First of I would like to give out a shout out to all the planet fitness employees you guys work hard and give excellent customer service. Thank you for making customers including me feel good and motivating. Cory, Giancarlo, Amanda Yaneé. To the manager this guys deserve a race . I was a previous member before the pandemic. I just rejoined & am glad keeping a healthy mind & body is so important. I encourage you to join planet fitness is one of the best in prices and amenities also very clean best part if you get the black card you can practically go anywhere. I love my planet fitness.

The cleanliness of this place is going down hill. I used to love this gym but the place is getting worse by days. Red filter is red for weeks/months, nobody is changing the filter, wet and dirty floor on a daily basis, nobody is mopping the floor they just leave the water like that on the floor. Most of the equipments are getting old or malfunctioning. They don't renew papers for hours/days and the staff (including the boss) doesn't do anything, just discussing at the desk. Do better Planet Fitness

Worst business manners ever. I’ve been paying for over 2 years this ridiculous membership and I want to cancel it, they wont allow me via phone then I came in person to this store and they telling me that I need to go to Hialeah to cancel it, it makes no sense to me drive 30 miles to cancel something I don’t want any more. I’ve been trying to get this cancel for a long time now and this people are the worst at providing costumer support. Marc and the rest of this ppl have no idea what they are doing and they are literally forcing me to waste my time and my money in order to cancel that should be as easy as a phone call. I’ll be better of calling me credit card company and telling them I don’t authorized any more of this transactions.

This place is amazing, friendly staff, clean and organized. Machines are constantly clean and disinfected. At the end I think a chose a wonderful location. Highly recommend.

I’ve been workout since 1 year i lived in boston and i came in that planet fitness Gym ives dairy. The staff is awesome!! everything is organized, clean and a ton of equipment. I’m jealous i think I’m going to move here!

This is one of the biggest planet fitness I have been to. Lots od machinea and dumbbells all over the place. It was very clean. Even thw shower are was pretty clean. Staff was very friendly. I will be visiting this one again.

I want to give 5 stars to Giancarlo for his incredible and great customer service! For some reason I was not able to transfer my membership to another location and he didn’t stop until he finally was able to! He is a very helpful customer service representative! Great job 😀

Reyhan was so helpful with helping me download the app and explaining the pros of the black card. He really knows what he is talking about. Incredible customer service. It should be expected of all managers and he goes above and beyond to display it!

Just joined this gym, it looks awesome and it has a lot of cool features! Giancarlo was the one who helped me and he was great, gave me all the details about the gym and different plans they offer!!

I had a good experience training at this gym. The gym was clean and the staff was very nice and polite especially Giancarlo that took his time taking me around and showing me where everything was and how to use the tanning machine & massage chairs. I will definitely be back.

Just moved to the area from another part of Miami, and looking for a gym close to our new home. We spent the day touring a few gyms and decided to join PF. When we walked in we were greeted by Giancarlos, he was helpful and friendly - he took the time to give us a full tour of the facilities and amenities. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Out of the gyms we saw in the area the staff, facilities and cleanliness was best here.

I've just joint the Planet Fitness gym on Ives Dairy. It was a wonderful experience. The staff made me feel so welcome. They answered every question I asked and was so patient with me. They were really generous and offered me a tour. I couldn't ask for anymore. I am home. Thank you Planet Fitnes.

If you want a judgement free gym this is place to go. I go here all the time and I love it with the exception of no decline or incline bench press as well as no dual cable curls (the adjustable kind). All in all it is a good gym and very clean.

I like the gym itself out of convenience but its obvious the kids at the desk don’t care about their jobs. They’re always on their phone or barely attentive. Worst part is the cleanliness - when you don’t have pride in where you work, the place suffers. They never have hand sanitizer!

My name is Sonny I work at club 11 Miami this has been my favorite gym for the last couple of years always clean today and everyday I come here managers on point I believe he's from New York or New Jersey he reminds me of a wise guy for me a great personality black beautiful friendly always a smile when I leave a nice a nice smile goodbye bathrooms always clean equipment clean and smelling good you can almost eat a steak off the floor five stars from me

It seems that this gym has changed management,everything is going downhills.Now with all the increased cases of covid-19 on Miami they are out of paper towels!!..when they have a Cvs store right next door,a dollar tree and winn-dixie in the same mall that’s unacceptable!!

New manager is awesome. He’s very attentive to gym and clients. Make sure gym floors are clean. Check equipments. Remind clients of safety guidelines. Working out is a peace of mind.

Tim the new GM is amazing 🤩 🤩 I was had an issue with my account and he went above and beyond to help me out. Not only that but the next time I came in he remembered who I was and that really speaks volume to his character not only as a manager but as a person !!!! He had a positive attitude willingness to assist and was overall truly happy to help me! I really appreciate being valued as a customer especially from upper management

I really love this gym. Great staff and really clean all around. Plenty of machines to choose from and always have some available. I love having all the massage beds etc and tanning booths for me are great.

I love this Gym.. Inused to work out here a few years ago. It's always clean..The staff is friendly. I feel comfortable going here. I just reactivated my membership. I made an error in the process and Kory truly went above and beyond to help me fix it. I am thankful he answered my call. He fixed it and made it easy on my end. He even called me to explain the good news. I didn't have to call and bother anyone. Once again, the staff over there is fantastic. I've never had ant issues or complaints over there.

I loved the ambiance of the place! All the workers were helpful and answered all my questions. One young man named Cory was very versed on the payment plans and equipment that would be best for me, thanks to him I have a gym I feel welcomed in. Cory helped me understand which muscles I would be training on each machine so I will no longer be working out aimlessly, thanks!

Unlike other fitness center I attended, in this Planet Fitness I feel comfortable and the staff are right there when you need them for question about how to properly use any of the machine. And its very clean and sanitized. And guess what they have a 30 days for 14-16 years old free for the summer, take advantage parents...

No complains. Is always clean even though it's packed. Equipment is always in good working condition. I don't know if they have jumping ropes cause I always bring mine with me, but I wish they had so I don't need to carry more of my gear. Staff is very friendly always.

I had a great time working out at this location , the staff was helpful, machines were cleaned and sanitized (which was big for me :) ) . By far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in all planet fitness locations I’ve been to. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this specific location to anyone. Shoutout to Cory

Love this location of PF! It’s never too busy when I go and the staff is really friendly, especially Giancarlo. He’s always there at the front desk to greet you with a smile and good attitude. Also, the machines are always clean.

Rhonda is super helpful and a valuable member of the planet fitness family. Thank you for everything. The customer service was through the roof outstanding and she made feel welcome and at home. There is nothing better than walking into the no judgment zone and having the peace of mind knowing you are in the right place. Keep up the excellent work. 5/5 stars. No complaints. Ms Raven is doing a excellent job at managing the business very hard working young lady. The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors I love this place is an amazing place to workout and the staff is super helpful, encouraging, and friendly. Tim, the general manager is fantastic! Even over his busy schedule he found times to spend with me and my family with guiding us through an efficient and organized program for us in his branch! Unbelievable guy! Thank you very much for the great team!

Everyday I come to this gym and the hospitality is astonding. The manager Cory is awesome, professional and very positive. The workers here are great and they keep the whole gym clean. I'm always bringing people here to workout and they love the gym. This facility is up to par with any of the gym. I would recommend this to anyone I know.
