment!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR BIRTHDAYS!!! If I could leave a zero star review if I would. I reserved a room for a party, and they gave me a room that had no AC. It was so hot that the icing on our cake began to fall. They clearly knew the room had no AC before they rented us a room because when we complained they bought in fans instead of moving us to another room. Our hostess was walking in and out of the room chewing food while serving the guests. They gave everyone one socks and a wristband except for my son who was the birthday boy. When I complained to the manager (Alan) he had a very pompous attitude and acted as if he didn’t care. He gave us a very small discount and never empathized for the inconvenience. They tried to charge me for 5 additional children that didn’t exist, had I not paid attention to the receipt I would have been overcharged. When our time was up in the rented room we went out to the lobby area to let the children continue to play and a child had thrown up. They left the throw up there for an hour until we complained. The employees were smoking weed in the break room area and the smell filled the bathroom/lobby area. I paid $65 for 24 wings, nearly $1,100 for a room with no AC and a trash hostess with no professionalism. Save your money this place is GHETTO and overpriced.

Dirty bounce houses. Pictures below. The whole bounce house needed a good scrubbing. Found a pile of weave hair near the slides. Went at 11am when it was very slow in there not sure why it was dirty. Wish they still had the trampolines instead.

Price is decent. My son loves jumping in the Air Park and then playing some arcades. They also have Laser tag, Ropes course, food and dtrinks.

This place sucks the person on the picture has really bad customer service. There is not supervision in jump area so kids were playing super rough next to my little girl and they did not wanted me to even be at the edge of the wall The guy who looks like a “supervisor “was very mean about it Not recommend at all

We are from out of town but stopped here for something to do on a rainy day. The staff were super helpful and the snack bar staff was quick and friendly. Only thing we forgot to do was bring closed toe shoes if they want to do the ropes course. This place is super convenient as they have a number of activities not just “jumping time” they have a lot of arcade games, bumper cars, ropes course, rock wall, laser tag, and crazy carts. For less than $150 my 6 year old was entertained for a few good hours!

Avoid this place at all cost! Go to Urban Air, Sky Zone , or any other arcade in town but not there. Either they stage the place to steal your money or could care less about the security of your belongings. Now it makes sense, I went to the cash register to load my card and I had one of the balls my kids won from playing and I was asked where did I get that, I answered the General Manager that my kids won it and he said oh I thought the machine was broken. I didn't pay attention, until an hour later until I had another experience which led to this lengthy review. Also posted a picture of the ball below. If thwy knew the machine was broken why allow people to swipe and waste points on the machine and have parents to come back and pay more. This place is staged worst than a casino. That ball says it all. I'm extremely disappointed with the experience we've had at this place. To begin with, the 50% percent off Tuesdays is not valid during break season for the schools, OK no problem. I paid $73 for three passes, not to count the additional fees to reload cards, and of course we purchase meals for four and try to show the children a good time. One of my children placed their shoes in the cubby and when it was time to go, we realized that the shoes had been stolen. I reached out to the General Manager about our experience and was faced with excuses about how it's going to take a while to review the cameras and if we wanted to be more careful we should have rented a locker.

We love coming to off the wall! Besides jumping and playing games they have pretty good food. The cinnamon bites are my personal favorite! Fun place for birthday parties

Great place for families and friends. Poor Customer service and very strict rules. Overall place looked clean and fun . It was just the attitude from some of the employees. Other than that, possibly would recommend.

It’s a nice place for the kids to play in. The reason why I gave a 1 star is because of how unpleasant and impolite the staff is. The front lady barely looked at us and barely answered our questions. She probably hates her job. The ladies on the trampoline area also have no manners when talking to customers. Training needed for these ladies are welcomed!

If you have children 5 and under that want to jump DO NOT COME HERE. Drive up the street to Urban Air. Off the Wall: - $25+ Regardless of age - $10 for a slice of pizza and a one size Icee - No wristband for Adult unless you pay an additional $25+. To add, you have no visibility of your child once they enter the bounce area. They have teens working in the bounce area. As a parent, would you trust a stranger, especially one that's a teenager 🤔? Reading through some of the comments it appears that there are many with this same concern, yet, no changes have been made. It's unfortunate. Urban Air: - 60% less than Off The Wall for 5 and under - $7 for a slice of pizza and a one size Icee - Wristband for Adult I can say I've been here, though, returning would be a no for me and the little ones.

