I went there with my family, they ere not entertained due to crowed services are also not upto the mark. I tried to pay with my card but they are unaware that how to pay with orbits. KFC should train their staff properly in order to maint their basic standards.

Very very unprofessional staff and customer support, I ordered Family bucket deal and they said that order is on way. But after wasting my one and half hour they said that sorry we didn't deliver in your area. From the looks of it, seemed like a professionally built KFC franchise at par with any other KFC franchise anywhere in the world - standard layout/façade and interior+exterior design. I will grade it best stopver for travellers going to Sahiwal from Lahore. It is on the opposite side of the road near crossing and is very tempting to get there going against the One way. Please do not do this. You have to go to Okara city road and immediately there is a market area and its gate 5 leads staright to KFC. The parking area is ample and guarded by a security personal. The place is nice and cleen and good sitting area.The food is as good as of any KFC. The waiting time was about 10 minutes at lunch time. Thev wash rooms were also very clean. There is also play area for children. There is no prayer area nearby however they provided prayer mats on request. There is also a parted are for families also.

There are only some burgers, some fried chicken, Hotwings, only Cold drinks( Not any juices etc) . However the prices are reasonable as compared to MCdonalds maybe. Kentucky burger is much recommended. There is nothing else which is worth recommended JBH. I will give customer service 8/10. I think that's enough for a review...😄