Vero poor experience about covid precautions, they don't reinforce to wear mask. The A.C was off and was very hot. Beside looks they were over capacity. No social distance. But the place is very fun and full of activities and games.

So Off the wall have just updated the inside, with bouncy house with so much entertainment such as slides, cool rides all inside of a big bounce area. My kids are loving it here. To be honest from the the in door playgrounds we have gone too, my children’s and I enjoy off the wall the most. They have so many different choices to choose from. Def recommend.

The place was so nice. A great variety of fun games. Some of the machines didn't work which was a bummer. Still had a great time overall. The food was good. My babies had a burger w. Fries, and I had wings. They were really good for it to be a amusement center. I was shocked at how good the wings were. Although I do think it's a little overpriced for 8 wings. The value package is a good deal to buy. My babies were able to do all of the activities(bumper cars, rope climbing, car rides, jumping, rock climbing) multiple times. They had a blast. I definitely recommend & I'll definitely be back again.

We went to OTW for my son’s birthday they were great. Although it was a Saturday it was not busy and they went above and beyond for us. Unity was amazing at checking us in and making sure we got a bang for our bucks. They gave us free games to say happy birthday and all so super friendly. If you are ever there when Unity is there - don’t worry you will be taken care of! She was great!

Stay far away from this location of "Off The Wall"!!! Firstly, the staff are extremely rude, whom were mostly teenagers and were yelling at young children with no shame and don't care about customer service at all! The lady at the lazer tag area YELLED at my cousin (9 years old) during her birthday party. Secondly, the rooms are an absolute joke! Very small party rooms and there isn't even a wall on one of the sides and instead a curtain that reveal other parties. Thirdly, the food is horrible! The pizza was like someone made edible cardboard and put sauce and cheese on top of it. Lastly, the most important point, it is very overpriced. Prices are more high than the tallest skyscraper with food being way to overpriced for its quality. Games are a waste of money as most of them are not well made and the claw machines are total scams. The games cost way to many points to play and you can only play at most 5 games when using your points wisely. I suggest to steer clear of this place and find anywhere better to spend time at or host a party at. NEVER AGAIN!

I went with my wife and daughter invited for our niece's birthday so we didn't have any expenses. My daughter is only 3 so my wife got on the rides to supervise her and we had no problems with that. The employees were helpful I have nothing to complain about. We met the owner of the place and he seemed to be a nice person. We had a good impression of the place. I recommend.

I have been going here since i was 4 (10 years ago) and this is my detailed review. Some things that you should know - Their dodgeball court got removed -1 Their Slurpee's are very nice +1 It is best if you come here with a friend, as most of the new activities are 2 person activities. +1 The only thing that I didn't like was the dodgeball courts getting removed, as it was a big part of the reason I went there. A bit pricy. I got the 2 hour pass for 20 bucks. In my opinion, if you want you or your kid to have the most fun, get the 2 hour pass. It is worth the extra 7 bucks. The laser tag is in my opinion, out of the question. It doesn't have any staff team dedicated to it, and it is a bit out of date, still the same here after 10 years of going there. Unless you have a big group/birthday party, it doesn't make sense. Their COVID effort is noticed, but not too extreme. A lot of parents/kids weren't wearing their masks, but there were people disinfecting regularly. There is no one to force you to wear your mask, so if you are scared of getting covid, I would recommend. The staff are nice. That is all I have to say. Genuinely good people. The food/drink bar is way too expensive. I paid 5 dollars for a slushy, and it was good, but apart from that, I wouldnt recommend. go across the street to publix, and pick up items from their bakery (more than 2.5x cheaper) There isnt much for teenagers to do (i am a teenager). Around 80% of the people are little kids, and now that they removed dodgeball, the only thing to do is to bounce around. Their replacement for dodgeball/regular jumping - I like their new games/jumping areas. Some of the new things they added - 1. A Ninja Warrior Wall - 3 sets of walls to scale up. 2. A Ball Jump - The name says it all 3. A Spinning Maze - Basically, you get spun around by a machine, and the first one to make it out of the maze, while being confused by the spinning thing in the middle, wins. 4. Pole Fighting - Im not sure how to explain it. There are two sides, and two poles, and a pit in the middle. You have to knock the person off of the pole and into the pit below to win. 5. Obstacle Course - It is not too hard to do, but it is competitive. 6. A toddler area - A specialized area for young kids/toddlers to play. I cant think of any more new things added to the park at the moment, but if you do come here, come with a friend.

DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE!!!! First of all their phone lines don't work...so you'll never get a human to help you. They sent me an email with the FINAL price. They added $100 to this final price. I understand about gratuity....but don't call it the FINAL price. This was very confusing. The owner was extremely rude and had zero compassion. This is why he stays in the back I'm sure....due to his lack of people skills. I will say that the only reason I decided to book here was because of the wonderful customer service from Sierra. My host Junior was very helpful. But due to the owner....I left my son's party in tears 😭. He even threatened to call the police if I didn't pay. What a disgrace. 😣 I will never step foot inside this place again. Good riddance. 😡

Awesome place for kids! When we left my kids just kept telling me how much fun they had and I'm the best mom, so if you wanna be the best mom too, then bring your kids here to play lol. The manager Chris, and the girl who was working the counter on Fri night (Nov 20th) were really helpful.

Definitely recommend urban air over this place $90 for 3 kids for 2 hours of jump which I was totally fine with but you can’t go in with them to watch them jump or play. You have to spend another $30 if you wanted to play and watch your kids. URBAN AIR is way better you pay the same price and get to go in and interact with your kids.

  • 4/5 mbotaola 2 years ago on Google
the site is modern and clean! the price includes 1 hour of trampoline + a card of 10 uses in the games. The bad thing is that being grandparents of children of 1,4,6 years we couldn't see the children in the jump part and they got lost in that immensity! is for active parents and children.

So much fun! This place picked the right name! Large indoor area where kids can run from one wall to the other with activities everywhere! Large bouncy house with trampoline area. Multiple games everywhere. Food. Alcohol. We were here for a birthday party but want to come back for more soon.

My kids LOVE this place. The price for the jump & arcade combo is super reasonably priced. The STAFF is always so good to us. Once, a game was faulty & it took like 120 points from us & the staff reimbursed - other places don’t. Little things like that make all the difference. They have such a great variety & the food is pretty decent too!

Had my Son's 8th and 12th Birthday at this location a few weeks ago and the experience was amazing! We did the Ultimate Blast Package and it was worth every penny spent ( a pretty one though ;) this location is huge.. they have the trampoline area, arcade area , Lazer Tag Arena and an Attraction called Crazy Cars.. The dining area and when you look up there's a warrior obstacles course above all !! Whenever you do a party package or a drop in , the service is great. This location is very clean , I was amazed to be honest .. with so many kids running around but I saw staff cleaning up more than a few times.. party room was a little basic but again , it's rented for 45 mins and it's probably best that way for easy cleanup between parties. My Hosts Britney and Brittany were so good! My main host .. She really helped out so much. She kept good order and time management over the whole event. She even went above and beyond and got me great pictures of my son's and their party enjoying the Laser tag. The Pizza was tasty. We added a wing platter and I'm glad I did.. I would order all again. Plenty comes with the package.. they also give goody bags.. cute gesture so all the kids can leave with a little something. Arcade was great !! My kids really enjoyed that area, along with all the others. Prize counter has a good selection of stuff for all ages too. Marcellie , the party coordinator was such a sweetheart! She scheduled everything so effortlessly and came to check up that everything was going smoothly. Great customer service skills, keep up the excellent work ! Overall, my kids had an awesome experience and I really enjoyed having the staff put this all together. I was able to enjoy time with my kids and guests, instead of cleaning up and cooking. I would recommend this location any day ! Keep a look out on their website, they have events and specials sometimes!
